Tire went flat right in front of this location. As soon as we pulled up Ms Pearl was ready to take care of us. Customer service was amazing from beginning to end!

Ended up paying almost 100 dollars for an oil change because they said they couldn't put regular in my car, which I've been putting for the 7 years I've had it. 76 years old and got told by the employee that I'm annoying and he can only imagine how irritating I must be at home. This world has truly become trash since " the rona" terror.

Arrived at around 12:20pm on a Saturday for a simple oil change. Was told the wait was around 45 minutes or so to take in my car. After waiting an hour and a half, I left my car, paid for an Uber, and went to eat. I returned at 3:30pm and guess what? They forgot about my car. Extremely frustrating to see everyone that came AFTER you, leave before you, especially when you just came in for a simple oil change. They FINALLY took my car in and I am walking out nearly at 4:10pm. Never again will I come back. I saw this place on Groupon and read this place had good customer service so I decided to give it a shot. Instant regret. I literally wasted half my day waiting for services that were not going to be furnished unless I, the customer, had to remind them about my car. Truly a disappointment, the staff is kind but my time is valuable and misspent in this case. Oh and by the way, you guys have roaches in the seating area.

Ms. Pearl was extremely nice. i pulled in and before i could get out of my car she was outside to assist me. Raul stopped what he was doing to help me out. She’s the best at management and her personality and friendliness is awesome.

I went to 3 places for tire prices before I went to Midas.. Thankfully I found Midas they not only had the best prices they also actually had the tires. All other places did not have the tires available and they were more expensive. Thankful that I found Midas in Miami Gardens.

One of my favorite shops to deal with! Pearl is very friendly and helpful with ALL the customers, not just me! Josulyn is also amazing, taking the time to explain to me and to her customers what all needed to be done. I never got the impression of anyone “talking down” to me, which I know can happen at other shops. Will definitely be back!

I came with my mom to the Miami Gardens Mida’s, the reception lady Pearl who we have known for a long time helped us and she always has an amazing attitude, she is super nice friendly and welcoming. The mechanics are all super nice as well and they get the job done in a professional matter and time. Definitely recommend if you need to get your car fixed, mine needed to get the A/C replaced and it has worked perfectly ever since, they also did a general check up of the car and told me if it needed extra care in any aspect, offering amazing customer service which leaves me coming back every single time. I’m happy with the results!

I recently bought a 2014 Nissan Altima with only 20k miles on it I went into this Midas to get a synthetic oil change and have my tires rotated. I marked my tires to know if they rotated them or not. When cashing out they told me i need all new brakes, all new tires…since the car is a 2014. They refused to do the tire rotation “since the tires are so old” …They wanted $900 just for the brakes alone and then they were trying to get me to get new tires and finance everything. I walked out after the oil change and came directly to Nissan dealership. They were shocked at how good my tires were still since it is a 2014. So no need to replace my tires… only my back brakes need to be replaced and only charging me $220 for. Wish i never went to Midas and came directly to Nissan to begin with. Midas will try to get the most out of you and break your bank. Now I’m wondering if they even put synthetic oil in or just regular oil. Here is a picture i attached from Nissan showing me that the tires are good and only the rear brakes needed to be fixed UPDATE: I’ve put 10k miles on my car in a couple months since i went to Midas originally… i stuck with the same tires i had that i was told i needed to be replace them all. I still can’t believe Midas tried to scam me like that. BEWARE!! I have a feeling the other good reviews after my review are them or their friends trying to boost there ratings.

My first encounter was ok waiting 3 hrs for an oil change. I paid 149.99 for diagnostic as I was told they check more than just codes. They didn't test drive as said on paper, my tires needed air which weren't check either I put air in my tires after leaving. The only check they did was codes which is FREE at auto parts stores. Then was told I needed a "tune-up" which if anyone knows modern cars don't need most of what a tune-up is. They just say that and tackle individual prices for things. Then when you can't afford it they convince you to get a loan which I didn't do. Almost everyone that went it was going on a payment plan for stuff. Is this how you guys make your money?! I got a second opinion. Turns out everything is fine minus the catalytic converter which I already knew and didn't need a diagnostic for that which wasn't done properly anyway. When I asked for estimate for cat they gave me ballpark high price & second place gave me price flat out no problem. If you want this place to fix your car, get a second opinion after estimate because it might be Midas just trying to get you for a loan. Very sad untrustworthy place.

The prices are non-negotiable and waaaayy too expensive. I don’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for “affordable” or “cheap.” They’ll tell you anything just to break your bank. An employee, Carlos, heard I was qualified for $5k in credit and immediately said, “good, get more work done in the car” … What a greedy place! They don’t even try to work with you for a better price. Currently have to finance OVER $1.5k as a college student.

I don't know what I would have done without the great people this location. I had such a HORRIBLE experience at other mechanic shops. Without question, they told me they install a new tire since my old tire was flat. Right away, my keys were given to the mechanic my new tire was installed in less than 20 minutes. I was so appreciative of everyone there because of how kind and helpful they were. I will definitely be returning here and recommending this place to others as well.

Customer service woman at this location can give someone stomach distress from her rudeness. Walked in and she kept gossiping, without saying hello, or be right with you. When the person she was chatting with left, she still didn't ask if we needed help. 85 dollars for an oil change and they also dare to ask for a 20 dollar tip. The only positive was, being out of there in half an hour.

The location at Miami Gardens has the best customer service. Joanny and Ms. Pearl are the best. Very knowledgeable, efficient, fast and always with a great attitude and big smile. Makes you feel well taken care of. I highly recommend it

This was the best amazing service on a Saturday from the staff of Midas Miami Gardens. When I walked in I received the most caring welcome from Pearl and staff. Not knowing I needed three whole new tires. Pearl thank you for everything and your amazing help. To my mechanic Haroon thank you for your quick eye on what is needed for my car. Today the staff at Midas Miami Gardens made my day.

My wife went alone and Just had a horrible Service All around and was overcharged just because they knew she needed tires in an emergency. You go there for one thing and they end up adding 5 different other things that they say you need and if you don’t say anything they’ll try to charge you for it. All she wanted was one tire and then stated I had a minor oil leak and needed another tire and then tried to do the work and charge me for it until I stated no I don’t need it right now. Did she ask for that no she didn’t. All she needed was one tire SIMPLE!!!

I went to take an Auto Parts delivery to the store and I was harassed by the receptionist or the person in charge. I told him to please have someone look for what he was carrying because it was very thoughtful and his response was that why did I work as a delivery person but rather do my job. It's disrespectful because I'm twice his age and I can be his mother. The people at Auto Parts did take it to my car because they knew it was heavy and they are very kind.
