Wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called at 4:40am for a cab said they would send one right over it's is now 7am and no cab. They won't answer the phone and I keep getting sent straight to voicemail. Thankfully I was getting off work and not going to work

Called for a cab, waited nearly an hour and a half before calling again to see where it is. I called 5 times and was forwarded to voicemail, the 6th time someone answered, yelled something I couldn’t understand and hung up, then they finally answered on the 10th call back. Just use Uber.

I catch their cabs to and from work daily every day 5 days a week which have gone up multiple times. I have gotten in trouble with my job several times when I call to get my cab and they said they will be 20 to 25 minutes, but it took them over an hour. It's a terrible service and terrible drivers so why don't the city of Alton Illinois get better ones and dispose of them!

I've been utilizing their services for well over a month, dispatcher is easy to communicate with, rates are reasonable, they are very responsive, drivers are kind and courteous. I'd recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called this company over an hour in advance for a cab after being 15 minutes late I called for an ETA and was told they didn't know what time they would be coming. Then stopped taking my calls I had to cancel my appointment. This is by far the worst cab company ever!

If I can say one thing about this cab company the drivers are friendly. But, you have to wait 40 minutes to 2 hours for a cab. It's beyond ridiculous!! I've been late to work several times using this cab company. Today I called and I waited 50 minutes for a cab my interview was at one and I just lost a wonderful job opportunity. Is Alton really that big?? Are they really getting that many people that you have to wait so long for a cab.

Their service is bad because they don't answer calls. They keep anything you accidentally leave in the cab too.tell you to call them back and put the phone to a full voicemail.

People are right, they are a bit slow, but I don't know what you expect when you don't have proper transportation, plan ahead, other than the slow wait times, it's a pretty decent taxi service.

Couldn't get service in Granite City. DUH !!! We r worse than St. Louis. MAKES me wonder.

I'm at your house hard to get ahold of anybody to dispatch a cab to my location and that's only if they answer

Aside from the long wait times to be picked up every now and again, They are a decent cab company and would recommend

Never answer they phone called them one night 20 times still never answered had to end up taking an uber.. and one time they cab driver charged me more then what the rate was it's 10 and I ended up p and that was not a tipaying 12. And that was not a tip.

Twice now no one showed up... someone said well they have your number and they know you've no showed b4...umm nope not me this is a brand new phone number

Friendly service. Sometimes takes a few calls to get the dispatcher on the phone though. Otherwise no complaints.

I have been using this taxi service for several months. I have never had and issue. I just learned try and call an half hour, or one hour ahead. They are all very nice.

They never answer the phone when I call. And then the few times that I have been able to reach them, they were late or didn't show and they are expensive. (Before gas went up)

You will get where ur going faster if u just walk. Worst company ever!!!! Super unreliable!

I did use his business and I felt so fear for my life the other night when this driver took me home and this guy got in the cab but he wanted to do something I was on the edge the whole ride that she is not cool I think you guys need to do the background checks tomorrow really scream drivers better
