USA Waste Management is a waste disposal company. Ours is contracted with our City. I love that they have personal people answering the telephones with vast knowledge of the Company and what it does for the Community in the way of services and their consideration of the Customer when speaking. They always know what I am talking about without my having to repeat self. The drivers are cordial and clean and even clean up the street if someone overflows their bins. Bad customer service, I had being double charged for one trash container since January it's June and issue hasn't been resolved yet.

Sometimes the drivers miss the scheduled pick up times.

experience is ok . sometimes the customer service people do not know what they are doing and have put me on hold several times. this last week i scheduled and no one came by, apparently the items were blocked (because they did not schedule on my trash day) so because of that i lost my pick up and wanted to charge me! No way, they are trying to scam me! my trash days are always the same for years now and all of a sudden they want to say it is different. I recommend when you call to make sure they have your correct trash day other wise they will try to charge you.
