I found Karat Jewelry Group when I was looking for a jeweler to check and verify a bridal set that I had recently purchased from a large online seller. Having a lab grown diamond was important to me, which is why I initially went online. Anton was so helpful in checking out the ring for me and confirmed that the ring I had purchased was well made. But he also mentioned that they could make me a similar ring with lab grown diamonds for a lower price. (I was within the window to return the ring to the online seller.) Mark designed and created the new set, and he did an incredible job! I got a higher quality and prettier center stone and upgraded the two bands to have diamonds 3/4 of the way around (the prior set went 1/2 way around). They also fit the ring perfectly for my finger. The new ring is better in every way, and I saved thousands of dollars over what the online seller charged. I also have the benefit of being able to get the ring serviced locally instead of having to ship it across the country for basic servicing. On top of it all, Mark and Anton were wonderful to work with - they kept me apprised throughout and made the process really enjoyable! I'm looking forward to working with them on future jewelry purchases.

Stellar Customer Service (And Rings) My wife was looking for the perfect wedding bands for us and stumbled across Karat's baguette band. Even though we're in the NY area, we decided to order — and it was one of the best decisions we've made together. Karat quickly adjusted my wife's band when we realized it was a bit small and then, two years later, when I had a mishap with a local jeweler who completely polished the band, Karat restored the ring to its (perfect) original condition absolutely free of charge. They've definitely earned customers for life.

I'd read great things about Karat Jewelry Group and had seen examples of their custom work, so I reached out for a quote about three weeks ago for a custom setting for my sapphire. I was just asking for a quote, but Anton responded within two days with completed CADs! And printed the wax model the same day! He had no problems making a few adjustments per my requests, and he also offered to do hand engraving for the design I was thinking of, even though I had thought it would be simply cast from CAD. Terrific service already. On top of that, the quoted price was amazingly good for what I was asking for. After I had approved the design, the ring was done within 5 days. From the time they received my stone in the mail, until I received the completed ring, was literally, 10 days. That's astounding turnaround time for a fully customized ring...with hand engraving. The incredibly fast turnaround time, high level of service, extremely competitive pricing, and gorgeous final product makes me a really happy customer indeed. It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and I wanted to redesign my wedding ring. My niece referred us to Anton at Karat Jewelry Group. There was no need to completely redesign my ring as we found one in their jewelry display case that we really liked. However, I wanted it in yellow gold. Using my center stone and smaller diamonds, Anton made the ring. He then helped us choose a matching diamond band which enhanced the beauty of the ring. The ring is stunning! I originally went to Karat Jewelry Group to get my engagement ring and wedding band resized, as my wedding was approaching. Since my two rings were not meant to be a set, Anton notified me of an issue I may have with the rings rubbing together and causing problems down the road. He proposed a few solution options. He ended up making a “buffer” ring with a notch in it where my stone would fit, and then I can put my wedding band on after that. He crafted the band to perfection. I’m absolutely in love with the new addition to my set! Anton’s expertise is unmatched. I have referred friends and family members to him already!

I just had my ring sized down after losing some weight (go me!), and had the metal re-brushed, and touched up with adding back the black anodized feature that wore off inside the grooves of this ring, and was told it is part of the LIFETIME warranty, so it was complimentary, just stunned, look how happy I look!!
