My name is Callie and here’s my boyfriend to get rid of some thing he didn’t need anymore. He told me make sure I asked for Manny…didn’t understand why but I said OK. I didn’t understand why until I got here and saw how helpful and great Manny was with every customer. There were already three other people waiting for him specifically that should tell you everything you need to know right there, he had great customer service and did not make me feel like he was trying to cheat me or get over on me at all…like I feel at most pawn shops. He’s really just a standup guy and you don’t get that very often so I’d like to say thanks to Manny… if I could give you ten stars babe I would!!!!

Today experience with Tricia was amazing I was in a bad situation and she matched what I was asking for. My husband and I are always in. Great place just like family. Need a good deal ask for anyone. But definitely ask for Tricia.

Manny was so helpful! I casually went in looking for a gold necklace under a certain budget. I love how the jewelry is organized. Everything has a price tag, so no guessing or waiting around to get a price like other pawn shops. I ended up being able to buy earrings to match the necklace because the prices were very reasonable. I Probably would’ve got a gold ring too if my fingers weren’t so big, that was the only downside .. they only had smaller size rings.

I've also found that American Pawn gives you the best prices on a loan or if you are out right selling something. Some Pawn shop's try to take advantage of you and give you a very low price on an item that is worth way more. The staff at American Pawn actually help you by giving you the highest price they can for an item! I also shop for item's at American Pawn because they have very good prices on their item's they sell. I highly recommend American Pawn to everyone I know.
