This Staples is really conveniently located inside the Riverdale Shops near the Michael's craft store. I think it's really great that documents can be sent to the customer service counter to be printed through a designated email address. Free WiFi access is offered to guests as they are in store. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, too.

I was in a hurry and short on time because they were about to close. I needed important tax documents printed from an email, there was nobody in that area but someone came over quickly to assist me. The woman that came over was extremely helpful. She walked me through everything, I couldn't have done it without her. The guy that was supposed to be in that department was In the bathroom at the time but did come over and got pretty cranky when the woman tried to ask him a very simple question. I did comment to her about him being too cranky, but she was wonderful and so wasn't the kid at the register. I had to return the next morning, it was just as smooth then too. Thanks for making things so easy.

My experience with the West Springfield printing department was a very positive one! I had a printing job that needed to be done quickly and your employees made it happen! Dillon & Rosa were friendly, patient, and went out of their way to help me expedite the printing of my labels. I ordered online with Dillon who called me immediately when he saw that my image wasn’t the correct size. Then Rosa was so patiently, kind, and friendly. She spent time on the phone, making sure I felt comfortable with my template and when I dropped off my blank labels, she assured me that before she left, she would get the job done! Even James was friendly as I was waiting! I left the store very happy pleased! I would definitely go back because of your employees!

The worst customer service I've ever encountered in a Staples. Only went here because the Westfield store closed. Needless to say I won't be returning .

I went to pick up toner for my computer and when I picked it up I heard: is that for Spanish staples? they should improve that thank you for the racist comment towards me

Just left Staples in West Springfield where I had the best customer service from a nice young gentleman named Deaundre. He was so helpful and patient with my husband and me (who are both technology challenged) while he assisted us in returning a few items from Amazon. Previous to today's transaction my husband tried to do the same return at Staples in Hadley where the staff was extremely annoyed and were unwilling to assist him. Thank you so much Deaundre!

Just was told to go basically go screw myself. Went for a few copies of some documents and needed to figure out how to make them double-sided. I asked a nice young lady but she didn’t know how to do it but pintes at the guy who knew. I approach the guy who doesn’t even look up to acknowledge me and ask him whether there is a way to print double sided. With his grumpy face still looking down at the screen, he points and says with a disdainful attitude “it’s in the menu!”. I wanted to say something but I try to be civilized. I just, through a series of trial and error was able to figure it out. This is disgusting, Staples!

I went into this store in the evening time to print a 1 page document. The store was deserted. There were maybe 1-2 customers in the entire store. When I asked to have my single page document printed, I was told that it couldn’t be done for at least an hour as there was “an expedited job ahead of me. “ (even though I didn’t see any of the several printers behind the kiosk printing anything) I was welcome to purchase my own paper and print it from self serve. I purchased an entire box of resume paper - and then the self service copy machine would not read my flash drive. I returned the unopened paper and went to a different Staples where I received exceptional service. I would never return to this one.

I found the perfect chair at Staples (Parsall Armed Stool), it was actually high enough for our tall receptionist desk and really comfortable for long periods of time...it's perfect! Things happen and we had a small issue with it, so I reached out and spoke with Anne. She came through for us and had a new chair ready and waiting when we arrived! This is the type of service that helps to keep a business moving! Thank you Anne, until next time! NOTE: I highly recommend that you purchase their Furniture Protection it definitely pays off!

They match lower prices from competitors if posted. Money back for empty ink cartridges. Overall cost reduced by over 40% made me a very happy customer. The service is also great.

Understaffed location with expensive services. $7.57 charge for using a terminal for 3 min and printing 8 black and white. Probably I’m getting old but to pay NYC prices in rural Western MA next time I’ll buy a Printer. It I’ll be faster and probably as expensive.
