    A product was confirmed to be in stock online and over the phone, by the retail and sales department. I need it away for customer who is launching their grand opening next weekend, so I was told that I could 2 day the order from Tennessee. I ordered that night, with 2 day shipping. The status of the order updated to preparing for shipment almost right away. I check my email the next morning, about 6am, and an email popped up, saying the order was refunded to the payment method, which was labeled credit. I used my business debit account. No call or email to explain or confirm payment method details. When 9am rolled around, I gave them a call and while the customer service was very polite, they informed me that this happens when there is a discrepancy in their inventory control system and it automatically cancels and refunds the amount. They said I should see the refund by the next business day. So far, nothing. I just received a shipment from them the day I ordered the window film and have picked up product from their Redmond location. Also to note, I was told by sales that they do not carry much of the 48"x10yd size of window films. They stated that 48"x50yd is their best selling line because "it is used on big projects". I found this patronizing as I was not being taking seriously as a female business owner and was almost assumed to be a hobbyist, temporarily inconvenienced by unavailability of product to do some craft project in my spare time. If you can run 48" in film and vinyl through your cutter, you are most likely not a hobbyist, FYI. Also the fact that I paid for 2 day shipping, should have signaled that I need the product right away and my customer has already paid their invoice in full. I was ready to become a regular customer. Now I will no longer do business with them, which is too bad because I do like their Greenstar line and the price point. Good news is that I called up Sun Supply in Kent, and they are fully stocked with the frosted and etched window film I need, in the 48"x10yd size, in multiple options and I can pick up the same day.

    Is a wonderfull please and very good price, the atention for her staf is exelent, I would put 1,000 stars..... but.... I can't. Now they have a New customer.

    It's fair to say that if you're shopping with US cutter that you either own a business or you're doing business with a business and I find it highly unprofessional when a company cannot inform you that your order has been split into two shipments unnecessarily, and your second shipment which is 10 days past due has been canceled because the vendor for whatever reason effed up so now that reflects on me and my business and that is not happening not today or not any day only I get to make my business look as good or bad as I want it to not my freaking suppliers I will never use US cutter again and I don't recommend them for anybody that has any self-respecting business that keep saying high profile clientele list and generally keeps deadlines for professional services. Very very disappointing is all I can say

    Can't remember the last time we've received such good customer service. Will definitely be back. Was also impressed with the store, products, and knowledge. Will definitely be back, don't waist your time else where.

    I cannot say enough good things about this place. Michael has been a great help with all of my random projects. It's refreshing to have someone passionate about their job. I've been here a few times and he's always been friendly and offered great suggestions. It's been 2 years since I wore this and even after moving locations they still provide excellent service. I haven't worked with Michael since the store moved but Karina has been wonderfully kind and helpful. Any questions I have shes able to answer accurately and in a friendly manner. I cannot recommend this store enough.

    I bought my sublimation printer from them a couple years ago. Since then I have reordered ink multiple times and never had a problem and always had fast shipping. This time I ordered inks again (77.00 each) but accidentally ordered for the SG400 instead of the SG500. I called within 2 days of receiving them and asked if I could exchange them for the right ones. The woman told me very matter of factly that they don’t take returns on ink, but even if I could get an exception, I would pay the shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. Literally not worth my time and money to send it back at half price. I understand it was my error initially, but to have zero leeway for a multi-time customer and to have no understanding from the customer service person is a horrible way to do business. I’m eating the cost and have now ordered from a different company. Treat loyal customers right or you won’t have them soon.

    Michael is absolutely amazing! He made buying a birthday present for my wife a fun and educational experience. He stayed an hour past open to accommodate my schedule. Give the dude A++++++

    When they were in Redmond, they used to be a reliable company. Ever since the move, they have really been dropping the ball. From me having to reload my reseller's permit multiple times this past year to a recently very terrible experience with returns / support department this week. Did you know you can order most of the vinyl and other blanks directly through amazon? I found out this week because they botched my order & messed up my timeline for a job, forcing me to find alternatives.

    Michael was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people I have ever talked to in my life. He directed me to the best vinyl cutting machine and heat press for my needs. I highly recommend them and specifically, Michael.

    The rep made sure to stay on the line during my entire ordering process and pushed my order to the front of the line to help me meet my project deadline. She didn't have to do that. But her compassion and empathy led to a weight off of my shoulders since the jerseys were for a baseball game tomorrow. We look good, the team looks good and most of all, US Cutter looks great from the people that rely on great customer service!

    If you are looking for a company where you feel more like a partner with them instead of just a number where they make money off of you then US Cutter is who you want to work with. They have always had my back when I need extra assistance with orders. They are also a wealth of knowledge with all of their products. Every person I have dealt with at US Cutter is incredible, but just a special shout out to Derinda, Monica, and Jeremy who always are so helpful and are such a pleasure to work with. Thanks for all you do!!!!

    I can say enough about Michael from this locate. The moment we walked in we were greeted with genuine smile and enthusiasm. This gentleman was very knowledgeable about the product and also went out his way to give other options and opinions about our task. This service can’t be topped from all the other companies I’ve dealt with so far.

    I was a returning customer for the 3rd time (I had previously purchased a vinyl cutter and a heat press for myself). I wanted to purchase the same heat press I had for my son for his birthday. I placed the order from their website, and since the billing address and shipping address were different, they sent an email requiring further verification. They asked for a picture of my license and reason why shipping and billing addresses were different on the order. I saw the email a few days later, and I replied back to the email. But they had already cancelled my order, so I placed a new order. However they cancelled my new order as well without giving me any reason. I called their number numerous times over the past few days only for them to tell me they WILL NOT process my order due to many “irregularities”. I told them I had purchased from them twice using the same credit card, only this time shipping address was different, they were not interested and claimed they WILL NOT process the order anyways. I have been dealing with them for the past 10 days or so, and they made everything so much more difficult for me. Terrible customer service and support! They do not care at all, and they treated me like I was some criminal scammer! Would not recommend their business whatsoever.

    I received the best customer service at this place. I wish every business has Michael’s energy and passion so no one has to buy anything online. I was just researching about where to start printing shirts and mugs. After talking to Michael on the phone I made a decision to go in the store and talk to him in person. He answered all my questions and showed me a few things. Took his time and didn’t rush me at all. That’s the reason I bought all my equipment the same day. I am ready to go back in and get some more stuff. Thank you!

    I've always had a really good experience with US Cutter, even from before they moved from Redmond. Their new location is very nice! I would recommend locals to try and check it out in person. I've talked my head off with Mike, pretty much bringing up every situation I've had over the past few years and he was able to teach me so much about these machines and the material that goes with it. I also got to work with Smith and Tava recently and they were so helpful when I was navigating the new Tukwila location. Smith was helping me locate an item and Tava helped check that I got the right material with the right price. The level of support I received from then over the phone has been really outstanding too. Inventory is always on the dot and they are very accommodating to my needs. It's nice to know businesses like this exist, and I appreciate everything they've done to help me and other locals. Thank you US CUTTER WA!

    Having bought products from USCutter over the years, was thrilled when they moved from their old Redmond location nearby to Tukwila. Every interaction I've had in-store has been a positive one. They are super helpful, providing solid advice on how to accomplish whatever project you may be working on. If they don't know they will usually recommend someone you can speak to who can.
