BEWARE of the drug counselor/ nurse practitioner Daryl Ann Ross at this center. Many of my concerns were meet with deaf ears, and belittled my concerns on the drugs I had already taken and failed. Not only was she going to recommend the WRONG medication to myself, but her first concern and comment was there was no credit card on file ---- shows the money hungry approach she held throughout the session. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE Other staff were sweet and caring, unlike Ms. Ross. When patients have things to say, you listen that is the first thing they teach you in training to be a psychiatrist, and she could not even do that.

Never write reviews but for those who are searching for a proper wellness and medication group this is not it. After trying to make an appointment over the phone failed, I walked in to an empty front desk. Searching for someone I then overheard the office staff talking together about their patients in a discriminating matter. I was in utter shock by the time a young woman came out I thanked her for nothing and and ran out of there in fear of being the next hot topic in the lunchroom. More like high school than a psychiatrist office. Going to an independent counselor or a smaller office instead.

I've been visiting Lighthouse for at least a year and a half, ARNP Ross has been attentive and helpful. Finding a sweet spot in which my medication is most effective. Very nice and clean facility, and probably the only doctors' appointment I don't dread.

So far our experience has been great, but only second visit. The office manager and doctor are nice, informative and professional. They always offer something to drink and have coffee available in the waiting area. The waiting area has a modern minimalistic look to it. They could use a splash of color. :-) Overall, a good environment and I would recommend them to anyone who needs medication for severe anxiety or depression.

I have made more progress, learned more about my condition, and gained more hope in the last 2 years with Dr. Zawadzki than in my first 30 years of psychiatric treatment combined. He listens! He treats you like an individual! Then he considers all options and shares his thought processes with you. He thinks outside of the box and is on the cutting edge of new mental health treatment options. The office staff does so much more than answer phones; they all feel like part of my team of health advocates. They offer both competent professionalism and compassion, which is rare in health care these days. I cannot recommend Lighthouse Health enough.

Didn’t end up actually meeting with psychiatrist (I ended up going with somebody else) so I can’t speak to their psychiatric services; however, the receptionist Nicole is not very nice, she seemed frustrated because I wasn’t familiar with the jargon or procedures and never sent the intake documents even though I called to make sure they were sent. I was looking forward to it because there were lots of good reviews but the experience with the receptionist wasn’t awesome. Not a good first impression, unfortunately.

I’ve been going to Lighthouse Health and seeing Dr. Z for a few years now... I only have positive things to say. Tamie and Nicole behind the desk are so amazing. They run that office flawlessly. Dr. Z really knows his stuff and cares about his patients. They really are the best!

From the wonderful office staff to Dr Zawadski, I have never had such a calming experience in a mental health setting. The doctor actually listens to you and remembers what you talked about in previous sessions. Highly recommended!

Dr. Janna Storino has helped me in many different ways. I have seen her for hormonal issues, shoulder pain, knee pain, headaches and neck pain. She has given me relief through digestive medicines and acupuncture. My number one Acupuncturist in Jupiter.

Lighthouse Health Group is a wonderful psychiatric group. Daryl Ross takes care of myself as well as another member of my family. She is knowledgable, caring and goes the extra mile for her patients.

I was very skeptical about acupuncture and did not believe it would help me, but I've seen their acupuncturist Janna Storino once and it really made a difference. She really helped reduce my pain and I felt better. Janna is great and kind and compassionate for how you're feeling. Highly recommend.

Dr. Z and all of his staff are genuinely caring individuals who have the highest professional standards. I have been to many other psychiatrists’ offices (due to insurance reasons) over the past 20 years for depression and have never received in depth treatment like they offer. I highly recommend them and think that professionally they are second to none.
