This
review
is
long
overdue,
and
the
thought
of
writing
it
makes
me
a
bit
emotional.
I
had
taken
my
sweet
Pup
to
another
local
vet
for
many
years,
and
even
then,
that
was
my
second
vet
since
adopting
her.
After
a
year
of
futile
efforts
in
getting
answers
for
her
persistent
UTI's,
I
reached
out
to
Keystone
for
a
long
overdue
second
opinion.
From
day
one,
the
entire
Keystone
team
welcomed
me
and
my
nervous
nelly
Pup
girl
with
open
arms,
hearts
and
kindness.
They
went
as
far
as
to
request
her
prior
records,
do
a
THOROUGH
review
of
her
H&P
and
help
come
up
with
an
actual
plan
for
her
underlying
issues,
versus
throw
antibiotics
at
us
and
ignore
my
very
valid
concerns.
They
allowed
me
to
contribute
my
thoughts
and
input
to
her
plan
of
care,
and
in
the
end,
my
sweet
Pup
FINALLY
had
answers
that
have
since
resulted
in
the
significant
improvement
of
her
quality
of
life.
Keystone
is
not
just
another
veterinarian
office
or
practice
that
is
going
to
provide
medical
care
to
your
pets,
they
are
going
to
learn
your
sweet
animal,
and
develop
an
informed
understanding
of
their
needs,
recognizing
that
no
two
circumstances
are
the
same,
and
every
scenario
isn't
black
and
white.
I
am
confident
that
by
switching
to
Keystone
from
our
prior
vet's
office
that
it
ultimately
saved
my
sweet
pup's
life
and
will
give
us
(hopefully)
many
more
years
together.
It's
important
to
invest
in
your
animals,
and
that
includes
being
methodical
in
the
veterinarian
care
that
you
select,
if
you're
considering
Keystone
take
my
word
for
it,
third
time
IS
a
charm.
Special
love
and
thank
you
to
the
incredible
Kennedy
and
Dr.
Sara,
both
of
whom
have
shown
us
love
every
step
of
the
way!
