Good selection & loco fast shipping. I'm in NC & got my Lady White shirts in a couple days. Highly recommend the shirts & the store. I really like the YouTube videos they do showing off the new stuff they got in. My only suggestion is I wish yall would give height/weight details for all the pics to help with purchasing. 🍻

The best shopping experience I have ever had in Colorado! If you are interested in menswear from Japan, you must check out Canoe Club. The entire staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to throw a shout out to Chris who made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door. I spent well over an hour in the store and never felt rushed, pressured or uncomfortable. The selection is extensive and unique and includes items you wont find anywhere else. A+ all around! I'll definitely be back.

I never reviewed this place but I am somewhat a long time supporter. Only been to the store twice, online orders otherwise. Definitely supporting the local shops and this one doesn't disappoint.

5-star experience across the board. I was visiting from Seattle and my friend frequently shops here and swears by it. Kate, Drew, and Ian were all super warm and welcoming and made for an unparalleled shopping experience. Never even been here but their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. My item shipped out to Canada maybe two hours after I made my purchase and I received it about four days later. Great people that work here. Great selection of goods.

I don't usually buy clothes online but decided to get a few new items for the wardrobe after running across CC's website and YT channel. Really nice curation of items, fast shipping, simple returns, and very responsive help via online chat. Seems like they have a pretty good team over there. There’s not too many shops with a lot of high end street wear options, but Canoe Club is one of them. Of those I’ve been to, none have a customer service level even close to what I experienced with Chris Ta. What a great guy. He went above and beyond to help with recommendations, sizing, etc… but really just set the place apart being such a cool and positive guy. He made me want to be in the shop looking for new fits! I only made one purchase that day, but he even shouted me out on pearl street from his car a half hour later hahaha! All retail locations need Chris Ta’s but sadly there is only one Chris. Can’t wait to get back!

It’s hard to find good men’s clothing boutique in Colorado so Canoe Club is the rarest of the rare. Amazing collections focus on details and crafts with US brands and international takes on western American fashion. Love the leather sneakers collection, Japanese silk bomber jacket collection and denim collection and so on. Too bad the high end products with steep price tags put young professionals like me only at a ‘window shopper’ position, but it’s a great place to get inspired by the styles and I’m glad it has the audience in Colorado contribute to men’s fashion.

Literally the best. This store is the perfect balance of American vintage, heritage wear, and Japanese menswear. Also kudos for a frictionless, friendly shopping experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

I ordered a women’s size 8 and received a size 10. I returned it within 48 hours but they still charged me 29% or the amount that they list on their website if you return some thing. I will never purchase from them again because it was not my error and I wanted to exchange for the correct size but they were out of stock. They should have credited me the full amount since they were out of stock anyway. Bad business model.

I went in because the Wall Street Journal touted the t-shirts and found interesting/different menswear, a knowledgeable and friendly staff and an understated vibe. Would shop there for sweaters/jackets/scarves for myself.

Be careful with returns. I will admit that I’ve been spoiled with other stores’ customer service. I purchased the $205 Beams Knit Polo, washed it on cold, air dried it, and it shrunk from a XL to a M. There is not a tag in English attached to the garment and I tossed the original tags away when I wore it. When I reached out to swap it for in store credit, I was told there’s nothing they can do and the item has to be resalable for them. It sorta makes sense, just not so much in comparison to other high end stores. So don’t have the same assumption that most pieces can be washed on cold and worst case scenario, the shop will have your back for being the one to sell it to you. This one won’t. If you do happen to be in my shoes, a 10 minute argument with the boss telling you he hears you and understands but they cant help will eventually lead to a 20% off coupon.

Had a great experience ordering online from them, and wanted to make sure people knew about it. I ordered a hat that arrived with a small defect on the leather strap. I emailed asking if I could swap it out for a replacement, and the rep I worked with was super attentive and knowledgeable. It turned out to be a manufacturing defect that was present in some form on all of the same items they had in stock, but they were still willing to send out one where the defect was less noticeable, and actually sent out the replacement before I was even able to get my original item sent back! In a world where retailers are constantly making returns and exchanges more troublesome for the consumer, working with Canoe Club was like a breath of fresh air. Thanks y’all, you’ve earned a lifetime customer. 👍🏼🙏🏼
