For starters I have to say that I am Grateful for the Assistance given to help me walk again...NY Physical Therapy of Valley Stream is the Best💕 The Staff; They Care about their Patients Well Being☺️ My Heart is Especially Grateful For Dr. Colleen Sullivan, she treated me like a close friend,we Sang together☺️and she Always had words of encouragement❤️...I will miss her dearly 😘 I wish her All the Best!!!!

This is the best place hands down! Do not walk here, run (if you can). The facility itself is well lit, with ample space and up to date equipment. It's incredibly clean, and hygiene practices are superb (surfaces sanitized between patient use, staff wears gloves for patient interactions, staff wear masks, etc.) They tend to be busy in there, but they have a very good system down so you're often not waiting more than a few minutes before being seen. Your initial visit begins with an in depth interview, and a tailored plan specific to your needs and to your recovery. Each session builds on itself, and exercises are dynamic...and the best part, it works! I was in so much pain during my first visit, and within a few weeks I felt so much better, with consistency and dedication my back feels brand new(sorta)! As if all of these weren't enough of a reason to come here, the cherry on top is the staff! The team is lead by their clinical director, Ray and he is incredible in this role! Ray and the entire team works really hard to cultivate a positive environment and it makes such a difference. Everyone is so incredibly warm, welcoming, considerate and professional with the patients AND with each other at every single interaction. It's honestly the best part about each visit. I genuinely look forward to seeing everyone. They are SO knowledgeable. They try to promote continuity of care by having you be seen by the same physical therapist each time, but that's not always feasible, and honestly it doesn't matter. They all work so well together and each person is so well equipped you get the same dedication, care, and direction no matter who is caring for you that day. Check this place out, you won't regret it!

Ray is an amazing pt … as a college athlete not only has his rehabilitation strategy helped eliminate any pain or inflammation but he actually implemented exercises to make sure my ankles and knees have bulletproof stability… all of the staff have amazing energy and they all work really smoothly and efficiently together from every time I’ve been there and I go at all different times on different days … they are consistent to say the least … I would definitely recommend to any teammate who live in the region especially if they are experiencing pain and injury … instrumental in my off season very grateful 🙏🏻

NYPT is A 1…. The minute I walked in there the level of professional, attention to detail, & care there is second to NONE. The entire staff is super kind and made me feel like me getting better was their Number 1 priority. Love this entire team and the work they do. I’ve been working together with Rani and my knee feels 10x better than it did when I started. Special thanks to Raiyan PT for the personal touch that every patient feels when they walk through the door and for thoughtfully progressing my plan of care so it remains challenging but helpful. I found this physical therapy office through google. I read some really great reviews and figured let me give these guys a chance especially after hurting my mid, lower back and hip. My first visit to the office I was greeted right away by a very nice receptionist. After filling out the necessary forms I was then greeted by the doctors and the rest of the staff. They made me feel super comfortable from the minute I walked through the doors. Dr’s Stephen and Gregory were very nice and asked me a ton of questions regarding my injuries to help me strengthen and recover. Every visit since has been the same very welcoming. They make sure to take the time out and ask how you are doing and feeling. Not only to me but to every single person who walks through the doors. They’re very flexible with the times and dates for appointments. If you’re running late they definitely try and squeeze you in. So when your appointment time is 10:30 you’re in the seat or table by 10:30. Which is big in my book I hate waiting around. So beside all of those great things they treated my injuries with pt and deep tissue messages. Obviously we started off slow then ramped it up to more difficult exercises as my strength grew and pain subsided. I felt like I was the only person that mattered and all of my issues were being taken care of. My body is starting to come back to where is was before my injuries. I highly recommend these great and amazing doctors and staff to anyone that might need physical therapy and also want to feel comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience are this location. The facility is immaculate and the staff will always give you a warm welcome. I’ve been fortunate enough to get treatment from all the physical therapist (PT) on my road to recovery. I was being treated for knee injury and Ray did an excellent job in creating a very specific plan that was tailored to my athletic goals. He guided me through many exercises and provided different manual stimulation techniques that played a vital role in my recovery. Although he was the main PT that I was working with, there were plenty of times when Pacito and Colleen would assist as well. The three of them are so knowledgeable and attentive to all their patients. They answer any questions/concerns you may have and they do an excellent job working as a team. Also, the aides Chris and Dana are amazing. They do a great job demonstrating the exercises and making sure you’re performing them correctly. They play a vital role in making sure everyone is attended to at all times. Overall, I’d say this location is the definition of high quality care and I would certainly go back to them for any other treatment in the future.

Amazing experience here. All the staff are so nice and friendly. Ray is a really knowledgeable and skilled physical therapist, and I have been feeling so much better after getting therapy here with him. He also gives great tips for exercises to try at home! For anyone in need of PT, I would highly recommend NY Physical Therapy & Wellness.

Much deserving 5 stars. Each and every individual at this facility makes sure that your visit is a comfortable one and you achieve your goals. All three physical therapists are very professional. Special thanks to Bhoomi who helped me heal during my visits at this location. This place helped me so much that now my parents and my wife also visit them for their respective issues. Definitely recommend this place to others.

My daughter had a fractured leg and couldn’t walk when she came to NYPT Valley Stream. After a few appointments with the friendly staff at NYPT she regained the strength in her leg. She has since resumed her normal activities. I strongly recommend NYPT valley stream to anyone who needs physical therapy. Colleen and the rest of the staff are really good.

My experience with NYPT and wellness is exceptional. They place is clean and you get seen right away. The staff is very friendly and professional. Overall all the therapists are devoted to meeting the needs of their clients. I’ve been working mainly with Ray and he is very committed to helping me progress in the right direction. He puts in a lot of effort and ensures that I’m getting better each week. I definitely do feel a difference compared to where I was when I first came here and compared to other places that I have been. Hands down this is the best physical therapy that I came across.

I was very comfortable at the facility. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They didn’t stick you in a corner and forget about you They were there listening and helping me with my PT it wasn’t easy for me but they got me through the tough times in my recovery. NYPT is a great place for recovery. The staff is awesome. They truly care about their patients. I remember my first week when I met Ray. He was very professional and understanding. He treats people with respect based on my observation. I would recommend NYPT to all my family and friends.

Raiyan Islam helped me recover extremely well after both of my total knee replacements. Raiyan is very dedicated to his job. He worked with me so kindly and took the time to solve any issues I had. He is a very kind and loving therapist who works with his patients as if they are family members. He is punctual and made me feel comfortable regardless of how much pain I was in.

Ray and the Valley Stream crew are outstanding. They are the best physical therapist that I have been to. They are very attentive and always ask about the patient’s progress week to week and provide a plan to improve.

If you have any need for physical therapy, I highly recommend the NYPT office in Valley Stream. Each and every staff member is so friendly, knowledgeable about their craft and personable. Together they create the most inviting atmosphere. I’ve been going there for about two months and every visit has been so positive. I worked mostly with Bhoomi and she was amazing. Today was my last day and it was bittersweet as I had to say goodbye to everyone but at the same time I was so thankful for all their hard work and dedication which got me back to where I need to be. Amazing staff and excellent care. They really care about their patients here. Incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The facility is clean and the staff takes great care and pride in their work and environment. Everyone at the facility makes you feel welcome. I’m so happy I found this therapy. It’s a great atmosphere. They are always attentive while you are speaking to them. Dr. Stephen and Dr. Bhoomi are a great time Pacito and the receptionist ladies are awesome too. Great experience, kind caring and very competent staff. Dr. Stephan is awesome and incredibly skilled. In two weeks of rehab I am at the 4 week mark of strength and mobility. They are speeding up my healing and recovery and I am truly grateful.
