    Purchased a Dexcom and the quality of the product was beyond amazing! They also provided the doctor with forms ready to be filled out, super smooth process! Also very great customer service. Gloria F. was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional! i highly recommend this company!

    Recently bought some PPE and a knee brace from Pride Medical Equipment and had some questions before my Purchase. I spoke with Gloria and she was so knowledgeable and super helpful! I feel comfortable trusting Pride Medical Equipment with any future needs we might need. Support your smaller businesses you will always get better service. They really do care about you and your loved ones.

    Pride Medical Equipment was extremely professional and courteous. Amr fitted me for my mask. He was quick, efficient, and very easy to understand. I didn’t need to ask many questions but the two I had his explanation left nothing to misinterpret. The rest of the staff was also very nice, pleasant, and offered water and coffee while I waited. I felt very comfortable there. I would highly recommend them to friends.

    Hi I get my equipment CPAP machine from pride medical equipment the process is to get my equipment is very fast and easy plus staff is very polite and help full and when I get my delivery notification and I arrived to pick my machine the Raspiratory Liaison teach me very well and give me very good Training how to use this machine at home plus mobile app setup also she has done and help me out for my whole process I m very Thankful to pride medical Team and Respiratory Liaison

    I was definitely not looking forward to getting fitted for a CPAP mask, but couldn’t put off starting treatment any longer. Fortunately, my appointment at Pride was with Ruba Sharif. First, she discussed the pros and cons of different mask options with me, based on my sleep study results. Then, she helped me get comfortable with my choice. She made sure the mask fit properly and had me practice using it with the machine. She answered all my questions and provided written instructions as well. After about 10 days, I decided I wanted to try a different mask. Again, she talked through my concerns and fit me with the new mask. She was very clear about what Medicare would cover and what I would need to pay out-of-pocket. In addition to being great at her job, she was really patient and nice! I could tell that she wanted what was best for me and would work with me to get there. She helped me feel better about the whole process by expressing confidence that I would adjust to the therapy and would feel better as a result. Thank you, Ruba!

    Mr. Amen Atassi was very thorough, patient, detailed in explaining all the pieces and uses of the machinery as well as the insurance process. He was very patient with me while he fitted me with the mask and did any adjustments. He showed me how to clean the hose, mask and water chamber. I feel quite capable of using my machine tonight. All set

    Mr. Amr was really helpful with my c pap machine.. he made sure I understood how to properly work the machine and how to hook it up .. and also reassured me that it’s going to take some getting used too and if I needed any help or any assistance he’s always there to help me.. I recommend this place and he’s very nice .

    I am a RN who just started using this DME company to supply my pulmonary patients with needed equipment (mostly Cpaps) thus far. I plan to start utilizing for more soon. I have used many DME companies in my 17 year nursing career and PME has been so easy to work with! I have great communication and support from Omair. He is always willing to answer my questions, confirms when he receives my orders, and starts processing them within 24 hours, which is the fastest turn around by far! Some other companies will not start to process the order within a month. I am also SO impressed that they ONLY use Resmed products! They’re my favorite (compared to Luna, Phillips, Fischer Paykel). Thanks for all your help and communication today!

    I'm from St Louis and had to go to Oakbrook IL for a business meeting. I forgot a part of my CPAP machine at home. The staff here at Pride Medical Equipment got me taken care of very quickly. I appreciate their professionalism and their sense of urgency. They rock.

    Most DMEs I've dealt with in the past tend to prioritize servicing their patients quickly rather than actually taking the time to make sure their patients are attended to properly. The staff at Pride Medical took the time to find a wheelchair that perfectly suited my grandpa, and were friendly throughout the whole process. They were even able to find the particular color he liked.

    I was extremely pleased with Pride Medical. I rented a hospital bed for my Mother and from Gloria to the owner and installer, they were very professional, timely, and considerate. How many service people ask, if they should take off their shoes before entering. First rate! Thank you all for being there for us, when we needed you!
