Very happy Dryer is working perfect again Matt does a great job Went above and beyond Asked him to let me know if he thought my washer was in good shape while he was here fixing the dryer and he gladly did, ran it through a short cycle and told me it was working fine.

Matt was extremely professional, on time, and a fair price. Can’t ask for more. I would recommend him to anyone and am keeping his number for the future. It was very nice of him to show me exactly what he was fixing and how so I could see what I was paying for. 10/10 service.

Excellent service. Very professional. Washing machine wouldn't drain and he fixed it right up. Luckily had the part on his truck so no return trip needed. Even gave me additional maintenance tips unrelated to the problem. Very helpful.

This guy knew exactly what to focus on by the way we described the problem and that was exactly it. He was a little late, but I can’t fault him for that. It just meant he was paying attention to another customer. He did great! We now have an “appliance guy”!

Matthew is excellent!! I called him and left a voicemail, he called me back within the same hour. He is very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem quickly with my washing machine sensor. He went above and beyond. Plus, I got great cooking tips :) When and if the time comes I need a repair person, Matt will be the only person I will contact. I highly recommend him do not hesitate to use him.

I look after a property in NortPort was in need of an appliance person. So I took to our neighbor Nextdoor and there were several Highly favored recommendations from people there. So I made the call. Matthew is excellent. Called him about multiple problems with my 11 year old Refrigerator. He explained when we made the appointment what to expect. Very professional. Matt spent over an hour troubleshooting including repairing a broken wire in the harness feeding the door. He identified the 4 parts needed to fix all my problems and estimated the cost . He was very up front and honest adding that he did not think it was worth putting that much money into an 11 year old refrigerator with some basic design flaws. He charged us the fee he had quoted earlier for diagnostics. I asked about brands and he basically rated the various brands for us. You could not ask for a more honest and obviously trustworthy contractor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very professional, fast and extremely courteous. My SXS refrigerator was leaking water due to poor cooling. They came to my house in just over an hour and corrected the problem. The pricing was very reasonable, they didn't take advantage of my situation. I found this to be the big benefit dealing with local professionals versus factory service. I will use their service again as needed, and will spread the word about their service.

Delivery of Fridge they set it up hooked up water line but forgot to turn it on. Had service come out to see what was wrong. It took 3 days to come. So much for the A team

Our washing machine locked up, holding a full load of laundry, and wouldn't unlock. Matt showed up the same day, diagnosed the problem (broken switch), opened up the machine, ordered the part, and came back to install it a day earlier than he'd said. He phones when he's on the way to your job, is personable and thorough, and best of all, got the job done for less than the cost of a new washer! Highly recommend.
