    This place is great. Everyone is incredibly helpful and patient. They all had tested the gear (that I was looking at) themselves and had terrific recommendations. The store has a lot of inventory if you are looking to test fits for probably any of Norrøna’s current items. Store was also very clean. Really cannot say enough good things about this place.

    Well, this is the best outdoor gear experience in Boulder. I frequently pop in to see what's new and every time the staff has been great. They say hi and let me do my looking, but when I ask questions, they're more than willing to work with me. The products are great too. The engineering and fit of Norrona gear is the best that I've ever had in the US. That is, their gear is built for a someone who's 6'3" and 180lbs, fitted in the body and long enough in the arms. I highly recommend their Boulder store and their gear.

We could see the girl at the desk doing work but she never acknowledged us. That's unacceptable, especially when you drive 5 hours to specifically go to a particular store. Save yourself the hassle and go to The North Face or MontBell instead. Or even REI (which is what we did). Pathetic Norrøna. Hire different people & fire that girl. You just lost two sales. Edit: If you like, I will provide the name & phone number of my friend who will state the same thing...that you were closed. Look at your security system since you don't believe me. I manage a grocery store in Telluride and like yourself (and most other businesses), I too am having staffing issues. But that's no excuse to close early. My employees do not go home early or lock up if it's slow. If the hours are stated, customers should expect that.

    I would like thank Patrick and his team at Norrona Boulder for exceptional customer service with the repair of my Lofoten gore-tex pro pants. After years of heavy use, stiching on the belt loop was coming apart and Norrona was able to repair at no cost. Patrick did a great job coordinating shipment and repair as I don't live in Colorado. Considering an upcoming trip, Patrick offered to send me a new pair of pants in the event the repair shop wouldn't have mine ready in time. That level of customer service regrettably doesn't exist anymore in most places. As for the Lofoten pro pants, they're simply the best. Super versatile for all conditions and lots of pockets for all your needs. Completely bomb proof and well-designed. Norrona does it right: the best products and best customer service.

    Superb and Seamless Customer Service - My wife and I discovered Norrona while living in Europe, and their top-quality gear is now standard in our household. We were overjoyed to have Norrona "back home" and I bought a new down vest at their Boulder Concept Store. A few months later, I needed a repair on the elastic drawstring after I snagged the vest on something. I called up Josh at the store and requested a repair, and booked a time to visit the store. When I arrived, Josh showed me his selection of new vests and said, "Pick one out". I was pleasantly and completely surprised. Rather than deal with a technically challenging repair job, Josh and his colleague Patrick simply replaced the item and off we went. Norrona's practical, sensible, no-hassle customer service has made us lifetime customers. Josh. Fixed. The. Problem. It was a very refreshing and heartening experience, especially as we saw how Norrona lets their team make sensible decisions to solve problems without any drama. We'll be back soon.

    Dear Boulder extreme outdoors people, This is the store for you. I film extreme winter sports (headed to China for the Olympics) and Patrick was kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful in picking a jacket suitable for -30 and standing still filming. Would strongly recommend swinging through if you’re jacket shopping!

    One of the best retail experiences I have had. We were able to talk to Patrick, the manager, for about 2 hours and he answered every question we had on products, the brand, sizing, fit, and about Boulder in general. He gave us great recommendations on outerwear and deals. A wealth of information and retail guru. Norrona is new to the States but from what I know is popular in Europe. Their product sizing is very “European” where it is slim along the body with long sleeves and athletic fit. Patrick did everything possible to educate us on the brand, their ethos, and finding the right sizes and colors for what we were looking for. We loved our experience at Norrona so much we came back the next day where we met Collin. Collin was awesome and helped us locate sizes as well as explained technologies and features of their amazing ski shell pants. Along with being a great conversationalist, Collin also helped us locate a specific product we were interested in and followed up with us to ship it to our home since they did not have it in store. TL;DR The manager Patrick is amazing and is an excellent ambassador of the brand. The brand itself is top notch with great fit and colors. Collin and the other associates were extremely knowledgeable especially considering that Norrona has only been state-side for a few years. Will definitely come back.

    As a life long skier who has skied basically all over the world I have owned / tried every ski outerwear kit there is. The second I put together my Norrøna ski kit I knew it would be the best and it is! I have put Norrøna ski through every condition imaginable and even on multi week trips across Japan. It is hands down the best ski gear I have ever used ! The store in Boulder is incredible and the staff knows what the are doing! Do yourself a favor and invest in Norrøna gear it is tip top!

    First went to the shop about a month or so ago, customer service and selection could not be beat, Patrick and his team were amazing. Fast forward a few months and I was in need of a gift for a friend and thought I would try my luck at calling and seeing if Norrona could help me out over the phone. They were simply amazing, helping me decide on what I needed based on activity and we figured out sizing via pictures. I have 10 retail stores in TN and always use Chick Fil A’s customer service as a example when training. I will now use my experience with Norrona and Patrick when I’m training my team on customer service!!

    Hands down best experience with staff and store in awhile. Colin was knowledgeable, affable, and downright fun to work with. Left with a great jacket and could not recommend him enough. Great guy and personality. Get in the store and ask for him! Lifetime client now due to products and his true excitement for everything Norrøna.
