Our family chose Paradise Grills over a few other companies because of the sales associate, Tony Falabella. Tony walked us through everything and patiently answered all of our questions and was very respectful of our budget. His attention to detail and communication are fantastic and as a result we are thrilled with our outdoor kitchen!

My parents bought a bar to put by the pool and the craftsmanship and feel of the bar is very cheap. The speakers and head unit they put in it are from the early 2000s and it won't even connect to any devices so no idea if the speakers even work. I could have made a much better bar for the price they paid. It's a shame

Other local companies we visited, were either more expensive, had extended deliveries or skimpy on details about appliances and grills that fit into their perspective kitchens. We purchased an outdoor kitchen from Paradise in Cape Coral. Tony, store manager was able to schedule a very quick delivery which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the unit. Fortunately, Tony is as good as it gets. He personally made sure our issues were taken care of and took the time to visit us to make sure everything is in working order. Since, Tony was able to assist, everything has been great and we are enjoying our outdoor kitchen from Paradise daily.

The showroom is a gorgeous display of all of your outdoor kitchen needs & they make this process so convenient. The experience really helped us plan what we wanted for our outdoor kitchen.

Paradise Grills has the best display of patio furniture I have come across! Was recommended to stop and take a look by my neighbor and Lucas walked us through the showroom and showed great interest in what we had in mind. Lucas really gave us confidence in our decision making with his expertise and it was a great experience. I will from now on recommend Paradise of cape coral!

Just WOW! My husband and I stop in just to window shop and we’re blown away with the gentleman that helped us. Tony (I believe he was the manager) was able to answer all our questions and didn’t make us feel pressured at all! I had no idea about all the options there are for an outdoor kitchen. I can’t wait for it to be installed because it’s going to be beautiful. Not to mention I’m definitely looking forward to the extra resale value it will add to our home.

Great shop to cover your outdoor kitchen needs. Every employee I dealt with treated me with nothing but respect, and WANTED to help find the best set for me. No issues with them trying to upsell or give bad recommendations just to get rid of inventory. Totally would recommend, outstanding service and an exceptional atmosphere. Tony was absolutely amazing. I stopped into paradise today to check out some grills for my new patio/gazebo I will be installing at my house. He showed me a bunch and went into detail about how everything is stainless steal and the internal/external components were built to last. Very knowledgeable, outgoing and a pleasant visit I had.
