I’m so very grateful for her coming 150 miles to Barstow so we could sign the contract since we had to go back on the road as my husband is a truck driver. The whole process was easy and effortless thanks to Melissa. We appreciate her for helping us make our sons first car something he will enjoy for years to come. Btw since we purchased my sons car my daughter has also bought a car from Melissa since she did a great job with us 😇

Buyer beware! This dealership adds a $3000-$4000 “accessories” charge to all vehicles they are selling and the price listed on their website isn’t the price that you end up paying. These added charges show up on their purchase agreement. I would've easily bought a car from them if they never added this unnecessary charge.

Alex was amazing!!! I appreciated how nice and fast everyone at the dealership was. Sean in the service department is also so awesome. I had my car less then a week when my back tire blew out. He did everything in his power to get it fixed for me asap. Alex and Sean got all my window tent and detailing done while they were at it. Not to mention sean hand delivered my car when I could not get out of work on time. There is a reason for all those employee of the month placks! He rocks. Brandon the shuttle driver is also super sweet. And went out of his way to let me grab food because I was hungry. 10 stars to this wonderfully staffed place.

I sold my Mercedes’s at Findlay in Ft Mohave The salesmen were very helpful and friendly.I would have given 5⭐️ but I went in three weeks before and was quoted a reasonable price when I went back the price to purchase my car was less saying the blue book dropped. I feel it could’ve been handled better by the management. It was a Quick Transaction And I appreciated that.

I walked into this hometown feeling dealership for the first time, Tony the GM met us inside and treated my family and I like he has known us for years. I was just looking. Shane the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles and options. Sale Desk Manager Eric was very nice and helpful even after I asked a ton of questions. At no time was I pressured to buy. The time it took to find the right vehicle and buy was just the right amount of time- not rushed but not stretched out. We have bought several vehicles from the family of Findlay Dealers and always have a good experience, but this time was out of the Braves Ballpark. The overall experience was very friendly, helpful and no pressure buying experience. Most important they treated us like family. Oh, I got a good deal too. My husband fell in love with this Corvette the moment he saw it on the show room floor. To make a long story short, we ended up trading our other corvette for this one. We could not have done it without the help & expertise of John & Shane. I personally did not have good vibes with car salesmen in general from past experiences. Let me tell you that John totally changed my mind & gave me a new respect for people in this field. My take away from the whole experience is that you get with these fine knowledgeable gentlemen at Findlay Motors, you can walk away with the vehicle of your dreams as we did. We arrived as strangers & left as though we gained new family members. They are professional yet personable. Our sales associate, Jonathan Hernandez, was more than accommodating. We negotiated for more than 5 hours. My wife and I feel very comfortable with the deal that we finally agreed upon. I'm sure we had him very frustrated at times and he never lost his composure. From the start he was steering us toward a 2021KIA SOUL. I was trying everything that I could to find a reason not to like that vehicle. I was trading in a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I was very attached to. I gave up some features in the Jeep and gained some different ones with the KIA. In the end we purchased the KIA. We got the price down to what we could afford. Cut our payments in half, gained at least 10 more MPG, and We have a vehicle that is only 2 years old vs an almost 10 year old SUV. Slightly smaller and a little different with the control switches pretty much reversed compared to the Jeep. I am learning all of that the more we drive it. It's plenty responsive and rides comfortably. We were very pleased with the final transaction price, I believe we got a very fair deal. Thank you Jon-Jon for putting up with us and having the patience to make the deal happen!! When we are ready for our next vehicle, we're definitely coming to visit you!! Cid was outstanding he alone deserves ten stars. I would have given 5 stars but the difference between the listed price and what they tried to sell it for was a deal breaker for me. But I will say after a period of back and forth ( a waist of my time ) we came to a reasonable deal. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Findlay Chevy GMC to others.

Cid was amazing. I had no intentions of buying on the day my husband and I went in, we were just going to look and see what I could afford. I wanted a Chevy Equinox like my sisters. But I thought I couldn't afford one. So I was looking to see what I could get. I walked out with the car I secretly wanted. Cid made my dreams come true. I decided to sell some stock and just pay cash for it and he let me take it home before I even had cash in hand. Everyone was so wonderful.

I'm 75 so I have been to many dealerships but there was something that made me feel very welcome here. Very friendly and great atmosphere too. First person I met was dressed well and very polite and courteous. Shook my hand and I told him what I was there for. After telling him, he knew what to do as he took me outside and we walked over to a truck and just like that, I didn't have to see anything else. He gave me all the finance options and I accepted and bought the truck. Now I am the happiest person ever. I love my truck. Since I took it home the dealership called a couple of times to see how I was and the truck.. So, I will say this is the best dealership ever!! For the moment we realize that our vehicle engine is out of service and we will need to wait three months to replace it, Alex, the sales person was very helpful, professional, and accommodating. Alex did the best that he could to help us out, navigating what to buy, so we will be able to go back home safely. He’s friendly nature, his honesty. And his professionalism helped us through this really difficult time knowing that now we need to buy a new car. He took care of every little detail that needs to be done, work with us on payments, and make sure we will be happy. And we are extremely satisfied with his service And the rest of the team. Every single person who work there was polite, helpful, accommodating friendly, and with a smile the whole day. It felt that every single person there is genuinely honest and want to help out. It was a great experience. My original appointment was with Tristan, but ended up with Jake. Jake was very professional and knew the car I purchased well. Got a screaming’ good deal on a used vehicle and the trade-in price, but they lacked just a bit when it came to providing copies of all signed docs and contact info for the finance company (required by my insurance provider). And 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for the “we owe” to be completed (second key). Overall Morgan, Nick and Chris were professional, personable, and knowledgeable and they were a pleasure to work.

Recently purchased a beautiful car from James "MO" Molino at the Findlay Used Car lot in Ft.Mohave, AZ. Working with Mo made trading and buying a new car a positive experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, generous with his time in determining our needs and making recommendations, he was patient answering all our questions and explaining our purchase options. Mo was extremely fair in negotiating the best deal for us and was persistent but not high-pressure. If anything, the buying experience at Findlay was relaxed and you can feel these folks are customer focused professionals. I've purchased several new cars over the years and have to put the Findlay Auto Group at the top of my list for recommendations. Truck wasn't detailed I no what a detailed truck looks when you guys are done with it. this was not one of them. I would think if you're mechanic put in a new air filter in he would of noticed there was a screw missing that holds the air box together. Why wouldn't he put in a new one. For a truck that has had a fresh oil change when I got the truck it showed 88 per cent. John is a good salesman and made feel welcome. Not a fan of Eric's. I no he has a job to do but doesn't make you feel welcome. Feel free to contact me if you like.
