This club used to have good service. I'm not sure if it's a management changed. In specific the club pick up is horrible. Employees ignore you as you wait there for extended periods of time. Either way, management needs to do a better job. There was a helpful gentlemen by the name of Rubilio that did seem to go out of his way to help. This one star belongs to him.

Love the local Sam’s club. Gas is cheap. Perk of being a Plus member you get to go in early to shop than regular club members. Curbside service is good but you need to be a Plus member. Otherwise there is a fee. Another perk is the Scan n Go. It’s great when you want to avoid the long lines at register. Just scan your items and pay. You get a bar code that’s scanned as you go out. The only problems that I’ve had is one time I bought a rotisserie chicken and it was still a bit raw. Sometimes strawberries have mold and water is hard to find available but other than that everything is good

I love curbside because you order online drive up and it comes to you. The disadvantage is that they take forever... 35 minute wait. It's not the first time. They are getting slower every time I order😞

No matter how many times you call this store they will not answer the phone. Thank you for introducing us to Costco ghetto Sam's. Your customer service has sucked for the 10 years I have been here. Sam's Club is one of the best options to buy in bulk. This location caters to locals and visiting Mexican Nationals alike. You'll find all the usual options of bulk meat, frozen food, and snacks along with the usual cheap pizza and drink options at the front. If you have a large household or roommates then a membership here is a must.

Sadly they are going all Members Mark. So you really can't find what you were so use to buying 🤔 and on another note...People make sure your membership is up to date! Don't get to the register with all your stuff...and act like. "Oh my membership is expired" and try to renew at register and hold up the damb line!!!!

Scan and go is awesome however the girl named aj that was checking receipts at the exit completely ignored me to get someone behind me. I don’t need attitude when I already had my phone out, for her to look at me then get the person behind me

Staff is super disorganized and have an attitude. Lady at the front was disrespectful when she interrupted me on the phone and gave me an attitude when she asked me for the membership. When I was going to explain to her that I couldn’t find my card she and a security guard pushed me aside as I was in the way, yet someone they didn’t even ask him to show the membership. You’re better off getting the sams card online or placing your orders online. Oh goodluck calling they will take 5 hours to respond back! From now on I’m buying my groceries and picking them up on curbside

Employees are very friendly and always help you. The Scan & Go feature in the App makes it easier to shop. So far I've had a good shopping trip.

They have the worst curbside service ever! I hate using this service, I receive a message that my order is ready for pickup but when I get there they take forever to come to my car just to know my order is not ready. I am calling the store to check on my order and no one answers. Plus their app always crashes, so hard to complete an order when the app keeps kicking me out. They really need to improve their service!

Line for food was incredibly long and didn't seem to be moving. As most Sam's, there needs to be more staff to help. Found most of the items I needed but wanted a hotdog and a drink and had to leave without it.

Went to get a membership and Amanda at customer service was so polite and friendly. I then went to place an order for cupcakes and I was assisted by Sandra very helpful and patient with me! Great customer service all around.

Food service area big lanes always most this area people are lanes here for the food duty manager needs to put extra people’s and need to put blue light for bugs .sometimes 2 person sometimes 3 person self for salad are empty in Morring 12.30 one person back & front why? Fully enjoy my shopping experience. Love the Sams Club Application with its ahop and go function. Only once in a while, like today, do I get ID'd for my service animal. I mean, it says on her vest, "Service Animal" big black and white letters. Always in and our for them.

I love shopping at Sam's! I especially like using the app. It's very helpful to use the scan and go instead of having to wait in line.

Due to Covid the store was open for first responders earlier but there was rarely any first responders inside the store but yet there was a line of people old and young waiting on the cold. This is why infections spread with crowds it could had been avoided by allowing people to go in. The sign said max occupancy 600 due to covid.

Sam's club is probably the best place to get all your regular items like toiletries and groceries. I know many small business love it for restaurant and office supplies. I like that it's always get clean inside and always well stocked. The only downside to this specific location is that there are always so many people standing in line. I wish I could teach them all about using the Sam's app to skip the lines.

I bought a tree two weeks ago and when I was ready to plant it, I found out it was infested with centipedes! I just feel the incident wasn't taken serious. If my plant was infested, so others would probably be and they are still in the store or in other people's backyard. I'm leaving some pictures so you be the judge.

First time at this location. No negative things to say. It was better than I thought it would be.

Even though they tend to busy most hours, especially after 5pm and on weekends, they still have a lot of carts, registers, and merchandise available. They sell really nice clothing for kids and great food. Be prepared to bump into a few people though (the aisles are big but the customers aren't as courteous about sharing the aisles. The only aisles that are tight are the clothes and the seasonal area (towards the front and center). Otherwise, it is neat and very pleasant to shop at.
