The installer Dalton was thoughtful, diligent and professional. The telephone staff was equally helpful and professional. They actually went above and beyond what one expects. There were complications with a Home Depot product and PlumPro worked with me through it all. I highly recommend.

Jay came out to test the usability and safety of a gas hook up. He was on time, polite, thorough, and made good recommendations for another gas outlet I questioned him about. Plumb Pro never disappoints!

Did good job of identifying source of water supply line leak, demo of wall to access piping and repair of pipe. Unfortunately, plumber broke the bathroom mirror during repairs and didn’t notify us of the damage before leaving.

Customer service is impeccable, from the moment I called in requesting service Wednesday evening they were able to send out a technician the next afternoon which actually showed up an hour before the time frame given. Jay arrived and was very informative on what the process was like from start to finish. Walked my husband through the possibilities of the good and bad since we are in an older home with no clean out visible. We took the chance and Jay showed up the next MORNING! It is so hard nowadays to be able to get serviced so quickly. He and his helper (I’m sorry, I don’t recall his name) cleared it in what felt like less than 20minutes. I will definitely be using Jay and PlumbPro for all my plumbing needs moving forward. I can’t thank them enough!!

He worked carefully to discover the source of a leak that was actually 2 stories up from the wet spot, and put together a plan to fix the issue and handle any moisture issues.
