I had Kris D. from ALD in Port St Lucie Florida at my home today. He went above and beyond (as I’m noticing is common with their employees) to find my leak. Another company had been here previously and had no luck resulting in an unnecessary hole in my foundation and bathroom floor tile. Kris said “it’s right here”, put down blue tape and loaded up. I went to town breaking through to the pipes and sure enough, exactly below his mark was the pencil lead sized hole under 10” of sand, plastic sheeting, 4” of cement and tile on top of that. The surrounding area was so cavernous the echo must’ve been confusing. I was shocked at his skill and patience. Excellent work, bravo American Leak Detection, your “Detectives” are the best!!

Tech Kris was very professional and explained the process as best as he could to a layman. He pinpointed the leak, and my plumbing company repaired a bathroom leak under the floor. Pretty expensive, but the leak was detected.

Excellent service from the moment I called and spoke to both Cara and Tracy as scheduling was within a few days. The tech Adam N came out on time as scheduled, calling 1st to confirm he was on his way which was very much appreciated. He was extremely thorough and even after identifying a leak early on, he still went thru a complete check to make sure there were no other leaks. He reviewed the severity of it and explained a temporary work-around when vacuuming which was great. Highly recommend for their professionalism! Follow up to post as Danny & Johnny came out a few weeks later to make the repair. Both extremely professional, courteous and cleaned up after the work was complete. Kept us informed every step of the way. Again, highly recommend!!

HONEST COMPANY...Called them to find undetectable leak in my sprinkler system. Had RR here before and tried to rip me off. Tom came out and said he could be walking around for hours and not detect anything if I did not know where buried switches were located. Told me to call sprinkler man to locate and then could come back. Sorry for them we found it but will call them and recommend them for their honest and fair approach.

Jesse was very professional in both his approach to the job but also his desire for a valid and usable outcome. While this job proved a bit difficult, his desire to come up with the needed information for repairs was a welcome plus to see from this company! I could go further but, suffice it to say I have confidence with this company and this employee in particular. You will be lucky to get him if you choose to use their service.

ALD did a fantastic job. I had them out from their local Jupiter branch and Nathan did a thorough assessment to identify the leak source, which ended being a different location than the plumbing company's first evaluation.
