    I believe that Hy-Vee is intentionally inconveniencing people that are on disability so that they fill their prescriptions somewhere else. I want to point out that people that are disabled are protected by federal law , and should not be taken advantage of. . Why are big companies taking advantage of the weakest most vulnerable people in society? If you feel as if you've experienced discrimination from Hy-Vee and you are disabled you need to file a complaint with a health and human services, BBB, and any other government organization that is there to protect these weaker vulnerable people. They will stop doing this or hire more staff but you should not suffer from the actions of such a large business. People need to start protecting weak people and not take advantage of them or treat them as garbage. . Please file these complaints or get help filing these complaints because you have to stick up for yourself and others around you. I'm disgusted by Hy-Vee and will never shop there again... Ever... PLEASE HIT THE THUMBS UP AND LIKE IF YOU AGREE.... 👍

    Staff in person is great but don't ever need to call. I've been trying to get through for fifteen minutes and nobody seems to answer phones in there.

    Hy-Vee pharmacy management Absolutely NEGATIVE stars! Grr...If you aren't going to uphold the prices you advertise on my GoodRx app that I pay for, stop putting your name in the list of affordable pharmacies. I'm sure another pharmacy wants my money. The girl at the counter says "you are getting the gold price", while overcharging me per Good Rx rate! I didn't have the name of Rx at the moment to enter into my app, and then get home and find out I'm charged twice what I paid Good Rx to help with. You just don't need to advertise you're working with them if you don't uphold the prices. There's other pharmacies that will! I'm pretty sure that's false advertising.

    Who ever answers this phone in pharmacy recently has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Just calling to ask questions about a National shortage in n my prescription. I take monthly to see if I can just get a little more insight into it and u would have thought I was asking hard questions. This is the first time I have called to ask anything about this topic and even if u get calls several times a day about it does not mean u can treat someone like u do when they call. And ask nicely!! I wasn’t even being rude or impatient with her…..until she started treatment me like I was an inconvenience…..news flash, u work in customer service…..if u can’t be nice then find a new job!

    Switched all of our prescriptions to this pharmacy to save us time since it’s close to the house. What a joke. A member of my family has a consistent script on a 3 month rotation and they have never once had it available when it’s due. They have yet to get an order correct and we’ve gone to them for years. Scripts take hours to become available for pickup. I understand people have bad days, but nobody has this many on accident. Really tired of the laziness.

    The lady old lady taking prescriptions is rude as hell and heaven forbid you have any questions about your prescriptions. She must have got tired of talking to me because she literally turned and started conversating with the lady next to her while I was still talking. I will never use this pharmacy again. My husband uses them frequently for his prescriptions. Since I usually pick them up I will be taking them else where as well.

    I think this place has pretty good customer service when they choose which customer to give it to. If you've noticed They have more bad reviews than good reviews. And those people have serious health problems. Some of which are definitely disabled. I believe Hy-Vee is picking and choosing who to give good service to. I also believe that they are intentionally discriminating against people with disabilities in order to keep them from shopping the pharmacy. I don't get it money is money but maybe they don't like doing more paperwork maybe they don't like being overwhelmed these people get paid by the hour not by the prescription remember that. So if they have less customers they do less work per day which means there's an incentive to get rid of people that they consider low class or unwanted by them but in reality those people are the most vulnerable and need protecting from such behavior

    Am in the process (or WAS) of transferring my scripts from CVS to Hy-Vee pharmacy. I think its highly probable that wont be following through with that plan. Now, Hy-Vee isn't answering THEIR phones. The hours and customer service was my reason for switching. Very disappointing.

    The pharmacists and staff here are a god send! Got me my prescription that was held up by Walgreens. So glad I switched to Hyvee!!

    Very rarely have I had a mediocre experience here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This location seems very liberal with their discounts and Fuel Saver rewards. Definitely my favorite Hy-Vee location in Independence/Raytown!

    Denied me using rxsaver as a discount card when I use it for other prescriptions of the nature of the one I was just having filled every month and the technician refused to listen to me about it and the pharmacist refused to approach to speak to us about this matter
