Wish I would've read more reviews before setting an appointment for my husband because this place deserves ZERO stars. First, we set an appointment for the Thomasville location and the day of our appointment, literally 10 minutes before we were supposed to be there (since we were told to be 15 minutes early) they called to cancel us. Mind you, we'd already driven 40 minutes and by the end of the 3 min call we were parked in front of the building. And the girl on the line was so rude, like it was our fault she had to cancel us? We rescheduled for 2 days later. No confirmation at all but we figured we had just set the appointment so it should be fine. After traveling again 40 minutes, we find that there is literally no one in the building. Call the number, which tells us the hold will be about 3 mins (it was 15 min) and the girl who answers told us we were scheduled for a different building and confirmed there was no one at the one we were at. I asked to speak to someone about my experiences and she said "oh gosh I wouldn't even know who to send you to" -- what!? You've never had a complaint before? Because a bunch of Google reviews say differently. I said OK who do you report to? "Oh you want to speak to my manager?" YES She transferred me to a voicemail and I've yet to receive a call back TLDR; cancelled 10 mins before appointment Rescheduled at a different building so we arrived at an empty building Wasted $620 in gas after traveling 40 minutes both ways twice No one has reached out after we called in a formal complaint DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY: seriously read the other reviews and go somewhere else

Absolutely the worst!!! The office staff is rude and has no concept of even the most basic customer service principles. And, worst of all, they constantly lose or change your appointments - and. I quickly found out this is common practice! The last time I went there, I was scheduled for a follow- up appointment before leaving their office. Then, when I called to get a lab appointment I mentioned the follow-up appointment and was told they couldn't find that appointment so I had to make a new appointment. I was texted a confirmation, which I confirmed. I arrived at my appointment when the day came and after waiting 20+ minutes to be fully checked in, I finally inquired about it only to be told my appointment was scheduled for several hours later. Apparently, someone on their staff changed my appointment without informing or coordinating with me; and, they were going to let me just sit in the waiting room until the new appointment time. I work full time and had planned my whole day around this appointment and had to change meeting times to accommodate the new appointment time when they couldn't find my original appointment. When I asked about my appointment, I was treated rudely and unapologetically. All of this might be worth ignoring if the doctor was any better, but he was even more rude and obviously trying to get me out the door. No attention or interest whatsoever! I will never go back!!!

I was verbally abuse yesterday by Gregg LaMendola when I had returned to follow up on pain and x-rays that showed kidney stones. He told me that I was supposedly rude to him on the phone about a week ago when I was trying to get a percribetion for antibiotics. After my first visit there and cat scan, found a infection, I thought they would treat me. After 5 calls and being hung up on I finally Succeed in getting an order for medication. I had to be forward in telling them I needed antibiotics, which I thought that would be automatic after paying for the first visit and getting the results. So yesterday I met with Mr. LAMendola to follow up on my treatment, he spent the whole time brow beating me for about five minutes or more, stating I was rude to him on the phone, his opinion, when I was trying to get medication. I thought it was the other way around because I was simplely trying to now receive some antibiotics, and I would think that would be a given. I had never been spoken to by someone this rude. My daughter was with me so I have a witness concerning this event. I finally said Can I talk now? I told him I was a Psychological Therapist for 35 Years in private practice in California, and never been talked to so rudely, and I am aware how patients are supposed to be treated. HIS response Was WELL GOOD FOR YOU. So I Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME CHANGES IN HUMAN RELATIONSHIP FOR THIS INSTITUTION.

Unfortunately this place is always so booked up I never get to see what it's like to be seen. Always a 3-month waiting period for apt. Sure hope I don't have cancer , thank God there's another place called TMH physician partners urology that can see you within a reasonable time frame. That's the thing when you're having urological issues if you can't be seen when you're having issues it doesn't do much good when the symptoms are gone by the time this place can fit you in!! Shut Down 👎

I got an appointment and went today to advance urology. I will say all the staff was really great! I saw a doctor James Renehan and he was awesome. I couldn't be more pleased with my appointment. I do wish they would reconsider and make it easier to get appointment with them as I had to fight and speak to one of the managers there to get an appointment.

Have been a patient here for about a year. Have always been treated well. Receptionist, nurses, techs, etc. all very professional and understanding. I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Camps as my doctor. He is wonderful. Took very good care of me. An excellent listener. His PA, Greg is very good and was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the unpleasant experience of a large kidney stone.

Very Unprofessional and ghetto to be honest. Their focus is to run a business not to assist patient's in their wellbeing. Although there are some helpful medical professionals that work for this institute, the foundation is chaos. The front desk nurses are uneducated about urine drop offs and usually end up throwing them away or losing them. The triage nurses could care less to be at work, very negative attitudes. I think the company is so big, it's hard to hold people accountable for their nonchalant attitudes. My personal experience with AUI was no different. I went in for an appointment. I was told by the floor nurse, a 24 hour analysis would be sent to me via mail. 3 weeks later, I had not received anything. I called to talk to a triage nurse that had no desire to assist me. I called back again to talk to the floor nurse (I will not list names as they are only doing what the institute has allowed them to do). Not only did the refuse to fix my issue, they refused to forward me to a nurse that could actually assist me. I attempted to get in contact with someone to assist me 3 times. 2 months after my appointment, still nothing. No phone call, nothing in the mail, and no assistance. I am writing this review in hopes that the institute will come up with policies and procedures to fix these issues among many I did not list. There are many patient's that cannot advocate for themselves and they are subject to this negligent treatment. Which is a direct violation of the Oath these doctors and nurses signed when they received their license.

I have no clue how good the Dr's are here because you can't get anybody to answer the phone or return your call. They blame it on staff shortage but I know they are raking in the money and can hire as many people as they want. Guess I'll just go curl up and die instead of receiving treatment.

DR Burday was very pleasant from the time he walked in I felt comfortable with him and he made me feel he was going to do his best to find out what's going on with me and I trust he will.

This rating is from my initial visit and does not include any procedure other than a CT scan that was performed. I arrived thirty minutes before my appointment since I am a new patient. I was checked in and went through the typical, new patient, paperwork which was all done electronically. All I had to do was check some boxes for each question and sign for each individual questionnaire; this took just a few minutes. The facility was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Dr Burday was pleasant and thorough in his work. After a quick CT scan to confirm the precise location of my kidney stone, I was scheduled for a removal procedure to take place the following week; will update my review afterward.

The whole process has been streamlined from check-in, X-ray, depositing a sample, speaking with staff about medical history and current medicines, then conferring with Dr. Bradford about condition and results, and making another appointment with staff. Today's appointment went extremely smoothly; quality time was spent answering questions and going over results with Dr. Bradford. I had a great check-up to go along with Dr. Bradford's wonderful bedside manner.

When I arrive, there was a line a mile long I thought. Oh goodness when I finally got up to the receptionist, which was a lovely kind lady wanting me to fill out information on the tablet. Well, I’m not really good at that so she suggested right away that she would help me do it right then and there thank God for her it’s the first lady in the booth to the left that made my day. Next step was talking to another lady by the name of Dakota. That was extremely warm and very helpful. Then I had to go to the waiting room to wait for the doctor. That was 20 minute wait which wasn’t bad considering all the people ahead of me all in all. It was a wonderful experience, and I think everyone for the kindness and concern for my health.

These days, you are lucky if you ever see a doctor during your medical visits, usually seen by an assistant. This was an excellent experience. No long waiting. The staff is friendly, helpful and patient. Dr. Burday was also friendly, thorough, and patient. Well done guys.

Staff is extremely courteous, prompt, and professional. Doctor Renahan is very confident in his practice of medicine, easy to discuss personal issues and makes decisions with the patient, not to or for the patient.

Stephanie is knowledgeable and compassionate. She recommended that I try aloe capsules, which I hadn’t heard before! It’s always nice to have natural options available for treatment.

My husband and I have called several time to get his surgery time. All reps said they will call later today to notify us. It is now 7:30pm and still no call. We are coming from out of town. This is very unorganized. And let’s not talk about the 20minute hold time just to reach someone!

AUI in Tallahassee is an excellent center of urology medicine. In 2017 Dr Renehan and his staff saved my life. Recently, Greg Lamendola was very responsive and to a uti. Some google reviews mention the “busyness” of the facility. Yes, the complex at times gets congested with lots of patient traffic. This place is like a mini-hospital; there are a dozen physician-type personnel (read depth and breadth of expertise) with a lot of support staff for the surgery center, lab, x-ray machines, etc. Plus half of us patients are rusty and cranky to begin with. We are so fortunate to have AUI. Thank you.

My father, mother and I have all seen Dr. Joseph Camps and his PA Greg LaMendola. I can't say enough about how wonderful they both are. They take their time and really listen. My father saw Dr. Camps for many years and he even attended his funeral, he died at 84. This is true "home town" medical service their provide.
