We had a sterling silver bracelet that had been opened too much so it had failed in the middle. Z’s “welded” the bracelet, cleaned up the engraving and welded thin reinforcements on the inside so it would not fracture again. All for a reasonable and fair price. I don’t post survey responses, so this excellence survey is real and meaningful.

I took a gold chain I purchased from eBay in to have it appraised for insurance purposes. The entire staff I dealt with there are extremely nice and helpful. They even covered all of my concerns I spoke of without having to write them down, and then remembered to cover them when I came back to pick it up. I was very satisfied with their customer service!

Z's was recommended by my insurance company for an appraisal on my wedding rings, and Joe & his staff were wonderful! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the staff was friendly and professional. Joe took a look at my rings and suggested re-tip on the prongs of my main diamond, along with rhodium dips on both rings. The price for the appraisal, repair, and rhodium dips was very reasonable. They were done within just a few days and my rings look perfect! I will definitely be back in 6 months to have the rings checked and cleaned, and will come here for any new jewelry purchases! Brought our Mexican Fire Opal into Z’s to get it made into a pendant. We were quoted a fair price and they stayed within that range. They said 2-3 weeks but it was finished in about 1 week and it is beautiful! We also received amazing customer service! We went to quite a few jewelers before finding Z’s, they were the only ones who were able to give us a clear plan and picture of what they wanted to do with our opal. The team even texted us throughout the planning process to make sure their ideas were staying aligned with ours. When it was time to pick it, they were so helpful and patient with me choosing the perfect chain for my new pendant (even though it was right before they closed). We couldn’t be happier with the finished product, and can’t recommend Z’s highly enough!
