    Not bad. Super cute stuff and reasonable prices for what it is as well as friendly staff. My husband gets his jeans there and loves it. The only reason there is not all stars is if you are over a size 16 us you probably won't find cute clothes for you. Or over a large. Pretty specific group they cater to. Even online there was maybe 3 options in plus size denim. If they carried my size they would have my business.

    Very helpful staff... Picked up a couple pairs of jeans, had Ashley help... with fit; not enough in my back side to fill out some pairs so she was very helpful in suggesting the correct pair for my body type.

    We took an old family hat in for cleaning and re-shaping... check out the before and after pictures! It looks completely different in the best way. Christian did an amazing job. 👏

    Terrible!...Just the fact that they always tent to ask Did someone help You Today (@ Checkout) makes me sick..Dont Ask That Anymore. We customers kind of get offended at times by the question. I want to be rude & say no Nobody ever does Offer to help the many times Ive'd Come but that aint me... They just stare at you like you about to steal or something.... Although there Clothes selection is Great!.

    I got my a hat shaped here along with a few other items. (belt, boots, knife sheath, etc.) People there were amazing and kind and I recommend Cody for all your hat needs. That man has got talent and expertise when it comes to looking best.

    Usually, when I come in, no one asks if I need any help, but this time the young lady at the register, long red hair... super sweet, she was talkative and actually seemed interested in helping me. She is the 1st and ONLY person that has every been kind to me, been coming for over 8 years.

    Over 7 people working in the store all females except for Riley. NOT ONE of them greeted me or offer their assistance but they greeted and offered their help to every other person in the store. ONLY when I went to purchase a new hat and have it shaped was I given excellent customer service by Riley! I spent over $800 in this store to basically be ignored! I definitely needed help but I ended up finding everything on my own. Cavenders teach your employees basic customer service please :)

    I went in looking for specifics on jeans and on a time crunch. I reached out to the nearest sales associate Meli P and she exceeded my expectations! Wow! She was able to find me about 15 pairs of jeans in a matter of 5min and they all fit great. She takes the time to listen to you and guides you to what you need! 10/10

    I had an absolutely outstanding experience with the staff at the Cavender's location in College Station. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. It's not often you enter a store where you feel so welcomed. I will definitely visit this store again on my next trip. I hope the manager will convey my appreciation to their staff.

    It seems that every time I go here the workers do a better job at avoiding people than actually helping them. Love the store and what they got, but the workers are pretty awful when it comes to doing the bare minimum.

    Ain't what it used to be. Employees on their phones, not asking to assist. One was complaining he was bored. I joked I would be happy to unfold some jeans. Cashier couldn't look us in the eye

    Great service from a lady that wasn't even part of the sales team, she's got my vote though. Her name is Sarah. I work a lot and don't get out much. That being said I'm not up to date on style, fashion or what looks nice anymore. She gracefully and honestly helped me out. The items I purchased that day was for my youngest sister's wedding. Due to her assistance, the outfit I wore received many compliments and many people were surprised at how nice I was dressed. Thank you very much for your assistance Sarah at Cavenders.

    I recently ordered a shirt from Cavender’s and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to come in well 6 weeks came and still no shirt when I spoke to the G.M. I was told it wouldn’t be another week or two. I was not happy to say the least and when I asked the G.M. for a 10.00 refund he said the best he could do is 5.00 I told him that wouldn’t even by a happy meal. I’ll admit Cavender’s has a lot of nice clothes but if you can’t please the customer then what good are you after all if it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t be in business.

    I dropped my star review I ordered 3 pairs of wrangler jeans for my husband and only received 2 pairs I've been trying to get my 1 pair of jeans and they still charged me for 3 pairs!!. I ordered 3 more pairs we will see about this one now.. l talked to customer service and they said they would send me my 1 pair. I appreciate it very much, thank you, I should be receiving it soon I hope.. 5 stars if I get it.

    Needed a new hat, I appreciate they're in town, prices are fine, and I did buy a new hat. Were out of my size in some things (normal sizes), and said they never know when new stock is coming in (not sure if truth or lack of effort to look up). The two sales folks answered my questions on hats, somewhat reluctantly. Another checked me out. As usual I got pretentious vibes from everyone who works there, like I was inconveniencing them, which makes me hesitant to ask questions and get what I'm looking for. I don't think it helps that they appeared overstaffed with college age sales people, so staff stands around in fancy clothes chatting. I think this is how they stop seeing it as a customer service job and more of a way to get paid to hang out. I don't do much clothes store shopping so maybe this is normal now and sells more? I typically get 2nd worst customer centered attitudes in town (after producers coop). I'm sure many of them work very hard there, it just never seems like it when I'm in store, I just get attitudes. Always wish I had gone to the alternative in town, Catalena Hatters, which is local based and not a chain, and does stuff for the community. So bottom line, you will probably get what you want at a fair price, but wonder what is going to go on with our next generation of workers when you leave.
