What a great experience we had at Prospyr in Delray Beach! We brought in a large assortment of inherited jewelry from a family member with no idea of its value. What an education we received from Sue regarding testing and purity of the gold. Honest, patient and knowledgeable staff. Don’t hesitate to bring your old jewelry here to sell!

Just to be clear do not go anywhere else!! The staff at Prospyr is wonderful. (William). They are friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Prospyr if you are considering selling jewelry. The jewelry pieces were thoroughly examined and appraised. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely go back.

Went to see Mae a couple weeks ago to sell some jewelry and had a very good experience! I had never gone to sell any jewelry before and was very unsure of the process. Mae explained everything she was doing and was so patient and helpful! Definitely going back!

I just had a very good experience at the Delray Beach location, with John as my salesperson. I brought in my mom’s ring to get a price on possibly selling it, since no one is presently wearing the ring. He took his time explaining what he was doing, and was very upfront and honest with me. There was no high pressure sale tactics and I told him I would think about it, since the ring does have sentimental value to me. I would not hesitate to go back with other pieces of jewelry, or go back to buy, since they had some beautiful jewelry for sale in the shop as well.

This is the second time that we have dealt with John and again it has been a very pleasurable experience. John’s excellent customer service skills and professionalism made our trip worthwhile and we will not hesitate to recommend him and the staff at the Delray branch.

I brought in a bag full of my mother's vintage jewelry. John patiently and meticulously tested each piece, setting aside those that were solid gold or silver and giving me back the pieces that were a gold-plated. John was very courteous and professional. I walked away with a check for over $2,000 and was thrilled. I only wish I had done this sooner.

Sold two pieces of beautiful gold jewelry at the Linton location using John to determine a fair price. He took his time and used many tools to derive at a price. I was offered the same amount at a jewelry store in Boca a week earlier so I know he was on the money. I returned the following day and sold a set of sterling silver silverware. They treated me just wonderfully. I would suggest this business to anyone wanting to sell their authentic items.

I stopped in at the recommendation of a friend, looking to sell odd pieces of Sterling silver. John greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He carefully went through each piece, testing and identifying each as either silver plate or sterling. He valued the Sterling silver and offered a very fair price. Sue took the time to explain to me the procedure and process. The jewelry was tested in front of me . Once the gold was verified I was issued a check on the spot. It honestly was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while . If you have any jewelry you wish to sell I highly recommend this office in Delray .They are very courteous and professional.

What an amazing and unexpected experience! I was lucky enough to have Sheila help me. She comes from a jeweler’s background and really knows what she’s doing. She checked all my pieces out with every test and meticulous detail to make sure they were legit. Then weighed them and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse!!!! She cut a check right on the spot. I would highly recommend Prospyr on Linton and US1 and be sure to ask for Sheila. This is a beautiful store with loads of experience. You’re in good hands with them.

Five Star service indeed!!! My experience at Prospyr was wonderful! It was so convenient. I booked an appointment online and showed up with my jewelry. John did an excellent job with my free evaluation! He was very personable! I love his English accent!! He took time to explain how each piece’s value is determined and even shared the composition of the material used in the pieces, whether they were valuable or not ( some of my pieces were not). The manager also came over to greet me after the evaluation and shared a bit about the company. He was also very kind and personable. All in all I walked out VERY HAPPY with a nice check in hand ! Seaton did a great job helping me pick out an engagement ring. You can tell the whole staff is experienced, not just with what I was doing but anything jewelry related. I had a general idea of what I wanted to create, but Seaton was really intuitive and helpful resulting in an amazing ring my fiance loved. He knew all the details for which combinations of setting/stone/etc. would blend well, while still respecting my budget, then explaining the process to me. What really impressed me was his technical knowledge (including the little stuff that most folks wouldn't even notice). Overall I came away very impressed and very happy.

A friend of mine recommended Prospyr to me to sell my mother's estate jewelry a few years. On each occasion I met with Seaton the manager. He is extremely pleasant to deal with and I believed from the start he would be honest. Why did I know this? Prior to finding out about Prospyr I had been to two other jewelry stores to sell this jewelry. They both evaluated the jewelry quickly and gave varying prices for the different pieces. Prospyr, was far more informative and technical in their examination of the pieces. I received more money. I stopped by the store yesterday to sell a piece of jewelry. It was a comfortable transaction because I was fully confident of the utmost integrity of Prospyr. People do not relocate to Florida because it is an honest state. I definitely would recommend Propspyr as being your first stop!

I highly recommend PROSPYR. My wife and I had a large assortment of jewelry that we wanted to get checked out. We really didn’t know how to go about the process and who to trust but we heard great things about PROSPYR so we figured we give them a shot. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by William and Sue. I was honestly embarrassed to show how much stuff we brought in (knowing most of it was probably junk) but it didn’t matter to them. William took the lead and sat down with us to look over the items we brought in. William took his time and explained all the processes he was doing to check the quality of the jewelry. At the end of the day, we were very pleased with not only the money we received for our jewelry but also the time William spent with us and his thoroughness. The next day William reached out to me and apologized. He explained that the money he had given us was not accurate and that they owed us more. Honesty at its best! That is definitely hard to come by these days.

I took three items into the store this week, and I am so glad that I did. I had no idea what the value of any of them was, but when the gentleman told me the amount of $ they were offering I could not believe it.
