Just bought a new car and thanks to Tom, it was a breeze. He let me test drive it and was really helpful with everything. Tom is super knowledgeable, he was enthusiastic to answer any questions and help me understand everything better. The paperwork did not take long at all like it usually does at other places. Tom still checks in to make sure everything is good with the car and stuff which is really awesome. The staff there was all very nice and accommodating. Tom & Jeff were amazing. I was my Husbands first time getting a brand new car. So as a surprise, Tom and Jeff helped me make it a special moment. We did not let my husband know the car was in. He thought it was going to be a few weeks before the car arrived. I told him we had to sign papers to see if we qualified for the loan. (heee he he). Before my husband got off work, I got there I dropped off sparkling cider and plastic champagne glasses. When my husband and I showed up we did the paperwork and at the end they brought out the Cider and we filled up our glasses and went out side. The whole time my husband is asking, "what is going on? "why do we have cinder in glasses and why is everyone going outside with us?" I said, I am not sure just follow the guys. Tom and Jeff put a bow on the car so when we went out side he saw his car for the first time. He was so surprised thinking his car was not arriving for a few more weeks. When Tom and Jeff said, "here is you car!" my husband was like, "Really, this is my car?" Everyone did a great job on helping me make this a special event for my husband.

Went to get my VW Touareg car serviced today (always top notch service, Hayden was great) and decided to test drive some of the newer cars. The sales person James Henderson was so helpful and knowledgeable that he sold me on purchasing a new VW Atlas Cross Sport! I highly recommend James, he was patient and walked me through all the new buttons and gadgets on this high tech car. He was also very personable and professional 👏 😁 Everyone there at the dealership have always gone the extra mile in customer service.

Great team! I wasn’t sure if I was ready for a car and Heather got filing right away to see if I was. Within a few hours of seeing if I could get the car I wanted, I had the keys and driving away. Super friendly staff and everyone was very personable and helpful. Evelyn answered every question and made sure I was all set and feeling good about the purchase. I didn’t feel pressured but rather encouraged. If I was overspending, they wouldn’t have let me pull the trigger. I qualified and was in a good spot to make it happen. Absolutely the easiest, most convenient, stress-free, and fastest process to buy a new car. It was our first time coming to VW Boise, but they came recommended by a friend. Shoutout to Nicolas, he made everything a breeze. I love my brand new Jetta. It was even great to have Jordan explain the features on it. The dealership is sparkling clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. I loved the golf cart service from the parking lot to the showroom! They were completely transparent about prices and services. Jeff was professional and personable. The Jetta we purchased is beautiful.

I wanted to thank Boise Volkswagen for the great experience my wife and I had purchasing a new car. I was in a major car accident on 9/18/22 and needed to replace my wife’s car. My wife and I went to several dealerships in Boise, and ran into the dreaded car salesman tactics. We ended up driving to Volkswagen in Boise and was greeted by Jessica. Jessica was amazing, she showed us around the lot and was very attentive to what my wife and I were looking for. Jessica never once tried to up sell us on a car we didn’t need. On the first visit we ended up leaving as we did not find the car we were looking for. When my wife and I came home we went on the website and found a car that we thought fit our needs, so we returned the next day to have a look. Jessica informed us that she took a car in on a trade that was at there off site location, that was in amazing shape, and offered to take us to have a look. We ended up purchasing that very car. I am absolutely blown away with the way the entire Volkswagen team treated us. Jessica showed us what the structure of the loan would look like with different amounts down, with or without extended warranties. She never once pressured us to make any decisions that we would have regretted. The finance manager came over to see how we were doing and was very professional. Like I said, I am blown away with their entire team. We will be back in the future when we are ready for another vehicle. To Jessica, I want to thank you personally, you were amazing to work with!

Edit: I originally had a five star review here, but unfortunately need to update this to just one star. My wife and I were looking for a good car within our budget and were originally so happy with the service here. They were always quick to communicate and the sales member was great. We did buy the car as-is. However, when we drove off the lot within a day our check engine light came on. We took it to our mechanic and they pointed out a number of issues not just with maintenance (which I expected buying a used, as-is car), but also some major safety concerns. In short, to fix our car back to where it should be it would cost as much as we originally paid for it. I understand that when buying as-is there is a measure of risk. However, I also thought that I could trust the dealership to do the checks necessary to ensure the car was safe to drive. This was not the case here, and that left our family sorely disappointed. The maintenance check that they perform before selling the car is basic/non-comprehensive and left a number of concerning safety gaps that I wish I had been aware of beforehand. Lesson learned: Always ask to get the car looked at by a mechanic before purchasing. Do not trust the dealership to be selling a safe-to-drive car. When reaching out to see what could be done they were quick to respond, but offered little to help in the end. Please make sure that you do your homework beforehand on the particular car that you want.

Once I actually made it to the dealership, everything was great. Five stars, Jordan was great... service was fast and good. I was disappointed that a car wash was not possible.. Prior to arriving, however, there was a complete lack of communication. When I scheduled, I asked for a text or email reminder and told I would receive one. . I did not receive either. When I called the dealership on the day of my appointment to confirm that I was on the schedule (scheduled three weeks prior) no one answered either of my two calls. As it turned out, the dealership did not have either my phone number or email address on file, even though I'd given that information weeks earlier and requested a reminder. Everyone was helpful, friendly and efficient.

We had the pleasure of working with Jessica; she was amazing. Jessica took the time to show us multiple cars and helped us find an excellent fit for our family. The no haggle, low-pressure approach was truly refreshing. We will definitely be back for future vehicles and highly recommend everyone we worked with while purchasing our car.

Boise Volkswagen is a great place to buy a car. We went to several stores in Boise, but none were so friendly, helpful, and had an inventory of available cars (some of the stores didn't have any vehicles even for showing). I want to thank Tom for his help and guidance especially. We just moved to the US, and it was our first experience buying a car here. Tom answered all our questions and helped with the financing. Working with him was a great experience, and I think this won't be our last purchase from Boise Volkswagen.

It is always just an easy experience at VW which is why I keep coming back. Gary was responsive, knowledgable, friendly, and awesome! He checked in a few times after I bought my Tiguan to make sure I didn't have any questions. It was the right choice buying my 3rd VW and the most recent experience confirms that.
