Everyone at Mavis Tires was very kind and helpful. My vehicle needed extra work, requiring extra wait time, and an employee graciously offered to take me to one of my family member's homes to wait there. Mavis also gave me a discount on the total cost. I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes. Wonderful service and wonderful people!

I have been taking my Harley Davidson motorcycle to Mavis on Gem Lake Road in Amarillo Texas for the past 10 years for the annual inspection. They have always taken the time to check my bike over extremely well and very quickly. Usually have me pull in the shop the moment I ride up to the door and have me out of there in less than 30 minutes. These guys are the best for excellent care.

I recently took my RV to the Gemlake location and my experience was really good. Customer service is a really big thing with me. Gemlake Mavis was awesome,when I called to get information the manager was very knowledgeable and courteous. Once I made it to the Gemlake location she made sure that I was taking care of. I've decided to make this my preferred location.

These guys were great, we had a puncture on a tire early Saturday morning, took the wheel and tire into them and they took care of us quickly and patched the tire for fair rate. Landon help us out and was very professional. They even put the spare tire back in it’s correct spot the dealership didn’t even do that for us before.

The only place in town to go to get your brakes checked and tires rotated. I’ve been taking in my 1976 International Scout for the past year and obviously I wouldn’t just trust this machine with just anybody. Also worth mentioning one of the fellows in charge up there, Ty, is always very kind, polite, and professional. Kudos Mavis Tires & Brakes! Keep up the spectacular service.

Took my daughters car due to a flat. We bought 4 new tires for her car about a year ago… maybe a little less. They claimed that they can not fix it due to the tire being no good. They want us to buy 2 new tires for the front. I said no just fix the flat and they said no. She drives to and from school and to and from work. The tires are perfectly fine. They just want to sell new tires. We go to them all the time and even send them business. I am pretty upset with their service in this matter. They are under new management but we definitely did not have a problem when Landon and Terry were there.

The service was impeccable. Everyone there was very polite and attentive. They communicated effectively on any extra issues they saw within the vehicle and gave various payment option. Super flexible and easy to work with.

Terry and his crew did a great job. They replaced brakes and rotors and a set of tires. Gave me a great deal and had it finished in less than two hours. Highly recommend them.

Amazing shop. We arrived with a nail and a screw in one tire. Immediately they inspected all four tires, removed nail and screw, tested for leaks, found none. No charge. What?? Who does that? So helpful and friendly. Absolutely will return.

Came in with a flat tire. Landon was courteous and professional. The rest of the staff was efficient. They fixed my flat quickly (and for free) and I was outta there in about 35 minutes. It was my first visit and I am a satisfied customer. Hopefully it will be a long time before I need similar services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go back to Mavis.

I got fantastic service this summer when they installed my new tires. This past week it was so cold that the "low tire pressure"light appeared on my dashboard. I brought my vehicle by, and Nick and Angel quickly took care of checking my tires and airing them up. They are the best at customer service.

The best tire shop in Amarillo!! Excellent customer service and a great team. I had a flat and they fixed it in 15 minutes for Free!!!! I have used them before for a bad censor on my car. They fixed it with no run around. We will drive across town just so we can trade with them. They are the most honest and fair shop in town! Many thanks to the entire staff!

Full set of Cooper tires needed due to tread separation (on a 102 degree day). The Manager was amazing. Very kind, informative, and considerate. His employees were the same and were even complementary of their own Manager. Such a kind and hard working team! They made a frustration into a pleasure!!! Aaaa+++++ and as a bonus, other customers sat and talked with us, having the best nonpolitical conversation. That is America!!!🇺🇸❤

Did a phenomenal job when baby Tesla got a puncture during a cross country drive. They set me up as soon as I arrived, quick service with a great team.

This place is great they always take care of me no matter what I need. The employees are awesome and very helpful and trustworthy. If you want a shop that will take care of you and your car without having to worry about fixing stuff it doesn’t need or over charging this is the place to go. The manager is so friendly and will do anything he can to make sure you feel at home.

Tara was a huge help during an emergency situation. I was in the middle of a move from New Orleans to Seattle. I trusted Mavis w/ unexpected repairs during the move - glad I did. They were very helpful, efficient, and took great care of my car. Definitely worth pursuing for your car issues. Tara gave such great customer service and communicated quickly!

The folks here were incredible. We had tire issues while moving with the family and pets on a holiday weekend. (Yeah, timing was awful) The folks here were not only super helpful but went out of their way to help us and make our whole family feel welcomed. If i lived in Texas, this would be my tire shop. I cannot say enough positive things about the folks here and highly recommend them.

What I needed done to my car was a bit of a task and he personally drove me home and texted me immediately when the car was ready for pick up.
