Having finished my prescribed number of visits, my condition was definitely improved. In fact I learned a number of ways to improve my body strength and balance and continue to do these exercises at home. I will continue to recommend this really great PT facility to my family and friends and even strangers!! Synergy is that good!! I know of at least one friend who is going to this PT office and finds it just as I advised: a perfect place to heal!! I will be returning to Synergy Health after I see my doctor. I fell and need to take advantage of their excellent care again.

I highly recommend Erika’s pilates classes. She is extremely knowledgeable, engaging, can rehab, stretch, and strengthen any part of your body. She takes a mind/body approach, goes above and beyond with personal attention, even within the class setting. If I do not take her Pilates classes every week, my arthritic back acts up. Erika helps her clients achieve their best self!

If I could give Bonnie Hubscher, master pilates instructor, 10 stars I would! Her classes are a great workout and an important part of my exercise routine. I broke my wrist playing pickleball and was actually able to work my arms and back, legs and core in Bonnie’s class, without using my wrist at all! I am do grateful that I can continue pilates safely even with a bone break!!!

I have several neck issues including bulging discs and a reverse cervical spine that my Miami surgeon recommended I find a highly trained professional to address my issues. Synergy Health was recommended. I’m beyond amazed at how my treatment completely resolved my neck muscle spasms and I was again able to hold my head up without pain. Dr. Kelly Gerlach was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable on how to proceed and by coordinating with PT, Amy Godes, my debilitating neck spasms have been resolved. Amy was simply amazing. Returning to Synergy after 3 yrs with a new shoulder then and now with a new knee has reaffirmed my trust in the staff. Dr Robert Voorhees helped my surgeon diagnose my knee pain (!!!). My physical therapist Karen worked hard to help me gain balance, gait and strength. Kim, at the front desk, is the glue that keeps the place together. Synergy is where you should go for your rehabilitation. All staff are always welcoming and speak to everyone even if it is not their patient. Betsy my Occupational Therapist is doing wonders at assisting me to improve my mobility in my shoulder from a rotator cuff tear. The constant acute pain I was experiencing is now gone and without the use of medication! It is great to be able to sleep through the night again. Thanks everyone at Synergy.

My experience at Synergy Health and Wellness was excellent. When I began physical therapy, I walked painfully with a limp as a result of an accident. After only four sessions, my walking significantly improved. Over the next few sessions, I was able to walk without pain. I credit my progress to Kelly, who worked with me at Synergy as well as gave me “homework” exercises to continue to strengthen and maintain my leg and core muscles. The receptionist and all the staff are friendly and always made me feel at home.

My 1st experience with PT, the facility was clean and well lite, the staff are friendly and helpful, and my PT was exceptional. Kind, Compassionate and Competent, I came in with debilitating pain in my left shoulder and experienced positive and steady progress to where I have no to minimal discomfort. fully expect I will make a full recovery without shots or surgery as I maintain the exercise routines Betsy provided.

I went to Synergy after shoulder surgery for rehab. Kim made it easy to schedule my visits. Betsy was my therapist. She was easy to work with. Her knowledge and experience with shoulder rehab is extensive. She made sure I was doing exercises with the right form so I would get the most benefit. While I didn't work with others it was clear that the therapists were genuinely concerned about their patients. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very pleasant. One of the best decisions I have recently made was to begin physical therapy at Synergy Health and Wellness following a bunionectomy. So far I have had the pleasure of working with Robert, Brianna, Kelly and Cameron. They are all so competent, professional, kind, compassionate and fun to be around.
