Back in mid February, I purchased a used truck from Investment. Shortly after taking it home I found multiple issues with the truck (details would make for a gigantic post). I have to say that these three men, Tyrel, Duff and Justin, went over and above to make sure that I was taken care of and I am so appreciative of the great service they provided! I’m not exaggerating when I say that this has been the best car dealership we have been to. They were honest, kind and treated us with respect. I seriously feel like we left with life long friends. Duff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get us the truck that we wanted. At other car dealerships we have been to, we weren’t treated right. Especially being a women, I was never treated with the same respect as my husband. Duff, and all the employees made sure I knew every thing that was going on and respected my wishes and not just my husbands. Duff made the process fast, painless and even fun! We definitely laughed a lot, which I feel like is so rare at other dealerships. At investment auto, they put no pressure on us and that was one of the reasons we loved them so much! Also, while we’re were financing the truck, they had it detailed and even filled the tank with gas, which was a very nice final touch. I can honestly say that investment auto will be the only place we get our vehicles from now on!

Buying a vehicle is a stressful event! Finding the right one, and dealing with the sales staff can put you over the edge! This was not my experience at Investment Auto Group! My truck is beautiful, it had a few isues but they have arranging the repairs for all of them! Jordan, the Manager Greeted us and introduced us to Travis in Sales. Travis took great care to help us take our own sweet time, and yet be there when we needed help! As we moved through the process, Travis then passed us to finance while Tyler listened and talked us through the closing process! My wife and I are very grateful for the care that we were given!

This couldn't have been a better car buying experience. Jayson was professional, quick to respond, not pushy, honest and super fun to work with. We have been looking to purchase a BMW M5 and have had a few bad experiences with a few lots. Taylor helped us out so much and stayed late to send us pictures and video before we drove the hour and a half to see it. The dealership is so beautiful and feels very relaxing and comfortable. Overall experience was good, process was easy and quick at buying a vehicle. The only problem I had was my temp plates expired and I still had not received my plates so I finally called and was told "oh they are right here in my hand" then tried to make excuses on why they didn't notify me they had showed up saying "we may have the wrong phone number" even though the sales person was texting me during the process of buying the car and even sent me the picture they took of me and the car when I bought it. That could have cost me a massive ticket.

Honestly a great experience! I would send my parents here without a worry. They were not pushy, let me look at the car without any pressure, answered all the questions I had and the best part, I asked Travis a question that he didn’t know the answer to, he didn’t come up with one on the spot like most other salesman out there but said I’m not sure but I will find out and let you know. Ended up buying a car not the same day but the next day and we will be returning customers for sure. Jay was the supervisor that appraised our car, had a great experience and he stuck to his word on everything he said. Thanks Travis and Jay!

I bought a WRX from here a while ago, this dealership is the best! The car I bought was damaged when someone was test driving, which I knew before arrival. I drove from Idaho. They worked with me to get it fixed at a local body shop, directly mailed a check for the quoted damage, (picked it up from the body shop today, it’s fixed and i didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket!) and even included a new tail light (current one was only briefly scratched so this was a surprise to me). David and his team were very kind, accommodating, and honest. They stayed in touch to make sure we made it home safely after a 3 hour drive home. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Genuine people. Dog in photo was not included in sale 😉

Car shopping can be horribly overwhelming. When my husband and I started our search for a vehicle, our first stop was Investment Auto Group. The first vehicle we test drove was nice, but it wasn't the right fit for us. We had a great conversation with the manager who gave us wonderful advice of what to really look for, what our priorities were..etc. He gave us a lot to think about and let us go on our way. He didn't try to sell us another vehicle, he didn't push us. It was refreshing. We continued our search and were disappointed at every car lot. We were pushed and shoved into test driving cars that were over our budget, or not what we were interested in. I started looking at Investment Auto Groups inventory again, and returned with a list of vehicles I wanted to test drive. They lined them up and let us have a go. Turned out I should have just stayed there in the first place. We found a vehicle. It took us a couple of days to get it all taken care of, but each and everyone in their staff, especially Travis. He was patient with us and took care of us even when we showed up without giving him warning. Thank you!

Definitely the best car dealership around! I was searching for a car for a few months and had been to multiple dealerships but this dealership was the best out of them all. When purchasing my Kia Optima they were kind and honest the entire time. I had also brought my two daughters with me ages 2 and 5 and they made it a point to make them feel comfortable and brought them snacks and drinks. Highly recommend!

What a pleasant surprise working with this team. We just got a great truck that is going to keep us happy for a long time. Travis was happy to help us and he didn't rush even though it kept him there after closing time on a Friday night. He counseled us on some final add-on options to give us peace of mind. Tyler did a great job walking us through closing the contract and is just a fun, down-to-earth guy. Jordan is the Manager and has such a calming presence. He greeted us and got us set up with Travis as soon as we got there. Car buying is stressful and even though I let my stress slip out a few times, they all handled it with grace. There are a couple of vehicle issues that we found on the test drive and they are being wonderful to resolve those for us. An overall enjoyable experience.

I purchased a truck a month ago and have been so happy with my decision to go to Investment Auto Group in Brigham city. They have been so great to work with post sale of the truck. I had an issue arise and they were more than fair to me. I strongly recommend the trip up there. Everyone from south of Brigham City thinks it’s like 2 hours up there but only 22 minutes back. It’s worth the short drive

My wife and I stopped at Investment Auto Group two weeks ago after spending time narrowing my choice of truck to a used full size Ram 1500, Ford F-150, or a mid-size Ford Ranger or Chevy Colorado. I noticed their inventory was always pretty full relative to other dealers in the area, plus the trucks on their lot always looked clean and in great condition. Once we stopped, one of their salesmen, Duff, came over and started asking questions to see what we were looking for. I explained that I was looking for a used truck, still not sure what exactly, and Duff went to work. He read our needs perfectly, asking about intended use, budget, model, etc. Duff answered all our questions and honestly, provided a great deal of information on several different models. He gave us the good points and more importantly, the drawbacks on different brands with zero pressure to buy anything. For me, that was worth listening to because I leave once high pressure sales start. He showed us a few trucks and I told him I was not interested. He immediately moved to different trucks each time and never once tried to sell something to me once I expressed disinterest. They had a beautiful, clean 2016 Chevy Colorado for a great price. We asked a bunch of questions and he gave us some good, detailed answers. He knows what he is selling. I'm an engineer, so detail is important to me and I was impressed with Duff's depth of knowledge. He gave us the keys (after we provided license verification) and let us take it for a test ride by ourselves. Nice touch because it let us speak freely as we drove without any pressure by a salesperson to buy. We decided to buy the truck with a 5-year 100,000 mile warranty for less than a comparable used Tacoma with no warranty. We completed financing and paperwork and walked out with our new Colorado in a reasonably short amount of time. They had their detailers clean the truck and top off the gas while we finished the financing. Another really nice touch. Honestly, everybody that works there was incredibly nice and gave great service. Bonus: I told Duff I wanted to put a small lift or leveling kit on the Colorado and he referred me to a great, local company. Just had that completed (see the picture) and am very satisfied. Thus far, I love the truck and would highly recommend visiting Investment Auto Group. When I'm ready for my next truck, that's the first place I am visiting.
