not
recommend
Taylor’s
Pressure
Washing.
Taylor's
is
subcontracting
at
least
some
of
his
work.
Taylor’s
quoted
me
$180
for
a
job
at
my
house
(house
wash
and
back
deck
soft
wash).
On
the
day
of
the
job,
he
texted
and
indicated
the
price
would
be
$220.
The
worker
who
showed
up
was
a
subcontractor
with
a
different
business
name
on
his
truck
and
his
own
business
cards.
The
subcontractor
said
Taylor's
told
him
the
job
would
be
$220
for
the
house
wash
and
back
deck
soft
wash
and
he
needed
to
call
Taylor's
to
confirm
the
initial
quote
of
$180.
Clearly,
the
price
went
up
$40
because
the
job
was
subcontracted.
The
subcontractor
said
Taylor's
would
be
calling
me
in
a
minute.
Taylor's
never
called.
I
later
called
Taylor's
to
express
disappointment
over
the
experience.
He
offered
no
remedy
and
no
means
to
make
it
right.
I
told
him
that
based
on
this
experience,
I
likely
wouldn’t
hire
him
again.
He
stated,
“You
do
what
you
gotta
do
and
I’ll
make
it
up
on
my
end.”
Quality
customer
service
does
not
seem
to
be
as
high
a
priority
for
Taylor's
as
he’s
chosen
quantity
over
quality.
