Florida is known for its rip off artist! This company is NOT one of them. The entire team from office, to laborers are fantastic,easy to work with, great price and most important stand behind there work and stick to the time frame they gave me. I could not be more pleased with my pool and the job they did. Its been 6 months since they turned my place from a home to a resort. Just the other day I had a question about my pool and Charlie came right out just to show me something I should have already know and didn't ask me for a dime in return. I only give my business to good people and this team is exceptional. Thanks Charlie and staff. Keep up the great work. I can't help but have to address the woman below's post..... The filter units all leak if they are ever over tightened "even just once", It crushes the O ring. Its happened to me cause I over tightened mine in the past. Also my pool guy comes out and never puts water in the pool... That is on the home owner because it will take an hour or so to fill a pool this time of year because of evaporation. Not trying to be a jerk just letting you know that even with a pool boy there is stuff you must do as the owner. Or you can have someone install a auto fill unit if your really lazy. I have looked into it and its not cheap. Good luck and hope this helps.

I'm very happy with the quality of work done to have my pool refinished and new pavers installed. All of the workers were courteous and professional. Sarah communicated with me throughout the entire process from contract signing through finish. They were not happy with the quality of some of the pavers that were delivered, and took care to see that they installed a quality product the first time. I would definitely recommend Pool Pros of Pasco.

The people at Pool Pros of Pasco did an incredible job transforming our existing pool, into what seems like a brand new pool. Customer service is fantastic. And each person who worked on the project, from start to completion. Were extremely professional, personable, and willing to answer any questions we had throughout the process. They did a full restoration of our pool, with a brand new "Pebble Sheen Resurfacing", along with replacing all of the fixtures and brand new tile installation. In addition, they replaced the existing pool light with a modern color changing led light. That has several color changes, along with preprogrammed light shows. And they also replaced the "Pump and Filtration System", with a brand new system that included a new "Chlorinator" to eliminate the need for a floating chlorine dispenser. We couldn't possibly be happier with the experience, and would happily recommend their services to anyone considering a pool restoration project.

Pool Pros performed a pebble tec resurfacing, updated tile, travertine pavers, panoramic screen with salt system and heater addition. Charlie and Sarah are top notch, have tremendous experience with all the nuances of their craft. The workers were super courteous and professional thru each of the various stages and we are super happy with the finished results. Strongly recommend.

We used Pool Pros of Pasco to install pavers in our lanai area and around our pool. There were several delays on when the project would start but that was due to their supplier, Flagstone. The team of guys they had on the job were really hard workers and respectful. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and we have no complaints.

I started my journey of looking for a pool company to resurface my pool months ago. I contacted several companies and did a lot of research on them. From Google reviews, to the BBB, asking neighbors and call contractors. I did it all. I want to say that I couldn't have picked a better company! Pool Pros did an AMAZING job. My pool looks great, they were fast and professional. They never left a mess and respected my property. Sarah handled all the paperwork and picking out colors, tiles, light etc. Communication was key and they certainly didn't lack that! We are very pleased with Pool Pros of Pasco. Our pool, deck, and screen enclosure were in terrible shape. From our first phone call from Sara, we felt very comfortable and after meeting Charlie to go over what we were wanting, we have been happy every step of the way. Both Sara and Charlie made visits to be sure all was going well. The workers were friendly,competent, efficient,and hard working. The quality of materials is top notch too. We also needed a new salt water system and pool pump. Charlie was here to be sure all were installed well and also instructed us how to use it using language we could understand. We had issues with drainage around the pool and they gave us suggestions about bigger gutters and larger deck drains. The pool itself is beautiful and the pavers match so well. The screen cage tops it off. It’s a joy to look at now. This company will take care of your needs. They go above and beyond to satisfy. We are VERY satisfied customers and would recommend them for sure.

Pool Pros of Pasco just finished a complete remodel of our pool and deck area. It looks great! I would highly recommend Pool Pros if you need your pool resurfaced. The project proceeded according to plan. All of the people who worked on the pool during the several stages of the project were highly skilled and provided an excellent outcome. Their consultation on materials was also excellent. Pool Pros of does not stand behind their work. I should have asked for a warranty on a 35k job and I did not . Now you can look at the pictures and see how bad is this job after only three months of finishing the project. The sad part is they think they can get away with it by just ignoring my emails I have emails from them admitting the issues , I have the pictures to prove it, I have two different proposal from reputable contractors explains the issues and gave me quotes on fixing it and I have a voice recording from Pool Pros subcontractor who did the work admitting the issues Why not solve this issue Poop pros without me having to take this to court !
