I been coming here to this pawnshop for the past 3 years . I have had the best experience and Ruben is one of the nicest person I have ever met and has always has patience with me and others . I am really great full for his customer service skills.

This is the only shop I deal with when needing a loan on my guns or whatever it may be. They deal more than fair, always are friendly to talk to and have multiple people on shift so wait times are nothing. Randy helped me today and I had to pull myself away because we were chatting on like old friends. I don't know about you but that's the kind of shop I want to do business with. I definitely recommend them. A+++

They have high quality items and the best deals RANDY is phenomenal, knowledgeable and has become a friendly face. RUBEN was awesome and pointed out some great items!! I'm always happy leaving here!

Lowballing low lifes. They’ll waste an hour or more of your time and then they’ll come back with a lowball price. Their expert knows nothing about (Rolex) does not know that the screws are supposed to be blue on certain screws. They try to use anything to bring down the price they tell you oh it’s old as if you don’t know about vintage watches and you’re not a vintage collector and you don’t follow the market. Then they say it sells for half the price so they can offer you 30% as a loan.

Really knowledgeable, and made everything really helpful. My boyfriend was looking to find out more about the cross and Randy took the time to explain everything to us, and just helping us. Will definitely be coming back.

Tommy gave great service! And there are great deals. This shop has lots of inventory of good items. Definitely not the dusty old pawnshop of the past. I go to their Azusa location as well. Same great service and people. Definitely worth the drive from the Eagle Rock area..

I was calling multiple pawn shops and no one would take our nighthawk 12 volt ride on. Once I called they told me to come in and Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing along with other questions my husband had about their merchandise. I would highly recommend.

If I could give a -10 I would for customer service if I could give a -10 for honesty I would... So for the past week I've messaged the company a few times about what I have and if it would be some they are interested all...no response, so I took the chance and went to the pawn shop loaded up my cart with tools that were used a few times clean working all parts had a bunch of other stuff but when I walk in the guy said no they would not be interested I said um you don't even know what I have I don't understand he said it's ok they won't buy it at this point I'm embarrassed I ask for a supervisor and he walk over about 8 feet from me didn't say anything to that guy.. i just walk out... I will never go back to this place it seems like they only buy high dollar items...im over it....

Came in looking for some cash for my firearms, guys at the desk were friendly and welcoming. Kept everything safe which is great to see and had me out within 20min of arriving. Great place to buy or sell your stuff! Definitely would come back again!

I went there looking for a high quality camera... Javier hooked me up with good deal! Im happy rt now with my purchase. I took it to the beach and got some really good photos & video... if you're looking for a good camera I recommend you check here first because I seen a couple of other cameras with 24MP and full frame sensors... looking forward to getting a drone next

My experience with this pawn shop has so far been really nice. Friendly service, informative and honest. The gentleman who helped me today I believe his name was Robert, was very helpful and attentive. You can tell this place has it going for them, theirs always customers and from the way everyone greets eachother you can tell their returning customers.
