Holy shambolies! I tried the Bulletproof mocha today and WOW! When I was visiting Los Angeles in 2019, Bulletproof cafes and coffees are very popular there. I remember seeing people drinking their coffees and eating their food everywhere, so I just had to give it a try here. It is so nice that this is offered in West Sacramento since it is a specialty high-end health item. It is the best coffee I think I have had in years. I got it with grass-fed organic milk and added monk fruit for sweetness. Not only is this extremely healthy, but it is very delicious. This is our second time here and my children absolutely cannot stop talking about the shaved ice. You have to try the natural banana flavor. It is very yummy and super refreshing. I love that this unique business is just on West Capitol avenue. I had driven by numerous times and always wondered about it. Decided to stop by with my kids and the Hawaiian shaved ice is amazing. You really have to try the natural banana flavor. Wow! I also had a much latte with organic whole milk, which was refreshing, but keep in mind it does taste different than your traditional latte. They also have Gunther's ice cream, traditional coffee drinks (they process their coffee in an exceptional way), smoothies, Hawaiian shaved ice, and other many natural health aides, including CBD oils.

Water&Salt was NOT ONLY a great place to get ice cream with large portions and friendly staff, but the owner, Juan, came out to help us change our flat tire and laid on the concrete in the 100 degree weather. He not only helped us replace it, but explained how to do it ourselves next time. We got ice water after standing in the parking lot for a while after dessert. We are so appreciative of Juan and the friendly staff during our first visit, so come out for the great ice cream, large portions with low prices, and good vibes. Thank you!

This was my first time visiting this establishment. My friend wanted to treat her niece and nephew to shaved ice. As we entered the established we noticed how peaceful and serene it was in the place. I can appreciate the different options /selections of products they had The staff (Sula & Raquel) was super friendly and had great customer service! Will definitely be a returning customer. Love buying high quality purified alkaline water here (I bring my own 5 gallon jug) - they also let you buy purified water only for $0.50 a gallon. Better value & higher quality water than at grocery stores.

This review is strictly for the Fruit Freeze. They also sell alkaline water, health products and coffee/tea. The store is full with display of items. I kept seeing posts and reels for Water & Salt and had to come and try it. The store is located in West Sac, off of W Capitol Ave. There is a private parking lot with ample parking spaces. We were overwhelmed with the large menu and options. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and ask me what I like. She suggested the Mango Fruit Freeze with Gunther matcha green tea ice cream in between. Wow, it was so delicious and cold! Definitely a summer treat for me. I would like to come back and try the Hawaiian shaved ice that everyone is raving about. It sounds like they are just as good as the one we get from Hawaii. They have a small seating area outside the store, but honestly I just didn't feel comfortable sitting out there. The location is a bit sketchy for me. I'm also not familiar with West Sac. Anyway, we took our sweet treat back to the car and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Their shave ice is just like what you can get in Hawai'i! Delicious flavors that aren't sugary sweet and they even have some natural flavors that you can have. The ice consistency is perfect! Yummy

I religiously fill up my water jugs weekly at Water & Salt. I love what they do and the items they offer. They also serve fantastic coffee, tea, ice cream specialties, and more. The owners are lovely people too, very friendly staff all around. It's a must stop and shop for West Sacramento.

I absolutely LOVE Water & Salt and am so glad they are right here in West Sac! This place is truly a gem for the health conscious crowd. I switched to drinking the structured alkaline water following over a year of scapular and hip pain in my joints. Literally within 4 weeks the pain, which a chiropractor recommended I get an MRI for to further investigate, vanished! It’s been about a year now and none of the previous pain has returned. I’m 47 and know that as long as I li be in this town, I’ll be buying my water from Water & Salt!

We wanted to grab some ice cream and found Water & Salt. They serve Sacramento’s favorite, Gunther’s! I had the classic strawberry freeze with vanilla ice cream. It was Gunther’s so the flavor was expectedly great. The staff was super friendly and mentioned some of their other options, including water refills. My wife and I have been looking for a new spot to fill our water tanks after our local dispensary closed up. We may be coming down here more often.

The folks here are such sweet hearts, and they sell such quality products. The shave ice is top notch, like you'd get in the islands of Hawaii. The alkalinized water has gotten me to actually drink enough water to stay hydrated, and the salt room really cleared up a lot of my breathing issues.

My family relies on this store for our water. We exclusively drink their water because we can feel the benefits from the quality of the water. This is a knowledgeable caring business that makes my community better. They have some weird salt room too. My Wife says it's an amazing offer but I'm not interested right now. Recently visited Water and Salt. Morgan helped me understand the different waters they sell and she got me all set up with the glass counter dispenser with 3 gallons of alkaline water I’ve been drinking it for 2 days now and I love it!!! Thank you Morgan !! I highly recommend Water and Salt!!!

The family has been visiting this business when it was located over by the goodwill in West Sacramento. They've been in business for approximately 10 years, maybe more, I'm not sure. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. The owners are very approachable and gregarious and we enjoy chatting with them anytime we visit the store. So many other water stores have traveled through West Sacramento and we are very happy that finally this one stuck around :) It's a wonderful place to go relax by yourself and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or chocolate during cold days. Or take the family for an outing of ice cream cones, Hawaiian shaved ice or a Merlinos Freeze. They also have a wonderful assortment of health products. They're open 6 days a week all year round.

Found this gem by coincidence, love it, I get my water and Hawaiian shaved ice cream! The best shaved ice cream I've had so far and I've had a lot. I now compare all other shaved ice cream to theirs and have yet to find one better! And staff really helpful and nice!!

Bomb shave ice! They use Gunther's ice cream and good natural flavor options. Just got back from a week in Hawaii and this totally scratches that post-trip itch.
