Yes, I bought my boat in November at the Fort Myers boat show. I am extremely happy. Great staff, great people, great company!! It was a new venture for me and I have nothing but praise for the Boat house. They bend over backwards to make their customers happy and I believe that separates them from the rest of the firms. I’d like to thank them personally for their outreach of great support and help!

We chose the Boat House when we needed to replace our boat because my fishing buddy purchased one of the first Sportsman boats from the Boat House in 2012 or so. I fished in it a lot and knew how well they took care of Steven. We met Tim Kendall in January of 2022 and were impressed with his knowledge of the Sportsman boats. He helped us zero in on the best boat for our needs and we felt very assured of our choice. The pricing approach the Boat House and Sportsman boats used made perfect sense and we knew we were getting a good price. The lead time was going to be 12 - 15 months but we still had our boat and we’re willing to wait on the boat we wanted. When we sat down to place the order Tim found an opening due to a canceled order and put us in that slot which gave us an August or September delivery date. When it came time for delivery Chelsea in the Finance department set us up with excellent financing, insurance and warranty coverage. It was all so easy and quick! Then the storm came. Ian flooded our house and we had all we could handle for weeks. Tim put our boat up in their warehouse and it was kept safe for us until we were ready. All thru September to November Tim took great care of us and was always available even tho his home was hit so hard by wind, flooding and fire! Tim is a special person and asset to the Boat House and we appreciate his service and assistance in getting us thru this process. I’ve seen how sales, financial, parts and the management team works together as a team FOR their customers. It’s really a great team! Can’t wait to experience the Service Team next. Recently purchased a new 2022 sportsman heritage 231 center console Although I had to wait 13 months for it to it was not because of anything The boathouse did. Through the whole process Tim and The boathouse staff was great. They were able to add some upgrades to the boat after the fact as well that look great (trolling motor, powe pole, SureShade retractable cover ) the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. Would definitely buy a boat again from them. This is our second boat purchase from them.

Bought a new trailer to haul our boat to California. Tim was awesome, very professional, and seemed to really want to make his customers happy. When we had to buy a spare tire from the parts department, we were given the runaround and they tried to charge us much more than what we were told we would have to pay for the spare tire. I understand they are trying to make money, but there should be a fixed price on parts, otherwise it feels like they are trying to punk the customer for whatever they can get.

I have a VolvoPenta motor in my boat and this is one of the few places that will normally have the parts I need in stock, a bit pricy sometimes but that's the cost of boating, and when your parts issue is resolved right away it's worth every penny.

Ordered and took delivery of Sportsman Open 322. When I ordered it, I was told it would take 18 to 24 months and it came in right at about the 18th to 19th month, and was a kept abreast of the process throughout the way. Tim , and the staff at the BoatHouse We’re great to work with, and always returned my calls and emails with any questions I had. Delivery went smoothly, and I love the boat!

I brought my 226 cayman to the boathouse to have an Atlas Jack plate installed. The parts department ordered the recommended Jack plate to fit the boat, service tech installed it quickly and I had the boat back in no time at all. They also repaired some small electrical damage do to hurricane Ian and recommended a detailer to buff out the oxidation from the strong Florida sun. The service rep that I dealt with was Ken Jordan, very professional and on top of everything I asked him to do. I had a great experience with “The Boat House” in Cape Coral and will be bringing my Cayman back to them for any needs in the future.

I always use The Boathouse for all my warranty work and service. I trust Scott, Josh & Sonny to tell me what is going wrong and file the warranty claim with Mercury. They get me in quick and always get my boat out timely. They went above and beyond this last warranty claim and did a phenomenal job!!! Thanks guys!

Steve who drove for our sea trial was knowledgeable and helpful. We had a small issue arise and Ana and her team worked to resolve it quickly. Great customer service (Joy) and follow up. 👍

Just had the best experience ever with the folks over at the Boat House! Their service department was a pleasure to deal with. Josh helped me with modifications and additions to my Sportsman. I just can’t say enough about this buying experience, it was awesome. Ana was very knowledgeable and worked out every detail, Michelle did a great job working on financing and got us a great deal and Noelle took care of all our storage needs. After the sale was complete the team worked hard to get every detail taken care of. Jessica jumped right on the couple issues. I don’t want to leave out Captain Steve who help us learn how to operate my new R8. Great work. Joy called to do follow-up and check in. I hope I didn’t miss anyone, didn’t know some of the names but clearly they love their jobs. Truth is I really can’t come up with a single complaint, not even a little one. No customer service a few years later! Never again! Bimini cover damage and navigation light due to Ian. No help! Crownline changed supplier for both and so, no luck. No other options, just have to go aftermarket. Guess they expect you to buy a new boat every other year or you have no support.

Amazing, friendly and extremly efficient. Chris was my service Tech was very knowlegeable and communicated with me daily. I received my 300 hr service had a small electrical work done and intall of 2 10" Minn Kota Raptors. 100% my new Marina for all further work.

Staff and everyone very respectful and attentive, they got my boat in and out very quickly and did what they had to do. I just do not appreciate them putting 20w-40 Yamaha oil in my 2022 Suzuki for the 20 hour service without my consent just because “it’s better” the communication was very poor was told they would call before doing any work to confirm everything. I spoke to another marina and was told it should be safe since I don’t live in a cold place and the viscosity of the oil but just a little unprofessional to not let the owner of the boat know what’s going on but everything came out clean and got to the bottom of everything.

Loved visiting and eating and drinking here. The Sea Turtle drink was so tasty, absolutely want to visit again just to get that. The gator bites and the Everglades sauce was delicious. Our waitress recommend the Everglades sauce and she was right, super yummy with a tiny kick to it. The grouper bites were crispy and perfect, loved them and the sandwich my husband had he said wasn’t terrible but wasn’t amazing. It just seemed a little too stacked with turkey with no bread in between like a normal club sandwich however it doesn’t hinder us from coming back, just something we weren’t a fan of.

Josh, the service manager was absolutely amazing. I had an issue and he resolved it in true business fashion. I find that to be a highly respectable trait. I'll be talking directly with him in the future. Thanks again Josh
