Awesome place! Super knowledgeable staff that can help get the most out of your indoor plants. They have everything you need to grow from seed to harvest. Prices seemed to be lower than other local stores which was a plus too! PS The light display was really cool!

I went to level up to buy a complete grow system .. The employee working never once looked up or greeted me as a customer. I felt like my money didn't matter at all. I stood there looking at my list on my phone 22 mins. The lady blew me off and kept laughing and talking. When I was leaving the store she decided to say "have a nice day". Well I drove to growup in Pekin and bought my complete setup $2,422.77 thank you growup. I'm a small business owner in Peoria and hire within the community. If this had been my employee you already know.

I decided to stop in before work. I just had some questions and didn't really plan on purchasing anything today. Nicole was the employee that helped me. She was AMAZING. So knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had. I'm sure some were very noob-ish questions, but she did not mind at all. She had great advice, tips, and recommendations for me. She answered all of my questions so well I felt confident enough purchasing a couple of things that day. You have earned a lifelong customer.

I had "succulent soil" on my shopping list and was planning to go to Lowe's when I noticed LevelUp across the way. I went in and the lady working was quickly able to get me a bag of soil specifically for succulents. She was friendly and polite. Made me happy. Can't wait to get my succulents repotted. 🌵

Just left Level Up. Nichole was so very helpful with my germination problems and spindly lettle plants. We talked she gave me great tips. Bought some rooting powder to increase better root growth also my grow lights needed to be closer to my seedlings. Excellent advice!! She will be my go to gal from now on!!!

I started my first grow with little to no knowledge. The staff there was very helpful in educating me in what I needed to have a successful yield. Nicole's expertise was invaluable. She was beyond helpful in answering any and all questions I had along the way (no matter how stupid I thought they were). The prices were good, and now after a VERY successful grow, I'm extremely happy with all of my purchases. They'll continue to have my business and I definitely recommend checking it out.

Much better than all the other grow shops in the area. Exceptionally clean, all prices are posted, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. One staff member had even helped me at another gro shop in the area when none of the other staff there could. Excellent shop!!

Hands down the best gardening shop in the area. Steve & Ashley are wonderful people and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about cannabis and if they don't have the answer they will find someone who does. You definitely don't get service like that from gro up.....

I love this store !! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you may have and if they don't know they will research it for you. As 1st time to grow and a medical marijuana card holder they have helped us to increase our grow and find helpful seeds for my needs. Highly recommend them to anyone who home grows.

Came in one day, told them I wanted to grow all natural plants. They knew exactly what I needed, in the end I bought 2 plants, soil, and fish bone meal. Needless to say my dogs got in to one of the plants, and after a month of trying I was unable to save it. However, the Plt.Kush I did manage to keep it doing fantastic. I planted it and have cared for exactly like they suggested, and this plant is turning out phenomenal, and the smell is great. I will for sure be back to keep buying supplies and plants, keep up the good work y'all

Horrible customer service. The cashier was using profane language and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

Unprofessional. Every time we go in they have several of their buddies up front just hanging out. This last time we went in they had about 6 people eating off the counters and food covering the counter tops. The entire place smells like cannabis which isn’t that big of an issue but the cashier is always so stoned out of his mind he can barely even assist you. Their prices are also high. You can get soil cheaper for just a bit longer drive. I want to like this place but they are very unprofessional.

Best place.... family experience. They treat you as if you was in. Very knowledgeable and helpful.. can't thank them enough for all the work that they put out.... I'll be back again soon......
