I worked with Amy on a few projects. I picked out a left hand ring for my 23rd anniversary. She was so knowledgable and so attentive to my needs. She listened and helped me pick a ring that is so amazing. I have never seen a ring quite like this one and it is such a high quality piece that it sparkles in any light. I get so many compliments on it-- it's perfect. She also helped my daughter with her engagement ring. She took so much time making sure that she was satisfied and helped her think of things that hadn't occurred to my daughter to look for. Could not be happier with my engagement ring! I went to several ring stores before coming here and the customer service was so much better than anywhere else I had previously looked. They took the time to help me decide between several diamond shapes I was interested in— they were zero percent pushy and I felt relaxed and unrushed. We recently moved to the area and brought along with us a bracelet with a knot in it we could not remove no matter how hard we tried. I had a great experience at J Brooks! When we initially got my ring 5+ years ago, we got it from Global Diamonds. When they shut down, I was nervous about finding another great place but J Brooks was wonderful. Kim was so helpful and made the experience feel personal. I shopped around to two other places and of the three, I felt the most comfortable at J Brooks. Amy was great to deal with, and I did not feel pressure to buy from her. J Brooks is completely unlike Shane Co., which is super high-pressure. I was shopping for a larger diamond for my wedding set and wanted another ring recreated with a marquee emerald and the incorporation of my original diamond. When I had a good idea of the diamond I wanted, which was not in-store, Amy ordered the perfect stone to my specs. I was delighted with the results of both rings, pleased with the service, the stones, and price.
