From the looks of it about 1/2 these reviews are fake. Dr's Ciccheli and Killion haven't taken any new patients for years now. The office manager tries to stick you with one of their lesser experienced nurses which allows them to still rip your insurance. In the meantime you don't get the care nor the expertise you would with a normal MD. Now that they're owned by Lifespan (aquired Coastal Medical in 2021 I believe) this office puts profits before patients. everyone I've talked to who's been there agrees has agreed with us on this.

This place is wonderful! We were visiting from out of town, and my daughter had to get some bloodwork. They were very accommodating, professional. Alexa., the phlebotomist was more than accommodating!! my daughters Dr., forgot to sign the order and she was so patient as we waited for the order to be resent. She was very sweet and helpful and I would highly recommend this place.

This was my first time to Costal Medical and it was a great experience from the front desk, nurse, right to Dr. Hemayet whom was awesome! UPDATE: Dr Hemayet left the practice and I now see Aleah Kirshner who is really really fabulous!! She is a great listener and we worked together on a plan for a few of my issues!! Nurses are excellent too! Highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am so pleased with Dr. Pimenta and the staff. From check in to the care I receive, I’m comfortable at the Dr office, which for me hasn’t always been the case. They now have the lab right in the office, which was a huge help in getting my labs done directly following my appointment. Thank you Dr Pimenta and team!

I am dedicated to this practice because from the first appointment they have been dedicated to my well-being , not just my immediate ailments, but my whole human condition. Dr. Killion and her staff have been a vital resource for three generations of my family. Absolutely the best.

Early appointment at 7:30 am. The door was unlocked, and I was greeted promptly. Less than 2-minute wait. The staff was courteous and helpful. Doc is always willing to help and answer questions. Recommend.

I recently had my annual physical and was very satisfied with my experience. I would like to thank Dr. Pimenta and Taylor. Firstly, I received a reminder of the appointment which was appreciated. A referral was made for my lab work. My appointment was on time. Dr. Pimenta discussed my health issues with me and we reviewed my lab results. After the appointment, Dr. Pimenta completed my visit summary and referred me to specialists for a few of my health concerns. All and all, I was well cared for! Thank you, Steve

Very satisfied with the total experience; from reception to the PA who treated me. Everyone was pleasant , professional and made my visit worthwhile.

I had been sick for days and called the doctor's office leaving multiple messages with no response. It took 3 days and my wife finally kept calling until she got someone to answer. The actual tele call was fine and I was given some medicine for relief. However, it should not have taken this long.

Nice touch with phone call confirmation. Speedy reception upon arrival. Exceptional nurse. Love my new doctor Hamayat - astute listener, friendly caring manner, expert care. Speedy checkout. Professional office facility. Uncrowded. Ample, convenient close parking. A tad hard to find entry, since permanent signage is not in place yet.

Dr. Cicchelli is thorough, friendly, and is excellent. All questions answered. Throughout the years, he is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Robert Cicchelli is an excellent primary care physician. He has overseen my health and well-being over a decade that has included discovery of two varieties of cancer. I have his complete attention in each appointment, and he has a wonderful ability to remain aware over time of the big picture while simultaneously focusing as intensely as necessary on each significant detail. If my insurance allowed me to stay with his team as I move to a new state, I would do so. Thank you to Dr. Cicchelli and his team for their superb care.

Dr Cicchelli and his friendly capable team is one of the most considerate and capable doctors I have had the pleasure of visiting in my lifetime! He listens carefully and considers his patient's situation from all angles before suggesting a means to treat what ails him or her. I have been a patient at this site for over 2 decades. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. The clinicians I've dealt with have treated me with respect and have been outstanding in helping me with my medical issues. I've never had an issue getting an appointment or getting additional assistance through the portal or by a phone call. I'm lucky to have the Coastal Team as my primary care providers.

Coastal Medical Newport is a wonderful health care facility - it sets the bar for what a primary care facility should be. Every person here seems genuinely kind and friendly, willing to listen and engage on a personal level all while providing excellent care. Dr. Killion is patient and thoughtful in every consideration of your health. I'm amazed and grateful for their continuity of care and maintaining such standards of excellence and personal attention even through the worst days of the pandemic.

Excellent medical care. Very efficient/effective procedures for COVID. I just completed my annual physical. It was very thorough. All relevant laboratory data and history was reviewed with me. I left feeling very confident that I had been well cared for.

The Primary Care Provider listens and hears the patient. This makes the patient feel like they have been heard followed by helpful treatment.

Amazing office great staff great communication. Aleah Kirchner who is my PA and who I consider to be my primary now I adore her , down to Earth and real and I feel like I can tell her anything.
