joined
Zen
and
Pow
for
a
personal
journey
of
bettering
both
my
physical
and
mental
well
being.
When
I
am
having
stressful
days,
the
one
certainty
I
have,
is
knowing
I
can
let
it
all
out
in
one
of
the
many
classes
they
offer.
It
can
be
an
hour
into
my
work
day
and
I
am
already
looking
forward
to
class
that
evening.
I
can’t
wait
to
be
able
to
take
time
for
myself…
to
breathe…
meditate,
stretch,
work
my
body
and
mind
until
the
stress
is
less.
Each
class,
no
matter
if
it’s
cardio
or
yoga,
focuses
on
YOU-
you
being
proud
of
yourself
for
“doing
hard
things.”
They
allow
for
time
at
the
end
of
each
class
to
just
let
it
all
out.
I
am
so
happy
to
have
Zen
and
Pow
in
my
life.
I
can
count
on
them
to
lift
me
up
and
believe
things
will
be
better
and
I
that
I
am
worthy
and
I
can
take
on
this
life
and
let
go
of
unnecessary
thoughts
and
feelings
that
can
hold
me
back!
