Received understandable information on why there is steady ringing in one ear and episodic in the other. Emily communicates genuinely - instead of coming off as a know-it-all or treating you as a matter of routine in her day. A quality first visit and hopefully the last I’ll need.

Emily is absolutely fantastic!! I kind of wish she would teach classes to other doctors and PA's about how to care for their patients. She was on time, kind, thorough, asked questions, listened and genuinely seemed to care about me and the way I was feeling. I never felt rushed or unheard. I also appreciate that she was able to do a through exam of my issue at the time of the appointment and I didn't need to come back which also gave me peace of mind about the issue I was having, I wasn't left with more questions. I had a previous allergy test with another Dr's office 18 months ago or so. I was told I had no allergies except very mild reaction to corn pollen. Mind you, my back had such a large reaction they had to apply calamine twice. The tech kept saying I was having a pretty good reaction. I know I'm allergic to mold and have miserable seasonal allergies. For whatever reason, that Dr disagreed and sent me on my way when I tried to question things. Needless to say, I was very skeptical going into the allergy test today. The tech was thorough with explaining the process and how everything would proceed. She listened to my concerns. GUESS WHAT...I have allergies! Afterwards, I met with Emily who explained the results and discussed the different treatments available to help. I am very impressed and appreciate them putting up my skeptical attitude. Highly recommend.
