    First off let me say that it’s been the longest 6 months ever! October 2021 was my first ever Mercedes! A few weeks later I found out there was a feature missing and made me not want the car anymore.. Let me tell you if it wasn’t for our Salesman (RP)listening to me text him every week what stage the car was in until the final day when it arrived he’s a wonderful person and salesman he made sure to find me what I wanted with everything I was asking for. As for the the finances and negotiation these two guys were amazing!! Sam and Ed Purvis they made sure I was leaving yesterday with this new car! 8hrs of negotiations between them and my bank was all worth it! If you can handle the pressure they are the ones to talk to! I will be back just not in 6 months this time. Lol

    FIVE STARS all the way! I just purchased my second Mercedes Benz with MB of Wesley Chapel and the staff always go above and beyond to help you get your dream car. The entire MB team is amazing! Our sales representative has always been Omer Meral and this gentleman worked extra hours and came on his day off to help us purchase our dream car. Big shout out as well to the managers and Pedro for always working hard to get us the best financing available in the market. Thank you all so much for your hard work. MB of Wesley Chapel is definitely the #1 Car dealership in Tampa.

    I just picked up my GT from a minor service and on the way home I received an error message that my distronics radar had a problem. I returned to the dealership and they immediately saw my car They attempted a software reload. However it turned out that there was a freak failure of the ECU for the distronics. Besides having to order the very expensive part, they had to buy a very expensive tool, one that none of the Mercedes-Benz dealers in the area had, to calibrate the sensor after they replaced the ECU . Once again Thomas did a great job in taking care of the administrative and warranty processing and David, once again, did an outstanding job in doing the rather complicated repair and re-calibration on the ECU and multiple test drives to adjust it. Thanks to both and happy to give them five stars again.

    I had a great experience with MB of Wesley Chapel. My salesman Omer assisted me through the process every step of the way. He went above and beyond. He was not pushy and allowed me to take my time in choosing my vehicle.

    The entire staff of Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel was very professional and knowledgable. Our salesman, Bert Heron was particularly outstanding. Bert was courteous, helpful and followed up the sale with a personal phone call as well as texts and emails. After shopping a few of other Mercedes dealers in the SWFL area, Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel is far and away the most professional and customer friendly. The deal was fair and Bert as well as the finance manager were honest and transparent. Cannot say enough good things about Bert Heron and the entire staff of Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel. Definitly go to Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapelfor your next Mercedes-Benz purchase. Even though we live over 100 miles away, we chose to do business with Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel and would do so again without hesitation.

    this is the first Mercedes-Benz car we ever lease or own . We were surprised how easy was to get the Mercedes from this location . His name Mr. Luis Fontanez . and the finance manager Mr. Sam. we were very happy with the deal and the easy process of he lease.

    This is a horrible place to buy a car from. These people are thugs and will do everything to ditch you. I had but first bought used car and then was forced to buy new car from them even though I was in well in timeline to return if any issues. At the end I end up paying (>66K) more then I supposed to for a brand new GLC 300 with defective interior lighting. Would never put a step on to their ground. Not worth dealing with thugs because they don’t have morals.They will go down as much as you can’t imagine. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! RP (our agent) and Edens (manager) were the OUR WORST person we met in out life. Edens keep changing his deals for us after driving one hour every time and got us in a position that we can’t get out. HORRIBLE WORK ETHICS.

    Just traded my C 300 convertible and got a brand new electric SUV EQB 300. The entire process was quick, painless, and easy! The sales team was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this dealership, especially if you live nearby. I will be coming back for sure when it is time to get a new car! I almost went to Tesla, for I was thinking about an electric vehicle, but Luis Fontanes spent time explaining the advantage of staying with the Mercedes family, and in an hour and a half I left the dealership in my new car!

    Claude was our salesperson and he was very helpful throughout the process and very patient with us. There was no pressure for us to buy and they negotiated with us until we agreed on a number. We would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel to buy your next vehicle.

    I have had the worst two experiences with this dealership, both times I’ve had issues that never get resolved. First service I took my car in for regular maintenance and to fix my broken window buttons, after days with a loaner my car was “ready”. I go to drop off the loaner and pick up my “fixed” car, I was told to wait in the waiting room for my car to be brought around… I waited over an hour. They forgot I was even there. The girl at the desk forgot to tell them to bring my car around. Then I get in my car and the buttons were still broken, I was so over it at this point I just left. Then the second service I had was a long service and they “don’t have any loaners”, fine, understandable. I got a ride home. They called saying my car was ready, but they have an issue with my keys… I didn’t have issues with my keys before I dropped the car off so I was confused. I call back and they tell me they LOST my keys. An employee left my keys in someone else’s car and they “don’t have any information on whose car it could’ve been in” I calmly asked ok, so now what? They find a loaner for me, conveniently, while they either waited for my keys to be returned or purchased a new set. We had to wait a couple days for my keys to turn up. I speak to the manager about the situation and the only thing that was offered was $150 to use in the store or towards a service. WHAT IS $150 GOING TO BUY IF MY SERVICE IS $2500?! Nothing was resolved after. I do not recommend this dealership. I should’ve listened to what other people said about this place.

    I went in to find a technological upgrade from my 2015 S Class MB and found my salesperson, Mauricio Chavez very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase experience. I felt no pressure and was able to test drive multiple vehicles to get a sense of which one fit the best. The car is very comfortable and performance is unmatched. After the purchase he was very helpful with the technology use and loading my preferences on the vehicle. Since the purchase the followup has been exceptional. I brought the vehicle back for window tinting with courteous treatment as well as an excellent job on the windows. The experience was pleasant enough and the deal good enough that I will be returning to this dealership for service. In the future I will start here for my next purchase.

    Great buying experience. Luis was very easy to work with. We were looking at several vehicles and determined the MB GLE 350 was the right vehicle for my wife. We called Luis back later that day and scheduled an appointment for the next day. We had the trade and purchase done quickly. The sales manager and Luis followed up to make sure my wife was happy. Great job!

    I purchased a EQV S450+ and the purchase process was easy and quick. I would gladly recommend this Dealership if you want quick in and out with no hassle. My sales person Howard was every up to date with EQ V’s he explain all I needed to know about the car and makes himself available a my thing I can’t figure out on my own.     Outstanding customer service from this dealership. From the moment I arrived someone greeted me at the front door. Directed me to the person I was looking for Stacia. I already had a purchase agreement with Jerry. She took over and was outstanding very professional very polite. Very knowledgeable about the service she was providing to the customer. Made me feel very comfortable and appreciative of my business. Went for a test drive she answered all my questions. Gave me her cell nbr if I had any other questions.I left with a joy that I'm a Mercedes Benz customer for life!!     Thomas and the service department were fantastic in helping to repair our Sprinter motor home. So glad we brought it to this dealership. They identified a couple recalls, took care of those and resolved the main issue we were having, no sweat. We’ll certainly come back again for more maintenance/service.

    Drove out to this dealership because they had a lightly used 2021 Kia Sorento that I interested in. I had the luxury of having Mauricio Chavez as my salesman. I was coming from Orlando, and when I arrived, I realized I forgot my wallet. Yes, my whole entire wallet. Thought it was over and that the car wasn’t meant for me (dramatic, I know). Mauricio was incredibly great and patient with helping me figure out different options to help me drive that car off the lot, and that’s exactly what I did! 100% will recommend the whole team at this dealership!
