    Every time I have come here to mail or pick up a package I have received quick and courteous service. The employees are friendly and capable, moving customers through the line kindly and efficiently—which is much appreciated because it is a small location. Prices are reasonable and items are handled respectfully. The premises are always organized and clean. Definitely my post office of choice!

    A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP named Mr. David was very rude. Granted, He’s a much older guy but He speaks in a condescending manner and he is also combative. He acts if he doesn’t want his job by the way that he speaks to customers. I have more education in my pinky finger then he seemed to have TODAY. Despite what happened, they were fast. But I will never come there again. The Manager took too long to come see what the confusing was. Maybe he could hear from where he was standing at,I don’t know but either way the manager acted as if he didn’t care, until more and more customers walking in and standing in line were looking at Mr. David and myself. He never bothered to intervened. And another customer who lives around corner from this company met me outside and said that she comes there all the time and don’t take it personally cause MR. David talks to everyone that way. He literally was going word from word with me and that’s if he didn’t over talk me, like he was also doing. So I told him to just do his job and to please stop talking me since he has no manners. This is unacceptable and just because he talks to “everyone “ that way, I’m someone, NOT everyone. He needs to learn about respect and good or even great customer service to the public. He shouldn’t work there if he keeps that up. I am unsatisfied customer overall. If I could give no stars and still be able to write a review, then I would.

    GREAT place. Everybody behind the counter was focused and busy, but attentive; their courtesy is refreshingly GENUINE. There were seats at the computers that they rent out, where they allow customers to sit as they wait to be served, or as they wait for their orders to be filled. A wide selection products greets every customer from the door to the checkout counter: post cards, birthday cards, keychains, stationery items, snacks and drinks, memoirs. Besides copies, services ranged from lamination to packaging and shipping, mailboxes. My turn in line came quickly, as Arreina greeted me with a smile that started from her pleasant attitude and traveled through her voice on the way to her face. In a world where rudeness and selfishness have steadily increased, how grateful I am to see a true young (20's) *lady* again (it has been over a year), who treats people "right!" She worked with the machine to get my oversized copy to fill the page just right, bringing the progress back to the counter, and immediately going back to make adjustments according to my requests. While she was working, I noticed that ALL the employees were looking customers in the eye, listening and working as respectfully as they were efficiently and accurately. Price was a mere 40 cents--very reasonable. My only disappointment with the visit was and the end, when I saw a wedding ring on Arreina's left hand. But I can't have EVERYTHING in life go my way. I admire her husband's taste. But anyway,, I congratulate this place, and cannot more highly recommend it. I will be back!

    Still can not believe I was charged $36 for 4 ugly passport style photos here. The price for the full service is $18 comes with 2 photos. I asked for two more and they said they would charge for it. They charged me for a full service for the extra ones. You definitely should not have charged full price for more prints which costs pennies because you aren’t giving me the full service of photography twice.

    The most incredible customer service ever!!!! Thank you Rob! I am a local artist, and was looking for a location that could create high-quality prints, business cards, flyers, and ship paintings. They literally do everything! Rob was kind enough to walk me through the process of packaging a very large 4 x 6ft painting, what would be needed to build a secure box to prevent damage. Due to the size of this huge canvas painting, the shipping boxes are not the correct size, quite literally Rob is building the box from scratch! Rob was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Since this canvas is quite large, and my car is unable to transport this, for a small fee, Rob is actually able to pick up my canvas, take it to his business, build a shipping box with foam, bubble wrap, etc. and get it ready to be picked up and shipped off. They work with UPS or FedEx. I have not yet had my flyers or prints made, but I am extremely impressed with the amount of knowledge, great, customer service, flexibility, problem solving, and cost effectiveness. Wow, this business is quite a small space, but it is MIGHTY!

    I had a Rewarding Experience Today; When I visited The Gentilly Mail and Copy Center. The actual purpose of my visit was to get a copy of a document of mine, which needed to be Notarized, afterwards. I received a Warm Welcoming, As I entered the Center and was directed to the Notary: Mr. David. My visit was Rewarding and My Document was Analyzed and Deemed Honorable, To be Notarized. They are, Without a doubt, A Professional Corporation and I Most Assuredly, Will recommend them to others. May All of You, and Your Family Members, Continue To Be "BLESSED"!!!!!

    I go here often and I love the clean and efficient service. The staff all have nice attitudes and are willing to help you on the whim!!! Plus there are so many services they offer into one stop shop. Amazing!!!

    Probably the best Service in LA. The staff is always so welcoming and professional. You can get Shipping, Notary, Print, Copying, Funeral Flyers and so much more under one roof. Special thanks to the on-call Sales Representative Ronnie who got finished all my work before I reached the store.

    John and Luz were absolutely phenomenal. I came in for a family project and who would of thought I would of been treated like I was family. They really helped me out when no other company or person could or would. Who ever gets to experience this level of customer service that they provide is in for a real treat.     do not ship your tvs there. we paid two tvs to be shipped for about $550 and one of them is broken.

    I visited this place twice in two months and let me tell you the staff is friendly efficient and fast. Each time I was in and out under 10 minutes. I never knew this place existed but I am happy I found them. I even got a notary after 5 PM which is hard to find and the prices are great. I highly recommend them. Thanks again Robert, for helping me.
