I was not happy with my experience here and would not return. They said they could fix my back glass which they did, but it appears to be a knock off back glass piece, not an actual iPhone replacement part. What is more is that when I got it back everything was working fine, when to my surprise I went to use the flashlight one night and now that feature doesn’t work, and it was working with the cracked glass before I brought it in. Also, they told me they’d have it ready in a day or two and it wound up taking all week and I was without a phone, which nowadays is a big issue since all the verification codes run through my phone. One day the phone was supposed to be ready but I was informed that the guy who fixes the screens. I believe they said the technician was not in, so I would have to wait another day. Thats like a pizza place being open but the staff saying oh the guy who makes the pizza isn’t in so we don’t have any pizza. Come on! Why even bother being open?I guess you get what you pay for, but in hindsight and next time I would just go to Apple and spend the extra money. It’s not worth it. This phone is worth a lot of money and to have to pay 200 dollars for it to not work properly is completely not right. I honestly feel I should get a refund, but I doubt that will happen. Don’t advertise that you can fix something if you can’t. Oh and also in the doorway they advertise they have a discount for students, but when I asked about it and gave my school ID they gave me a hard time. Again, don’t advertise that you do something if you don’t do it.

Aweful experience. Tooks days instead of minutes. Guy was terribly unprofessional. Store was closed during working hours and my phone came back damaged. Couldn't make or receive calls. Im now getting a new phone at t mobile. 5 min was 20..10 min was 2 hours and 1 day was 3..they wouldn't even pick up the phone. I would never shop there again or refer anyone to them.

This is the worst place I have ever been. I brought my PS 5 there for a small repair and they broke it even more. I dealt with a different person every time I called. I took them months to try to fix it and and they made it worse! Horrible customer service!. Stay away from this place!

The back of my laptop needed to be glued on but the guy said i needed to order a part and he would call when it arrived. He never called so i went in a month later and then he says he needs to order an additional part, i already wasted ~$150.00 and new semester was starting up so i had to leave with it in worse condition because they messed with it but never fixed it.

i had to get a new phone bc they didnt even fix my phone. it took me a week to get the phone back and when i got it, it never turned on. smfh🤦🏻‍♀️

My iPhone 11 broke at 6pm and I rushed over to I-Fix before they close at 7 and my phone was fixed in 15 minutes. They did a good job and have great customer service! I was very pleased.

Quick turnaround and extremely professional service. Sheikh is extremely knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. I purchased the Huawei P30 in Kuwait (International version) last year and I recently had the screen shattered due to a piece of metal tubing falling off the ceiling onto the desk at work. Every store in the U.S. refused to work on my phone due to the political nature on Huawei here. Even Huawei itself stated there was nothing they could do inside the U.S. despite it being under warranty! Mexico offered to help, but couldn't do much in terms of actually fixing the phone due to it being a middle eastern version. Kuwait would fix it, but would take up to two months to return it due to the pandemic. Just when I was about to give up hope and buy a new phone I randomly found this store online and proudly stated they would fix it. The turnaround was extremely fast within a few days (the shipping and return took longer than the actual repair) and I couldn't be more satisfied. The quality is top tier and the craftsmanship on the installation is out of this world. You can't tell anything ever happened despite me looking at it with a magnifying glass and a flashlight. I spent a few days testing the durability of the screen and so far I have nothing negative to say. Thank you Sheikh, you're the man!

Woman behind the counter just kept feeding me false information saying "theres a bug in apple hardware that sometimes makes the face ID not work after a repair. Meanwhile, whenever you open up any peice of electronic equipment, you run that risk because hardware is being moved. You should teach your employees the differences between hardware and SOFTWARE. Bugs, or "glitches" can only occur within software. Stop feeding people false information. Otherwise, good job on the screen, seems we're competent somewhere

Sheikh is honest, professional, and extremely helpful. I was there a few times recently for different things and he has always went above and beyond to help assist me. He truly cares about his customers and it really shows. I highly recommend anyone to go there!

Prices are not competitive $20 to install a screen protector that I would supply. They can change whatever they want but as a consumer do you due diligence and shop around get quotes before spending your hard earned money, plenty of places that fixes phones. Even Smithtown has less expensive “fix stores”. Update: No I am not a customer not based on your extreme prices, I send out RFQ’s before making expensive purchases Merry Christmas!

I took my husbands screen to get fixed after having the worst experience with cell dr in selden. Sheikh Was great he did the right thing by us and finally fixed the issue with my husbands phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great customer service!

I brought in my iPhone SE because I was in desperate (and I can’t emphasis desperate enough) need of a new battery. I stopped by after work, about 50 minutes before they closed, and Sheikh immediately provided the most welcoming and attentive service. He was able to replace the battery before the store closed, and I was shocked by how affordable the price was. I never thought getting a phone fixed could be a wholly pleasant experience, but it was here. Don’t listen to the 5 star reviews they offer discounts for you to leave a 5 star review they are buying good reviews basically. This is Worse service ever I brought a iPhone 10 there a while back and they put a faulty new screen on, they claimed it was a orginal Apple screen, I asked to get a new screen swap because thiers didn’t work properly and they refused too. Once I got a new phone I opened up my old iPhone and It was a cheap Chinese screen, now on my iPhone 11 I asked for a simple cleaning on my mic and speakers and they tried to charge me $75. U don’t recomend this place for anyone
