I truly can’t thank this team enough. Alley Cat was loved for almost 22 years. I got her as a Christmas present was I was 11 years old (I’m now 31 years old). She needed assistance in passing and the staff at Keystone were so kind, compassionate and professional. It’s painful losing someone or something you love so much. So thank you for making it hurt just a little less. Your team is incredible.

Great experience with this office . It was our first time I took my dog and a cat for shots and some other stuff and had an amazing experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vet called me several times to keep me posted about every lab work they did on my animals and explained in details . From the moment we set up appointment to the very end , had nothing but excellent customer experience. My animals are happy . Definitely recommend for anyone around who’s looking for a vet .

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!! Everyone at this vet, EVERYONE, is so compassionate and friendly and very knowledgeable. I truly can’t say enough glowing things about Keystone. I am so blessed that I found a vet that truly cares about my fur babies and treats them with such love and kindness, as if they were their very own. We’ve had a few difficult decisions to make here in the last couple months and the care and compassion shown by everyone has just blown me away. They were professional, compassionate and explained everything at every step. This is a family and you’re treated as such. I am so blessed and fortunate that my pets have Keystone to take care of them

Started going to Keystone once my vet changed hands, it just wasn't the same. I love the friendly staff here. They have welcomed my fur babies with open arms and taken such good care of them. The price is also great with first visit being free. Who doesn't like free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in this area.

Just had a wonderful experience! I am always so nervous to take my dog into an office full of pets waiting to be seen. She’s big and barks when she sees other animals we normally wait in the car to be seen. But here at Keystone they are “quality over quantity” so they don’t over book apts and there was nobody in the waiting room so I was able to bring my Shepard right in to be seen. This made it a low stress visit from the start for both of us. The dr and vet tech sat on the floor with my girl and listened to our struggles and what was going on. This also made for a calm environment for our Shepard. The staff was super friendly, the dr listened and we were in and out in about 30 minutes with the medication to get us on the right path the healing.

I was impressed by the service I received at Keystone. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Sara is great with communicating and explaining everything to you. Due to Covid, I was unable to to go inside with my dog for his appointment, but Dr. Sara called me multiple times during his appointment to ask questions and let me know what was going on. She seemed to really care and was very thorough. The next day I even received a follow up phone call to check up on my dog and she how he was feeling after his shots. The wait time at his appointment was minimal and the pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend this facility.

This review is long overdue, and the thought of writing it makes me a bit emotional. I had taken my sweet Pup to another local vet for many years, and even then, that was my second vet since adopting her. After a year of futile efforts in getting answers for her persistent UTI's, I reached out to Keystone for a long overdue second opinion. From day one, the entire Keystone team welcomed me and my nervous nelly Pup girl with open arms, hearts and kindness. They went as far as to request her prior records, do a THOROUGH review of her H&P and help come up with an actual plan for her underlying issues, versus throw antibiotics at us and ignore my very valid concerns. They allowed me to contribute my thoughts and input to her plan of care, and in the end, my sweet Pup FINALLY had answers that have since resulted in the significant improvement of her quality of life. Keystone is not just another veterinarian office or practice that is going to provide medical care to your pets, they are going to learn your sweet animal, and develop an informed understanding of their needs, recognizing that no two circumstances are the same, and every scenario isn't black and white. I am confident that by switching to Keystone from our prior vet's office that it ultimately saved my sweet pup's life and will give us (hopefully) many more years together. It's important to invest in your animals, and that includes being methodical in the veterinarian care that you select, if you're considering Keystone take my word for it, third time IS a charm. Special love and thank you to the incredible Kennedy and Dr. Sara, both of whom have shown us love every step of the way!

I give them 100 🌟. This place is amazing and has an amazing staff. I took my cat there for a second opinion and I got more than I expected. Not only did Dr.Sara know what was wrong she explained it with excellence and professionalism. It's not what I wanted to hear. It's was a cancer in her jaw that could not be healed. My baby was in extreme pain. We had to make the hardest decision of our life. We decided to let our Cat go back to God. Dr Sara and Kennedy helped make it do comfortable for us and Luna.the transition was peaceful. It was really hard to let go of my best friend my companion 💔 😞. The whole staff was amazing and caring. Thank you Keystone Animal Hospital.

Will never take any of my dogs here ever again. This place is strictly about making money and not helping animals . Highly recommend avoiding this place . Waited over an hour for doctor to keep sending her techs out to talk to me because she “ was on the phone “ As I saw her walk right by. My dog was in their office 2 weeks ago for a visit but because this doctor hadn’t seen him she wouldn’t get me his antibiotics because she wanted the money for the appointment. He’s an 11 yr old German shepherd that can barely walk , but that wasn’t a concern to her , she wanted me to bring him back in so she can see his skin allergies to give me the antibiotics. Money making scam , not a good reliable vet.

I have yet to find a group of people as caring and kind to my guy Jax as the staff at Keystone and Dr. Ann. I trust these people completely with my precious guy and that's not easy for me to do their knowledge. It's amazing and comforting at the same time I highly recommend them.

I’ve taken my dog there to get neutered and had regular checkups with my cats as well. The doctors are very knowledgeable and are always happy to see my pets. It feels as though they care for them as much as their own. The office manager remembered my name the second time I was there, a huge compliment to the customer service. They really develop relationships with their clients and their pets. Highly recommend this office for their service and dedication to the clientele.

Very compassionate and caring when it came to caring for a growth on my dog's ear. They even offered antibiotics and pain medications an antiseptic spray that other vets did not even mention. I highly recommend this vet. Very reasonably priced as well.

Dr. Sara and staff are always so kind and always take care of my fur babies. Did a follow up today with my baby boy who has upset tummy issues and Keystone was there to make sure everything was okay and took good care of my baby. Thank you! You all are much appreciated as always!

The Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians are so wonderful! I first went here at the advice of the rescue to receive care the rescue had scheduled. I’m so glad I did! It’s been two years so far and they are professional and helpful, and always explain the treatment goal and ways to achieve it. They are understanding that costs need to be addressed and there are never any surprise charges. I find their prices reasonable which is great because it makes it easier for me to get consistent care for my fur baby. They also are the best about looking at a rash or whatever on a photo emailed to them. They will also talk to me on the phone if I have a question about him and this week they recommended I bring him to an emergency vet. That vet saved his life! They know what they’re talking about, he loves them, they don’t mind referring out if it’s best for him and so I plan to always bring him there. You all are the best! Thank you!

First time meeting Dr Sara and Elena. This was our first appointment to get established for our sweet Lucy. They were both very thorough, asked a lot of questions and showed compassion towards Lucy and my concerns. Very clean establishment too! Felt very comfortable leaving knowing Lucy is in good hands

I want to thank Dr. Murphy at Keystone for her right-on diagnosis. She totally nailed the problem & prescribed the correct medication to help & heal my Bengal cat, Vinnie. Two years ago, I almost lost Vinnie as he has a strange ailment & dropped too much weight. Finally, a month ago, I was confident he was back to his old self...and then he stopped eating. Keystone's wonderful staff was able to get us in for an appointment the following day. Dr. Murphy did blood tests and requested a stool sample from the cat. The blood work returned normal; however the stool sample showed all sorts of bacteria in Vinnie's system. Dr. Murphy was then able to accurately prescribe the correct antibiotic. In a matter of a few days, Vinnie was eating well, scrambling about, talking, and giving the "big sad eyes" begging for cat treats! Thank you so much Dr. Murphy.

We had the put our dog to sleep because she was ill. Keystone Animal Hospital was compassionate and helpful throughout the process. I made multiple phone calls prior to the the actual visit and was always treated kindly and politely. The doctor and staff are to be commended.

Very friendly faces and both Assistant & Veterinarian were kind and welcoming. DrAnne gave us good a good report on Topper, relieving me of the anxiety I was feeling after his loss of his left eye in February. I will return there in the future. Thank you, Lou Tugwell and Topper

We love Keystone Animal Hospital, they're like family to us. Dr. Sara, Dr. Anne, and Kennedy have been caring for our dogs for over 3 years and we can't imagine going anywhere else. All of the techs are so sweet and caring, and they always remember our dogs by name which makes our visits much less stressful. We visit often because our little Jack Russell mix has allergies, which require frequent cytopoint injections and every time we walk through the door they are always happy to see us and give lots of love and cuddles to Tito (our Jack Russell mix). I've had pets my entire 40 years of life, and I've never experienced a vet practice with the kind of love and care that Keystone provides for our little family.

Dr. Sara and her staff at Keystone have been super attentive and sensitive on every visit. Dr. Sara ALWAYS takes her time, whether she's explaining issues we're facing or just calming my over active imagination of worst case scenarios. 😁 NEVER, not even once have I been up sold for products they carry or made to feel inadequate as a dog parent. Dr. Sara's office has never tried to schedule unnecessary surgical procedures for extra money. I feel their price point is extremely fair and have never felt taken advantage of by this staff. I enjoy the no hassle exit and the ease of logging into my pups online profile to set and manage appointments , while having his history at my fingertips. Very forward thinking in my opinion. Happy to give 5 🌟!! More if I could.

My dog actually loves his visit this vet office. That’s a first! Dr. Lynn has a thorough and caring bedside manner. I drive from Palmetto because it’s worth the drive and only 15 minutes away.

I started taking my old man Zeus to Keystone a couple of years ago and while it’s a long drive for us with 1,000 vets in between, it is worth the drive!! Unfortunately, we had to put him down in November but I have to say the team and Dr Sara have been absolutely amazing. The care they took to ensure I understood all of the options and took my phone calls, no matter how many I made, showed me how much they care for their customers. We had all the time we wanted with him on that day and they gave him all the treats he wanted which made a sad situation a little more bearable. I just picked up the gift bag with a handwritten note, and his paw print. Wasn’t expecting that at all. This team is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for showing the utmost care and compassion for our fur babies!
