Today was my first time at this clinic. The facility looks extremely old, but it seemed clean. The women at the front desk were friendly, however, the quality of care from the medical staff was poor. Dr. Rodriguez was in a rush from the time she entered until she left (a total of barely 5 minutes for both of my children). She didnt take a very thorough medical history and as I tried explaining it to her, sheā€™d cut me off. I understand that we have Medicaid and the stigma it comes with, but I urge her and any other medical professionals to move on if you can no longer provide quality care.

The front desk lady is nice, but the doctors and nurses always rush through everything. Dr. Rodriguez was our doctor, and I was never able to ask her more than one question per visit, if that. She took less than 5 minutes to look at my baby and dismissed my concerns. We switched to Professional Park Pediatrics instead.

Both of my children were patients here: my oldest is now 12 and my youngest is 3. After today, we will not be returning. I have two main issues: 1) their apparent lack of proper protocols and facilities maintenance in the time of Covid-19 and 2) the ice-cold reception we received by the staff and Dr. Rodriguez. Protocols and Facilities Maintenance: Office staff were not wearing masks. Though the nurse we met with did. Upon putting my daughter's shoes back on after weighing her, I realized she had stepped in what appeared to be vomit. I immediately took her to the restroom for us to wash our hands - no paper towels and no hand sanitizer to be found. The soap dispenser was broken but I managed to get enough soap to wash off the grossness. No offer by staff to provide paper towels and I had to ask for a plastic bag to put her shoes in. Reception: I completed paperwork on milestones and was immediately concerned when I was only able to check 3 of the 20ish things listed. I was hoping to discuss this with her doctor. Dr. Rodriguez came in and my daughter was still upset. I was trying to calm her down but Dr. Rodriguez was not helpful. She didn't try to talk to her, didn't try to calm her down even though C was obviously freaked out by her. She went forward with the exam despite my daughter wailing so loud, I'm not sure how she was able to hear her breathe. Instead of taking any time to put C at ease, she was visibly aggravated, rushed through the check-up and did not wait for me to ask one question about her development. There's no way my daughter received a thorough evaluation. No one, not the nurse, nor the office staff, offered help or assistance while my child was screaming. From this account, you might assume the office was very busy and there was just too much going on to be able to stop and pay attention to us. Wrong. We were maybe one of three patients. No one was in either waiting room when we arrived. We will not be back. Absolutely horrible experience. If you're looking for a pediatrician in Tallahassee, keep looking. This isn't the one.

We love this clinic!! Not sure how anyone can complain about them! I am not a fan of doctor Rodriguez. We donā€™t see her at all! But doctor Peel he is amazing!! Real amazing with kids!! My fiancĆ© has been coming here since he was a child and we had our first son and brought him here and kept coming back! The front staff is the sweetest to our little boy! They know us by name and are so welcoming! Sometimes the nurses can have an off day but for the most part they are great! I highly recommend them!!!ā™„ļø

This doctors office is the absolute worse. Dr. Rodriguez needs to be fired. My son was diagnosed in the hospital with asthma even after I told them that he was having issues with allergies and breathing. I asked them to refer me to allergist. I waited and waited they never did and I called them so when they finally did they sent it to a allergist that didnā€™t see kids his age They told me to go buy childrens Claritin. It wasnā€™t until I took him to the hospital that they gave him something to help with his allergies. I told them my child was having issues with speech delays and eating. She told me to wait a while . I asked them to help find me someone to evaluate for autism and they referred me to a mental hospital but didnā€™t do it until I called them after two weeks of waiting. I told her needed fmla paperwork for his asthma and I explained to her that he had been having flare ups and also that he had been seen in the Emergency room 3x and she told me that wasnā€™t enough to say I need fmla protection in case my son needs to be taken to doctors visits for treatments or if he needs to stay home to be cared for.All they do is write prescriptions for amoxicillin for everything. She rushed through our appointment didnā€™t ask me if my child was well hydrated or anything. Did not ask me how often were having to treat him with the nebulizer. Did not ask me anything at all related to him being diagnosed with asthma and allergic rhinitis. She wasnā€™t even the one that thought it would be a good idea to get tested for allergies. I had to bring that up. That lady does not care about the children or parents. She told me she hadnā€™t seen my child enough there to fill out the papers. Why would I keep taking him there when they donā€™t do anything about it. I had to do it. Donot take your child here!!!

I have had the worse experience at this clinic. The front office and nurses are awful, rude, unsympathetic and arenā€™t helpful . I love Dr. Peele and I hate to have to leave but I cannot deal with his office staffā€™s incompetence and rudeness.

I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!! The front office girls are SUPER sweet as well as the nurses. Iā€™ve been at this office with my 2 kids for 15 years. Iā€™m amazed to see how this staff is treated and they manage to stay calm. People cuss and scream at these young ladies and they somehow continue to smile. Wait times are no different here than at my doctors office. Iā€™ve seen all the doctors and theyā€™re wonderful!! But, I ask questions. My kids have always been on the state insurance and they have NEVER discriminated against us for it. I love watching how the staff takes the time to say hello and talk to the children when the parents come to the window. The nurses are very helpful and do what they can to give me samples if they can, itā€™s tough on one paycheck. Please donā€™t let angry people decide for you or a building that was around before I was born make you think this is a bad office. Shame on those of you accusing these kind people of the horrible things youā€™re saying. This is a wonderful office, I highly recommend!!

We have been bringing our daughter to this clinic for approximately 6 years now. The office staff, nurses and doctors have always been pleasant, courteous and provided good care. The wait time we experience is no different than any other doctor's office and it is on extremely rare occasions it is more than 45 minutes. We have never been made to feel anything other than valued...it's why we keep coming back even when our insurance changed from FL Kids Care to BCBS.

The staff are short staffed and seem to be annoyed while working. The front desk nurses are nice but the nurses are rough and will be heavy handed when dealing with your child. Please beware as a few of the nurses have forcefully put the gag stick down my childā€™s throat while doing tests. The rooms are dirty and you can tell they donā€™t have the office or any of the rooms professionally cleaned. The Doctor will spend less than 3 minutes actually checking your child. Thereā€™s always a child screaming at the top of their lungs in the office while with the DR and the nurses donā€™t comfort them. They will normally have same day appointments and they will help you but they normally rush to speak with you about the childā€™s health as if it was an emergency room and not an actual Doctors office.

Trust me believe the reviews and take your child somewhere else. The front desk staff are rude. They wonā€™t greet you when you walk in and if they do itā€™s normally short and cold. You will most likely wait for a super long time to maybe be seen or maybe just be told they canā€™t help you. They also billed an my old insurance company when I provided them my current insurance? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else donā€™t waste your time.

Wish I didn't have to give them heffa's ANY STARS . My kids have been going here since BIRTH 18,16,14 today that ENDS. Nearly 3 weeks ago I called for some records for school , they assured me TWICE they were since SCHOOL HAS YET TO RECEIVE THEM. Today I called clearly upset and TO MY SURPRISE THEY WERE MORE MAD THEN ME , The black girl who's always upfront was the one to ACT as if she was sending the paperwork that day , which is what I told the white girl who's always upfront doing the check-ins , gave birth dates etc , only to get transferred to someone else who was always mad that told me she doesn't see anything in their file where I even requested nor filled out request forms but REMIND U IF I HADN'T THEN THEM SENDING OVER THE RECORDS THREE WEEKS AGO WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED. SHE THEN TELLS ME I'm right but don't talk to her that way , what way telling u what I know to be true I ask to speak with a manager which sounded like the same chic who lied in the very beginning, she said there was no one over her , oh but then Christina Gets on the phone wanna interrupt me being rude upholding her nurss when the fact is they didn't do their jobs SHE SAYS SHE DEALS WITH NO RECORDS AT ALL PERIOD THEIR SO WHAT CAN SHE DO FOR ME.... REALLY U HAVE ALLLLLLLLL MY KIDS RECORDS FROM BIRTH lady what u mean ..... Yeah she has lost 3 patient's and I'm trying to figure out NOW HOW I REPORT HER ENTIRE OFFICE . RUDE DISRESPECT NO CONCER FOR THEIR PATIENS WHAT SO EVER. After all these years Dr.Pill please get your own office. JUST SOMEWHERE TO GIVE YOUR HEALTH BENEFITS TO FOR NO REASON AT ALL

I was a bit skeptical due to the reviews however the insurance company said they had availability sooner than anyone else so I called them. The person who answered the call wasnā€™t rude however, it was obvious they werenā€™t the happiest person in the world and said they would need to look into the availability and put me on hold after five minutes they came back on and hung up on me. With all the bad reviews and this experience. If theyā€™re that disjointed on the simple process of phone etiquette, there is no way I would ever trust them with my childā€™s medical treatment.

I donā€™t recommend this office at all for small children. The staff is so lazy and unprofessional. I wonā€™t even go into details of how unprofessional they are and they are working with small children literally the worst pediatrician office Iā€™ve ever encountered and my child is only been there ONCE we definitely wonā€™t be returning and itā€™s sad because the Dr was very helpful and nice itā€™s the staff that will always bring a pediatrician office down.
