I was referred by NWTH and called 4 times to verify my insurance! They said if there was a problem they would call but they never did. Every time I called they verified my insurance information and I never heard back. Finally I called my insurance and they told me they never tried to call or email them about my coverage. I cancelled my apt and went elsewhere! Do not recommend this place! They wanted me to contact my insurance for them. Isn’t that the billing department’s job??

worst experience ever. I could not get pricing for the procedures after dropping $250 for a 'consultation'. waited hours on hold for pricing and finally gave up and will be going somewhere else. heads up to anyone calling them you will only get this office by choosing 'appointments' all other options go to a call center where you wait in hour long queues. getting any relevant information or actually being able to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about is not something you should expect. ever.

I shared my swallowing and stomach problems with Melanie Jones, NP. She was a pleasure to talk to and did not rush you. She made her recommendation and then we worked fr there. This was my first visit with Melanie and I have used the AEC since 2004.

I have always been treated with dignity and compassion when I have been in Dr Trehan’s office or had a procedure done their facility.

Didn't get the chance to see the doctor, found out out less than 48 hours that I needed a referral before seeing the doctor. I checked with my insurance company and they said I didn't. But the lady kept saying that I needed it. I went to my primary care physician and ask if they could send a referral today or early next the day. They said they would. I called them back told them what the physician had said. They said they still wouldn't see me!!! Really 😑 they needed the referral the end of the business day at this point its around 4pm... they called and told me all this at 3:30pm! They closed at 5pm!!!!! I then called my doctor office said they would try to get it over today but they have patients too! Understandable reaction for same day referral! Remind you I called in December! They're a joke!

Did not have to wait long for my appt. The PA was very thorough, and she even called me a month later, to follow up and report the test findings.

Everyone there has been very friendly. They get you in and out as soon as possible. Before and after care is fantastic. I've been there 3 times and will recommend them to my friends

I've been a regular patient at this facility for many years. I'm always treated like family and well cared for by all the nurses, staff and both doctors. They are all very kind, understanding and attentive to my needs. You can't find better care anywhere! I'm speaking from personal experience!

Dr.Trehan and his entire staff are caring and nice to deal with. They are there to help the patient deal with a multitude of issues and handle everything very nicely.

Great bedside manner and really took good care of me. It was nice to have my situation taken care of on the same day. I was welcomed by the ladies at the reception desk and I felt at ease. The nurse was caring and prompt. Awesome visit and would highly recommend this practice.

No procedure is fun, but this was a nice experience. Great staff, great doctor. Couldn’t be more pleased. Would highly recommend my friend Dr. Trehan and staff.

Everybody was good professional and courteous only thing is they didn’t have any crown after the procedure LOL
