Beyond stoked on the customer service here. I walked in and was introduced to Lauren when I asked about a warranty for my deep thinker. When I explained my situation the other 3 employees approached the counter and made my day! Ethan, Ziggy, and Jake all made me feel like family, not just a customer. I didn’t expect to walk out with a new board , but the amount of care these people put into snowboarding is why I keep riding period. It’s great to know the company I support and ride supports me too!!!

I could overhear employees talking about me for getting my boots heat molded before "I broke them in naturally" which was unprofessional. It felt like pulling teeth to get them to agree to do it (guessing it's because it was the persons first time doing it and they didn't feel like it). The person also told me to walk around in them until they cooled. That is 100% not what you're supposed to do during the heat molding process... Luckily I knew better so I didn't waste a heat mold session and decrease the life of my liner in the process. Clearly in-experienced boot fitters.

I purchased the whole set up board, boots, bindings. Being so excited about getting a new board and getting home. I didn’t realize there was damage to the board until I got home. I do live an hour and a half away from the store. Called up and talked to Ethan and Ziggy. They said to bring it back and the would get me taken care of. Thanks for taking care of me!!! I did spend an additional 200.00 in store while there.

I went into the Burton Store on Pearl Street in Boulder the week after Christmas because my good old board needed replacing. Despite the store being extremely busy, Ethan and Jake were both able to go above and beyond in terms of finding what I needed. Both had superior knowledge (and ridden experience, even women's specific boards and bindings) about the products that I have rarely found at ski/snowboard shops before (even brand specific stores). I appreciated the time they spent helping me out and my new set up of board and bindings! I will not hesitate to go back to the Pearl store to get more gear.

I visited the store today to ask about and try on some snowboard boots. Reid was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about snowboarding and was able to answer all of my questions as well as ask me all of the right questions to find exactly what I needed. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and will be returning soon!

Bought a t shirt for my son that was $38.03. The seam around the collar starting coming undone within a week. Burton’s warranty team wouldn’t cover it, but offered a 20% discount on another shirt.

As a loyal customer for the past decade, my experience with Pete and Ethan today was above and beyond. Extremely professional and determined to give me the best experience possible. We had such a great experience here! My partner and I both have burton snowboard boots that were irritating our feet still after about 7 days riding this season. We went in and they really helped us figure out our problems. My partner got his boots heat molded (for free) and the guy suggested we put J bars in my boots to stop the heel lift. Our feet are doing so much better now! We really appreciate the help and advice they gave us.

Purchased a pair of 600$ Burton ion boas. The boa popped out of the housing 6 days in. They put the boa back in in about 3 days which was speedy. I asked them to please educate me on how to replace the boa mechanism in the housing and they were unable to. They said “google it” and “that’s why I use speed laces”. They also attempted to remove the boa but did not know how and scratched the housing with a screw driver. I wish Burton still had contracts with ski and snowboard shops.
