After getting the runaround from multiple different people on offer up saying that they were going to show up and not showing up Emme from La Familia pawn got a hold of me on OfferUp and offered exactly what I was asking for everything I was selling. I had Great experience! Roberto, Sandi, and Emme were a pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciate them giving me a fair loan for my tools. I was greeted on the way in. There was no wait. They assist me right away. The gentleman discuss my ring and I was out the door. 15 minutes tops with money in my hand so I can say is that they don’t know my situation but it was an emergency on the fact that I have to travel for a death in my family and they made it happen, and I can really appreciate that, I’ll send anyone there to let them know that no questions asked if you got it and it’s worth it pawn it thank you gentlemen have a blessed day

Jose, Jeff, and Phillip, were all super helpful, and the store was super clean! You should definitely do business with these gentlemen. I had a pair of earbuds. I just wanted to get off my hands, and instead of dealing with Facebook marketplace, which I do love, I just took it up the street and they did the work for me!

Jose gave me excellent customer service from jewelry to Guns. He had a broad knowledge of the stores merchandised. Jeff gave me an excellent price on the items. Overall very satisfied with employees and the store cleanness.

Jose and Jeff were great to work with. They both helped me through the process of buying a high end watch. In order to ease my discomfort Jose drove 1 hour (round trip) to have the watch authenticated and appraised. Would come back and work with them again.

I rarely have a reason to go into a palm shop but there I found myself in one with very little idea what to do. I lost my mother several years ago and have much of her jewelry I want to sell and this part was very difficult to do by itself. I walked into the store and Alex was very receptive and inviting. I told him what brought me into the store and wasn’t even sure where to begin. He was kind, respectful and sensitive to the reason why I was there. He provided me with all the information I needed and was very receptive. I want you all to know what a treasure you have with this employee. I use to work for AT&T over 20 years now retired and believe me when I say someone of Alex’s caliber is very hard to find. You have a treasure. Thank you Alex for your assistance. Very appreciative.

The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they are overloaded with inventory, so they are not purchasing anything, which sucks. BUT they did have a lot on clearance for customers to purchase and we made out biggggg with that. Two of the items were broken, and one item they couldn’t do anything about and clearance IS FINAL SALE anyways so they didn’t have to do anything about it, BUT A wonderful woman helped us with the one item and helped us out with the best help you could get with that situation. So I am saying we’re definitely even. They are happy, inviting and do try their best to help. If you desperately need money they most likely will let you pawn, but if you don’t come back to get the item, they most likely won’t let you pawn again, since they helped you and you screwed them over.

I stopped in looking for a nice gold chain. Jose was super helpful and very nice. This is not your ordinary pawn shop. The guys are very welcoming; helpful not pushy or grimey. This place is great! I sold them an Xbox 360 for $50. I got a great price especially considering most pawns won’t take them. 2 weeks ago I came in and bought a stack of video games and they gave me 15% off. Today I bought 2 old Olympus film cameras from them. The prices were $100 and $80. They sold them both to me for $60 since they were sitting on them for a long time. Together they’re worth $200-300. So I’m very happy with this store!!!
