Fountain Lakes Storage delivered above and beyond my expectations. From the first phone call to the last piece of furniture being placed in the unit they couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and caring. Jessika, Tyler and Michelle all worked together behind the scenes to find us the best location and the best sized unit for our needs. Their follow-up was impeccable. They are by far the cleanest storage facility you will ever see....all indoor entry and climate-controlled. Fantastic location. I would highly recommend them for any of your storage needs.

I love Fountain Lakes storage. First I was greeted by a very well groomed, very nice, well informed very efficient manager of the facility that went through all of the storage areas available and cost, gave me a tour and found a storage area closest to one of two loading areas. The facility is new, exceptionally clean, well ventilated and cool. Perfect for storing everything we need. The cost is reasonable, if not exceptional for such a terrific place. Entry is controlled by a unique code. The manager also sold us an terrific new type of lock which is tamper proof. I have used other storage facilities before and this one is ten times better than competitors. I will use them again. Now for an update 5 months later. 5++++ stars. First, what really impressed me and my wife was the security. The way they have set up the doors makes it nearly impossible for intruders. We always felt safe which was a really important feathure. Second, it is very well lit and very clean. You could eat off their floors. They have background music playing which is also very nice when you are in your storage area working. They make billing and payment very easy with regular notices of payment due and made. Finally, the same very nice manager of the facility did my exit clearance. Sorry I didn't get his name again. But this guy is a keeper!

Indoor storage is clean and easy to access, the property is well taken care of and there was always a selection of carts and hand trucks. Staff was always friendly and helpful, would definitely use again

Came in this morning to rent a u haul. Male employee was on a very important phone call. Important enough, that he didn’t greet my husband and I and he did not have the decency to tell us to wait a moment while he finished this call. We sat there for a couple of minutes until we decided that we shouldn’t give our money to an employee and company who clearly don’t care. I’m Black and my husband is Dominican so maybe that’s why he could careless. We took our business elsewhere.

I got a 15 foot Uhaul truck and car trailer attached from the hitch from this location for an out of state move. The manager, Theo, was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and helped ease the stress/worry about a big move. 10/10 would recommend this business!

I rented a 5x5 for $62/month. It was a good price at the time I rented it in early spring. The service was amazing and the condition of the unit as well as the whole facility was clean and well kept. I Recommend it for this reason. However, My unit was inside near the entrance of the second building. When we had the torrential rains earlier this year (2023), some parts of the facility flooded but mine stayed dried. (Some of the bigger sizes received water). Unfortunately, I wont be back cause of moving out of the area but if you decide to rent here, make sure its a unit that stays dry. Blessings.

Tyler was amazing! We arrived a few minutes before they closed and hooked us up! Showed us several units and helped us out with getting a uhaul truck! Great customer service, friendly, and extremely clean!

Such a no hassle way for me and my buddies to store our stuff for the summer time. Tyler helped us get all the paperwork filled out and after that it was easy. Spaces are clean and overall just a great and safe place to store your belongings.

Highly, highly recommend for storage needs! We just needed a large unit for a few months to help with a local move. The facility, the management, the rental process/ payment, and even renting a moving truck and helpers through them was so incredibly painless. Moving is so stressful, but working with Fountain Lakes was wonderful.

Tyler is awesome! The facility is always meticulous!! I wish HOSPITALS were as clean as this place is kept. Always on hand if assistance is needed. Cameras everywhere—feel like the security is great. Temperature/climate control excellent—I’ve considered moving MYSELF in! Hand carts are always available and access is handy. We’re up to our 3rd unit now and couldn’t ask more from management.
