I highly recommend this school for anyone that is serious about learning martial arts and experiencing a quality MMA style curriculum. Heimberger's Martial Arts came highly recommend to us from a family that has multiple black-belt students from this school. They are one of the longest running schools in the Tampa area with a strong tradition of caring, respect and quality of training. Our daughter (11 years old) has been training here 3-4 days a week for over 9 months and loves it!!! She enjoys the MMA style program and talks about wanting to be an instructor there herself one day. All of the instructors are very skilled and passionate about their art. Everyone that works there is very respectful and wonderful to deal with. I attend almost every class with my daughter and have never had anything but great experiences watching her train and talking with the staff. The classes can sometimes be very busy with many new students joining the program, but to me that just attest to the quality of the training and reputation of this business. My family looks forward to a long relationship with Heimberger's Martial Arts.

My son started with Heimberger’s about a year and a half ago and it was the best decision! He absolutely loves going to class 2-3 times per week. We love all the instructors and the office staff, they have become like family! Since starting classes my son has had an increase in his confidence and courage in himself. His schoolwork and focus has also improved tremendously. We highly recommend this school to anyone considering getting into martial arts!

I can't say enough good things about Heimberger's. My son has been going for about a month now, and is much more confident, disciplined, and driven than he's ever been. My son has issues with ADHD and SPD, the staff is spectacular with keeping him focused and on task, and clearly understand how to work with him. He has never been more proud than when he got his white belt. I would highly recommend checking them out.

If you are looking to start in martial arts, this is a great place to get started. Technique is a focus here. Fees for next level tests are similar to any other martial arts school or kid's activity that we've been in. The office staff is amazing and will answer all questions. Make sure you ask if you have any questions. Family friendly. Again, love this place for my kids.

My daughter loves this place! She's on year 2 and always so excited to go and learns a lot of valuable techniques. I am a former martial arts instructor, so I'm very particular on what I look for as far as teaching and technique. I've found that Heimberger's has met all of my expectations and more. The instructors are so great with the kids and provide the patience and sternness to have the children succeed in not only fighting, but character. Very family oriented family run business. Everyone seems happy and the kids are given the opportunity to learn not only self defense but self discipline and confidence. Have seen many tremendous improvements in many kids including my own. Highly recommended.

Master Heimberger and his team are terrific with children as they keep students engaged by working with them based on their needs. They teach a very effective mixed martial arts curriculum while keeping it fun and exciting. We are so blessed and grateful we found Heimberger’s Martial Arts studio. When we first entered the studio Victoria the receptionist approached my daughter in such a sweet matter like she knew her for years. My daughter was very shy didn't want to participate in class. Instructor Allen came off the Dojo over to my daughter and introduced himself and was very personable and kind. She was very intrigued in his personality and decided to give the class a try. She absolutely loved it. Attending for 2 years she gained so much confidence, strength and positive attitude. She is thriving in MMA class and doing fantastic in school. She is determined to learn the skill set to become an instructor. She has built an extended family and is so excited to attend class every week. Master Heimberger and his staff are awesome!! This is such a great environment if you want to instill your child with great discipline and respect this is the place to be. Such positive energy, wonderful caring, kind compassionate family and staff.

I can not say enough positive things about Heimberger's Martial Arts school. My son started the school at four and a half and spent the majority of his childhood there. It helped build the core of who he is today....a hard working, dedicated, confident accomplished young entrepreneur. Alan and the staff remain committed to the students and help them believe they can achieve all their goals. The staff is friendly, positive and organized. And I can honestly say that Alan's temperament with the kids never changes. He is always positive, friendly, encouraging, easy going and consistent. Not only do we love the school, but the family as well. They are truly dedicated to family and martial arts. We love Heimberger’s! We have been coming here for 4 years and my kids absolutely love it. The staff is friendly, the instructors are there every class, and they make you work hard for your next belt and not just give them away like other places. They are constantly instilling positive influence on the kids by going over stranger danger, being a good person, how to deal with bullying at school etc. We love Heimberger’s!

Currently a student, the instructors are all very kind and accepting. I was incredibly anxious when I began, but I soon learned that was for naught. They give constructive criticism and suggestions to work on at home, it never feels like judgement.

I have spent years of my adult life practicing Martial Arts at Bill Heimberger's and I have enjoyed every moment of it. Their instructors are knowledgeable and patient with the students. The quality of what is taught here goes above and beyond other martial art schools. Not only have I developed physically and mentally through my experience here, but i have made life long friendships. I consider this place my karate family! I am so proud of Bill Heimberger God Bless him. I'll never forget the quality training I received back in 1977 thru 1979 and the self confidence that I needed so much. My son takes classes here and he loves it. Master Heimberger and staff are very kid-friendly, professional and warm at heart. The program is very exceptional and it teaches children of all ages discipline and techniques that challenges them physically and mentally.
