Great place to get an MRI. I was greeted from the moment I stepped in the office. Everything was clean and organized. The secretary was cordial and the lady who took care of my MRI Test was also cordial. If you’re claustrophobic like myself you can let then know and they give you something to cover you eyes with plus they also give you headsets with any music of your choice so that the experience can be even better. Thanks for everything.

Upon entry, very quiet, clean & beautiful office. My information was already there & I signed in & had a small wait. The tech came & got me & he was very polite, kind & specific in his instructions. The entire process was explained to me. I was provided headphones to help with the noise-those were lifesavers. If I ever need an MRI again, I'm definitely going here.

Very Clean, MRI technician is very knowledgeable and informative. Made sure that I was Comfortable. Definitely would suggest American Health Imaging. Great Service all around

This place is very clean and the people is super 🙂 nice. I'm very pleased with the care and the attitude they gave. I would gladly return if I had to. BEST and FASTEST place to get your imaging done. Unlike other facilities, it is modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Donald walked me through every step, gave me some headphones and the gist of how things were going to go, and explained in detail everything before it happened. I got my choice in music and was comfortable for the whole experience. I was relaxed, and he even did a great job at the IV! Dana was there and she was so kind and helped me to be comfortable, got me in with a patient cancelation, then went above and BEYOND to get my insurance to hurry and approve the MRI. Highly recommend as I will not be going any other place but here.

If you have to have an MRI down hands down by far the best place to have it done. Open MRI friendly and experienced staff. They make you feel at ease before the test all they way until text is completed. They have a wedge pillow to put under your knees so you back us not hurting during the test. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about this team! I had a pretty bad accident and began having issues… they got me in right away and made my 1st MRI experience fabulous! The tech Shyanne (in the back) and Mrs Karen up front are absolutely amazing! Thank y’all so much! I highly recommend AHI!!

Fantastic facility! Clean and pleasant atmosphere. The music playing was an added bonus! Donald and Cheyenne were very friendly and knowledgeable techs. The front desk girls were also wonderful. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Cheapest place for MRIs for most people. The waiting room is like a home. There is a couch and plenty of chairs. The building itself is very spacious. The staff is VERY kind and are respectful. The MRI tech was awesome. He checked in on me a few times and I got a blanket at first, but then I got hot and he came in and pulled it down. So kind. Thank you all!

Was informed by the appointment appt setter when I made the appointment that a scan would take about 5 minutes. Got to appointment 2 minutes early and filled out paperwork, which took 3 minutes. I had a 7:45 appointment and was seen at 8:00. CT scanner, Ms. Dana, was very pleasant, smiley, and nice. I cannot say the same for the receptionist, but I'm not surprised.

I had an excellent experience with getting a CT Scan with American Health Imaging Savannah. I was pleased that I did not have to get a scan at a local clinic because they required another doctor visit, even though I had a doctors order from the Mayo Clinic in MN. The entire process was smooth, efficient and relaxing.

I got a referral the same day. Wait time was minimal and waiting room was comfortable. Staff is awesome! They played music of my choice while I had an MRI done. They made sure I was comfortable and communicated with me during the MRI. I was treated like I was their only patient. Overall a great place!!!

Do to the quick turn around of scheduling by my physician office, I was able to have the MRI within a couple of days. What an eye opening experience having it performed with the latest equipment making the time inside much less. Donald, my tech was outstanding. I can’t overstate how pleased I was with everything at AFI.

The staff were efficient and courteous. The facility was impeccably clean, and the overall experience was that of visiting a med spa, not going for an MRI. I wish all my diagnostics could be so pleasant! Oh, bonus, their location makes it super easy to pop across the street for a post-imaging lunch or dinner!

This place is amazing I was certainly nervous about my MRI but they made it so good for me and so comfortable the hospitality is out of this world. Kathy especially made sure that I got there safe in an Uber and even called me when I got home at 9 o'clock to make sure I got home OK. The young lady that Did my MRI ALSO maDE me as comfortable as I never thought possible great place I'd recommend this place for anybody

OMG this was such a great experience. Having an MRI is not pleasant but the staff was very nice. The place is very clean and the decor is beautiful.Went on a Saturday morning and was in and out in about 15 minutes.

AHI Savannah is a very customer friendly environment where people can expect to receive too quality medical services. The staff is very courteous and know how to communicate effectively and in a timely manner.

Had a 1pm appt and was told to be here at 12:45. Got there at 12:30. Patient comes out at 1 and person sitting next to goes in. If you’re running behind common courtesy is to notify me and I can come in a few minutes later instead of waiting. Staff is very courteous and professional so that’s a positive.

I had to get a MRI done and normal channels, ie Dr. or hospital, were 10 days out. I needed the MRI quickly to rule in or out cancer. When I first called until I walked out, the entire staff was wonderful and extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend anyone needing a MRI or CT to contact them.

Very friendly staff in the whole entire office. From the referring phone call I received, front desk, and the techs. I definitely recommend this office to any one who needs to get an mri done. I can get very claustrophobic and this mri machine was very claustrophobic friendly. I was given the choice to listen to music during my mri which helped ease my anxiety and also made the time go by quicker. I am so happy how easy and quick my appointment was here. Everyone was very friendly and professional at all times.

5 Stars are going to take a ding. My appointment was cancelled, and combined with a second appointment later in the week, despite my firm objects to do so. I was not contacted and only found out when I showed up to the reception desk. She was nice enough and apologized several times. See you next Tuesday, maybe I will add a star, maybe I won't. We will see

The staff wasn’t only friendly but knowledgeable. They kept my belongings safe and made sure I was comfortable by allowing me to listen to any music of my choice, with a headset while getting my MRI done. How cool is that…the facility was clean and very homey…

Cleanest office I have ever seen. Very nice professional people. I hate getting MRI's.....but this place was awesome. I you need an x-ray or MRI go here.

American Health Imaging in Savannah is an excellent facility for an MRI. The staff is great and scheduling was very simple.
