The owner is a very warm gentleman who walked us through every item on the menu. He patiently answered every question. It felt like you were talking to a loved relative. Oftentimes, you go to a restaurant, and you get a meal that you probably couldn't replicate because of the unique ingredients and how it's garnished and plated. So their food tasted and gave you that home cooking feeling. Nothing too complicated. It just makes you feel comfortable and warm eating it. It actually brought back memories of my childhood. The location is behind the Greyhound station, in the parking lot. We didn't expect it to be located there, so we passed it up, but we were determined and eventually found our way there. If you just roll down the windows, you actually hear the music. Just follow the tunes.

The owner is such a kind and genuine person😭 i deeply appreciate that he can make anything on his menu vegan. I finally tried the vegan lobster roll with mac & cheese and it was soooooo good!! Definitely would recommend getting it! The food is absolutely amazing and it’s probably the only place for vegan options on Sunday in Amarillo. I added photos of the lobster roll with mac & cheese, breakfast burrito, breakfast tacos, and the French toast, which are all vegan. Everything on the menu is amazing so you can’t go wrong.

First time trying this food and it's amazing! I ordered breakfast & lunch. Great food presentation but the best part was the owner's personality!! He provided the best customer service and quality food! If you are in the area this place is a must!

Wow, so good! Was not expecting much for vegan food in this part of the country but was pleasantly surprised to see this truck pop up in my Google search. There is an amazing full vegan menu!! I was greated by the super nice owner who told me about the vegan options. You can tell he has a passion for food and the ingredients he uses by the way he describes the items 😀 I got a breakfast burrito and pancakes with a homemade strawberry sauce. It was made fast and very fresh! The pancakes were delightful and I'm really glad I added the strawberry sauce 😋 The burrito was one of the best I've ever had! Vegan cheese, egg, bacon, sausage, potatoes with really great, fresh green and red salsas to go with it! I took a detour to come here and I'm so glad I did. Amazing freshness and quality ingredients for the price and speed. So happy I got to support this vegan friendly business. Will be back for sure if I'm ever near this area again.

Don’t miss this tucked away gem. The owner Paul is incredibly kind and thoughtful, first and foremost. My brain is numb from driving for the last 14 hours and I wanted 1) a burrito and 2) to support local. I am happy I did! The breakfast burrito was delicious, almost exactly what I’d make myself at home and with vegan options for everything. (The cheese in the photo is vegan, that’s why it’s a bright color.) Good prices. He prepared everything quickly and brought it to my car, and with an extra treat (to make up for being cold as I ordering) which was above and beyond. Thank you so much for making me smile and well fed!

Fantastic flavors at The Brunch Truck! We were seriously impressed with this very unassuming food trailer tucked behind the bye station in downtown Amarillo. Chatting with the owner, Paul, you can tell he is super passionate about his food and it shows! I had the Carnivore burrito which had all the breakfast meats along with Yukon gold potatoes that were all cooked to perfection. As a final touch, he cracks an egg over the food so that it coats everything in a smooth texture and elevates the overall flavor! Wish server with red and green salsa which were both excellent My wife had the Breakfast Street Tacos which she thoroughly enjoyed as well. Paul's EXCELLENT customer service and the quality of the food shows his love for what he does. We will most definitely be back!

Amazing food. If you're not local, it's behind the greyhound station. Maps takes you to a little barber shop, walk around the corner. Great guy, gave us more food suggestions for the area. Very impressed. We all got the kitchen sink.

Wow! What a treat. Vegan breakfast burrito, “the kitchen sink”. You could tell the owner puts his heart into these burritos, as they were Muy Suproso! He had a very upbeat and welcoming demeanor and if I witnessed correctly, He even gave burritos to the not so fortunate,. KUDOS to you sir! Great job!

Ten out of ten! I’m just passing through town and was having a hard time finding places with vegan options, let alone a whole vegan menu! There were so many options to choose from and the chef was so sweet and really explained each item to me before I ordered. I got the burrito and it’s so filling and yummy! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Amarillo :)

Yes yes yes. Eat at here at Paul’s place. He makes his own Soyrizo and vegan queso and can talk food all day. He’ll stoke your plant-based flames and treat you to a great meal. A passionate inclusive guy making a positive mark on Amarillo. His daughters are vegan and he’s all about being inclusive, creating community between meat and veg folks, and not gouging folks for eating plant based. A full page of a vegan menu, heaven! Park behind the Greyhound Bus station and he’ll bring your food out to your car after you order. We’ll be back! Not pictured: Kitchen Sink burrito, YUM.

The owner of this food truck is incredibly nice and accommodating - I went on a cold day and he was running peoples’ food out to them in their cars. This alone was pretty amazing but, on top of that, the food was also delicious. They have an entire vegan menu! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

This was a fantastic find! I didn't expect to find any vegan options in Amarillo, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this food truck. The owner is fantastic and walked through all the ingredients he used. I got the Kitchen Sink Burrito and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back any time I'm passing through Amarillo!

It was simply amazing! Paul is a really good human being and he is extremely happy doing what he does.....and that happiness comes across in his food, which is really a slice of heaven! I had the vegan kitchen sink burrito and my daughters had non vegan food and we sat there in the parking lot thinking that this was the best food we had had in a while! Please, please, please give his food truck a try if you are passing through Amarillo, TX. You will know it was worth it when the food enters your mouth 🙂

Everything is delicious! Owner is very receptive and caring. Works well for blended families from meat eaters to vegans he has got it all.

Located in the parking lot of Greyhound. I ordered vegan burritos and pancakes. The burritos were so packed with flavor. The potatoes were crispy and eggs helped to add some moisture. The eggs were like scrambled eggs. The red sauce was spicy, but not too hot for those who don't like spicy, like me. The vegan sausage was delicious. To be improved: The pancake consistency was a bit doughy, but I provided this feedback to Paul, who let me know he would work on this. I imagine it was just a batch that needed more time or a different ratio, which is why I didn't decrease the stars. Paul has a wonderful spirit and was so cheerful in the morning, playing music. I love supporting businesses who try so hard to make vegan options available for all. Everything can be veganized - wow! A gem for Amarillo!

The food has so much flavor!!! I love it. We loved every bite. Even my son, who is a very picky eater, devoured his food, even licking clean the container the sauces came. Worth every penny, and there’s so many vegan options to choose from. I wish I ordered more. The owner is so nice, love his personality!

Nice breakfast stop with good size and tasty burritos (among other things). It's a little hard to find if you're driving there and is behind the building shown by Google maps in the parking lot. (Before the big parking lot). Friendly fast service. The only drawback is the lack of seating./shade. If you're riding the buses - not a problem. We drove in on our way home and we're a little limited on places to comfortably wait for food. The good news, it's fast service and we had plenty of shade/AC in the car 😀.
