A small medical office with friendly, helpful, non-robotic staff and professional prompt service should not be mythical unicorn status, but life is becoming this way. This one IS a unicorn practice. Allison quickly coordinated a new patient appointment for me after another practice could not. Dr. Cornell was thorough and never rushed— nice bedside manner with a good sense of humor which is always appreciated. I am grateful to have found these folks and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Dr. Cornell took care of me for a procedure on my toe. I was very nervous because I had so much discomfort in that toe, but he made the whole experience great. He talked me through each step and kept the conversation going throughout the procedure to help keep me at ease. I would definitely recommend him for any podiatry needs.

The staff at Sims' Highland location was professional and personable! After a trip to urgent care, I was referred to Sims. Over a series of 3 appointments, I was evaluated, provided with information to help improve my condition, and given a brace and custom-made orthotics for ongoing support to prevent future issues. This was the single best medical experience I've ever had. I waited for maybe 2 minutes before being treated, was treated by a wonderful and friendly doctor who address and solved my problem in one trip. When I was apprehensive about my treatment, I was treated by another doctor who confirmed my diagnosis. I received impeccable care from 2 doctors, x-rays, and had my problem treated and solved in just over 1 hour. I cannot recommend Sims Podiatry enough!

My primary doctor is Dr. Sitek who provides wound care. She takes a lot of time and is very attentive to any possible pain in treating the wound. Dr. Sims has also treated me and is similarly attentive. Wait times are not long, the administrative staff friendly and knows their patients by name. To top it all off, the background music is great.
